  • This paper aimed to exam core factors of the service quality and analyze their effects on trust, satisfaction. And this paper analysis trust and satisfaction effects on revisti intention. To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summarized core factors of service quality. Form previous studies, we drawed core factor. Core factor is convenience, technologies, valuable of contents, service. These core factors will affect on customer trust, customer satisfaction and trust, satisfaction will affect on revisit intention. To be winner, companies must be consider these key factor(convenience, technologies, valuable of contents, service).

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Upregulates Follistatin in Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells

  • Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), plays a key role in angiogenesis. Many endogenous factors can affect angiogenesis in endothelial cells. VEGF is known to be a strong migration, sprouting, survival, and proliferation factor for endothelial cells during angiogenesis in endothelial cells. Searching for novel genes involved in VEGF signaling during angiogenesis, we carried out differential display polymerase chain reaction on RNA from VEGF-stimulated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). In this study, follistatin (FS) differentially expressed in VEGF-treated HUVECs, compared with controls. Addition of VEGF (10ng/L) produced an approximately 11.8-fold increase of FS mRNA. F5 or VEGF produced approximately 1.8- or 2.9-fold increases, respectively, in matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) secretion for 12h, compared to the addition of a control buffer. We suggest that VEGF may affect the angiogenic effect of HUVECs, through a combination of the direct effects of VEGF itself, and the indirect effects mediated via induction of FS in vitro.

  • General vehicle is evaluated by its acceleration, fuel economy, NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) and subjective (Launching feel) performance. The first step to enhance its performance is to know how much each component affects on the vehicle performance. It is very important to know what is the key factor of the component among many specifications. Hydraulic torque converter can be expressed by means of its performance curve (torque ratio and capacity factor). In this paper, the key factor of torque converter, which affect vehicle performance, are explored by using Taguchi method.

  • This study was designed to analyze the relationship of process quality, result quality and management performance in Korean insurance industry. For this study the linkage scheme of service quality concept is used on PZB model and BSC(Balances Score Card) system. In the linkage model, the 5 service qualitry factors used in PZB model are used as the result quality variables, and internal process factor, learning/growth factor in BSC are used the process quality variables affecting the result quality variables. And also customer satisfation factor and financial performance index are used as the management performance variables. In the ivsurance industry, the process quality variables were verified to meaningfully affect the result quality variables, and the result service quality variables were verified to affect the management performance indices. As the result, the process quality and the service quality must be emhanced for the competitiveness of Korean insurance industry.

  • 다부문모형(多部門模型)은 산업련관자료(産業聯關資料)를 비롯한 산업정보자료(産業情報資料)를 이용하여 장기의 구조변화를 분석 전망하고 총생산성(總生産性)과 요소가격(要素價格)의 변동에 의한 산업경쟁력(産業競爭力)의 추이를 분석하여 중기의 성장전망(成長展望)을 시산(試算)하는 연간(年間) 계량모형(計量模型)으로 25개 산업부문(産業部門)의 1,300여개(餘個)의 구조식(構造式) 정의식(定義式)으로 구성된다. 국내가격과 국제가격(國際價格)의 차이가 산업 무역구조에 영향을 미치고 국내생산과 요소가격이 산업별 요소수요(要素需要)를 결정하며 요소수요와 요소가격에 의하여 소득(所得)이 결정되고 소득과 가격이 산업별 소비지출(消費支出)을 결정한다 ; 산업별 총생산성과 상대가격(相對價格)이 투입산출계수(投入産出係數)에 영향을 미치고 투입산출계수와 상대가격이 산업별 생산비용(生産費用)을 결정하며 생산비용과 경쟁수입가격(競爭輸入價格)을 고려하여 국내가격이 결정된다 ; 생산성증가(生産性增加)와 임금상승(賃金上昇)의 산업간(産業間) 차이가 상대가격(相對價格)을 변화시키고 이로 인하여 산업(産業) 무역(貿易) 고용구조(雇傭構造)가 선진국(先進國)과 동질화(同質化)되는 지식(知識) 기술집약화(技術集約化) 과정이 전개된다.

중소기업경영자의 긍정적 리더십, 구성원의 긍정적 삶의 태도, 학습조직활동, 직무열의, 조직성과 변인간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships among SEM CEO's Positive Leadership, Members' Positive Life Positions, Learning Organization Activities, Job Engagement, and Organizational Performance)

  • Purpose - In today's era of globalization, the competitive power of enterprises is growing fiercer, calling for organizations to be able to respond flexibly to survive and maintain predominance in competition. In turn, keen competition exists among enterprises for the systematic management of members' knowledge to secure predominance in such competition. Under such circumstances, SMEs must find and utilize positive causes for change that affect organizational performance. The objective of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between four factors known from prior research-a CEO's positive leadership, members' positive life positions, learning organization activities, and job engagement-and organizational performance. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve this objective, this study established the following four research problems. First, do CEOs' positive leadership, members' positive life positions, learning organization activities, and job engagement affect organizational performance? Second, do CEOs' positive leadership, members' positive life positions, and learning organization activities affect job engagement? Third, do CEOs' positive leadership and members' positive life positions affect learning organization activities? Fourth, does CEOs' positive leadership affect members' positive life positions. Additionally, to achieve the objective of this study, the research model was selected on the basis of a documentary survey of 787 full-time employees at 100 SMEs, which was used to collect related data. Results - The following conclusions were drawn. First, a CEO's positive leadership directly affects members' positive life positions, learning organization activities, and job engagement. Second, positive leadership only indirectly affects organizational performance. That is, positive leadership has an indirect effect on organizational performance given the parameters of members' positive life positions, learning organization activities, and job engagement. Third, members' positive life positions directly affect learning organization activities and job engagement, but indirectly affect organizational performance with learning organization activities and job engagement as parameters. Fourth, learning organization activities directly affect job engagement and organizational performance. Additionally, learning organization activities indirectly affect organizational performance with job engagement as a parameter. Fifth, job engagement directly affects organizational performance. Conclusions - A CEO's positive leadership and members' positive life positions do not directly affect organizational performance but have a positive effect through learning organization activities and job engagement. In particular, CEOs' positive leadership was proven to be the major factor to affect members' positive life positions, learning organization attitudes, and job engagement, and learning organization activities and job engagement were found to be major factors that directly affect organizational performance. Considering these conclusions, the direct effect of a CEO's positive leadership on organizational performance is not statistically significant but seems to affect members' positive life positions, learning organization activities, and job engagement, which ultimately affects organizational performance. In addition, CEOs' positive leadership is an important factor that enhances the factors with the strongest effect on organizational performance-activities of learning organizations and job engagement.

게임 중독 요인추출에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Extraction of Game Addiction Factors)

  • This research is the concept of a game addiction absorbed in the game based on the review and analysis of factors that affect the characteristics of game addiction, it is appropriate to extract the purpose of factors. Game addiction factor is composed of a total of 32 questions, and a total of 356 people, to collect data through surveys. Factor analysis of the collected data to the target as a result of physical and mental problems, loss of control, tolerance, and avoidance of real world consists of three sub-factors. Factors that affect flow of tolerance and loss of control, and avoid the real world, including two sub-factors that could determine. Diagnostic game addiction factor in the reliability coefficients (Cronbach alpha) is a robust .966 aspects in the event. The game addiction scale score of 90-game addiction by category 'regular user', 90 points and 114 between the terms 'potentially dangerous user' and 13 percent of the overall. Finally, more than 115 points in the 'high-risk user' has been classified as 5% of the overall distribution of the notice that. Such factors extract game is a game addict, addicted users of the game and tend to properly evaluate and navigate game addiction-related problems early in the game addiction and found it could be used properly.

파트너십이 IT 아웃소싱의 성과에 미치는 영향 (Partnership's Affect on Success of IT-Outsourcing)

  • 본 연구에서는 파트너십이 IT아웃소싱의 성과에 영향을 미치는 매개변수로 작용할 것인지를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과 경제적 요인은 성과와 파트너십에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 아웃소싱의 도입이 비용감소라는 목적과는 달리 오히려 비용의 증가라는 문제점을 노출시켰다는 최근의 시장분석 결과가 입증된 것이라 하겠다. 그러나 전략적 요인과 기술적 요인은 아웃소싱의 성과에 직접 영향을 미친다는 것보다는 파트너십과의 작용을 통해서 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 고객사와 서비스 제공업체간 관계에 대한 계약상의 내용을 기준으로 처리하는 트랜잭션의 형태보다 고객사와 서비스 제공업체가 서로의 위험과 이익을 공유하며 한정된 계약범위보다 필요시 서로 협력하여 지속적인 관계를 유지해 나가는 파트너십이 중요하게 작용한다는 경향이 반영된 결과라 하겠다. 따라서 성공적인 아웃소싱은 양자가 지속적인 의사소통은 물론 상호간 위험과 이익을 공유하며 필요시 서로 상생할 수 있는 파트너십 관계로의 이상적인 관계관리가 요구된다고 하겠다.

행동경제학 관점에서 본 온라인 동영상 서비스(OTT)의 지속적 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Influencing OTT Continued Use: Focusing on the Behavioral Economics Perspective)

  • 본 연구는 행동경제학(Behavioral Economics) 관점을 적용하여 이용자들이 OTT 플랫폼을 지속적으로 이용함에 있어서 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다. OTT 이용자들이 실제 콘텐츠를 시청하고 플랫폼에서 제공하는 기능을 직접 경험한 후 만족을 느끼는 합리적 요인 외에도 '현상유지 편향(status quo bias)'에 의한 습관적 요인과 지인, 비용 등 상황에 따른 감정적, 심리적 요인도 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단했다. OTT 이용자들을 대상으로 한 심층 인터뷰와 선행 연구들을 통해 도출한 4가지 요인(콘텐츠 만족요인, 기능적 만족요인, 관성적 요인, 상황적 요인)에 대한 세부 문항을 구성하고, 국내 구독자 Top3 OTT 플랫폼(넷플릭스, 웨이브, 티빙)의 이용경험이 있는 전국의 20-40대 성인남녀 523명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, '콘텐츠 만족요인'과 '기능적 만족요인', '관성적 요인'이 OTT 지속적 이용에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 중 '관성적 요인'은 국내 OTT 이용자들에게는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 OTT 서비스 이용자들을 완전한 합리성을 갖춘 존재로 전제했던 기존의 선행연구들과는 다르게 제한적 합리성을 함께 고려하여 OTT 지속적 이용 행위에 대한 설명의 범위를 넓혔다는 의의를 가진다.

무선인터넷서비스 이용 결정 요인에 관한 연구 - 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Determinants of Repurchase Intention in Mobile Internet Services)

  • To launch effective mobile Internet marketing strategies, firms need to understand mobile Internet user behavior. Thus in this study we investigated factors that affect on the repurchase intention of mobile Internet users. A random sample of 501 users was surveyed. Overall satisfaction (mediating factor), flow and interactivity factors (initial factor) were found to have the most significant impact on the reuse intention and discrepancy factor is not significant to the reuse intention.
