무선 네트워크를 이용한 고속 차량 상태 확인 시스템 구현 (Implementation of higo-speed vehicle state verification system using wireless network)

  • 최근, 무선 네트워크의 서비스가 널리 사용됨에 따라, 무선 네트워크 모듈의 개발 기술 및 그 활용도가 점차 확대되고 있으며, 그에 따라서 IT 융합 산업들이 많이 나타나고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구는 자동차 정보를 가져오기 위해 OBD-II 통신을 이용하고, 외부 서버로 데이터를 전송하여 다른 외부 장치에서도 고속 주행 중인 차량의 상태 정보를 확인 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 차량 내부의 각종 센서들로부터 OBD-II 커넥터를 이용하여 정보를 읽고 사용자가 보기 쉽게 변환한 뒤, 무선 네트워크 모듈을 이용하여 외부 서버로 전송을 하는 고속 차량 상태 확인 시스템을 구현하였다. 개발한 시스템의 성능 테스트를 위하여 실제 써킷에서 고속 주행 중인 경주용 차량을 이용했다. 고속 주행 중인 차량에서 발생된 데이터는 OBD-II 스캐너를 통하여 전송되었으며, 고속 차량 상태 확인 시스템은 이 데이터가 정상적으로 수신 되는 것을 확인하였다. 수신된 데이터는 무선 네트워크를 이용하여 외부 서버로 전송을 하였을 때 똑같은 데이터가 에러 없이 송 수신되는 것을 확인하였다. 향후 이런 기술은 새로운 자동차 IT 융합의 새로운 연구 분야로써 성장하게 될 것이다.

유한요소해석에 의한 T형 결합구조물에서의 실하중 산출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Practical Load with T-shape Joint Structure by the FEA)

  • It is required more precise analysis for practical load because of complexities and varieties of vehicle structure. To establish the numerical model, many researchers have been developed designing tools for linking F.E. Analysis results and experimental results. There studies have generally focused on each experimental method or analytical method separately. There are few studies based on both methods. This paper conceives new procedure for the determination of the load direction and magnitude applied on mechanical structures. New procedure is the combination of the analytical and empirical method with analyzed strain by F.E. Analysis under unit load and with measured principal stress by strain gages under driving load, respectively. In this paper, we theorize the procedure of practical load determination and make the validity and the practicality of the procedure with the application to T-shape jointed structure. F.E. Analysis is conducted to get the principal stress on arbitrary points in the F.E. model of T-shape joint under unit load. Then experiment is carried out to get the principal stress on the same points of F.E. model. To demonstrate the actual driving condition, the load conditions are bending and torsion. From these two data sets, the magnitude, the direction and the position of load can be obtained. Theory and practice do not always coincide; since there are some errors such as ill-poseness, measuring error and modeling error in experimental data, we examine the proper method of error minimization.

경북지역 현대화 원예시설의 관리실태 조사분석 (Analysis of Research for the Actual State and Management of Automated Horticultural Facilities)

  • This study was carried out in order to understand the plan, design, constructing and actual condition of management of modernized horticultural facilities in Kyungpook Province which had been constructed from 1992 to 1995 funded by Government support. The aim of this study is to provide reference data for success of the forth project. It was performed by making up a question about driving of project and management condition of equipment after constructing. The results obtained from this study are as follows: 1. 73.5% of facilities horticulture farmhouse recognized that the prospect of greenhouse is bright, but 92.5% of the farmhouse also recognised that they need technical consultation on protected horticulture farming. Therefore, technical educations would must be enhanced about foundation of greenhouse and cultivation technique. 2. The holding times of explanatory meetings, cause of understanding to farmhouse, were one or two times in greenhouse construction, and 62.5% of the farmhouse expressed the insufficiency at the explanation and educational data. For this reason, it was judged that the construction contract had been delayed more than 5 months in 49.3% of the farmhouse after the decision of project budget. 3. In constructing after a contract, the rates of construction delay is 53.4% and defect occurrence is 41.1%. The biggest reasons of construction delay was insufficiency of worker and materials supply. Each percentage is 29.1%. And the reason of defect occurrence is badness of machinery equipment(62.9% ). 4. In management of greenhouse, a pipe-constructed plastic film greenhouse changes plastic film every one and three years because of sticking dust on plastic film. It was needed to about in cleaning technique of coverings. Because that used 3-5 years only half of the expected life span. 5. The order of broken rating in the subsidiary equipment is like this lollop ventilator (42.8%), a general control system(33.3%) especially, in the case of a general control system, the rate of all family can control is 52.7%. so, it is time to develop easy control equipment which every one could use as soon as possible. 6. When choose heat generator as decide capacity, the most priority is the mount of heat generator the percent is 45.5% heat generator and as decide model, the private purchase's percent is 77.3%. It is higher than a public bidding heat generator the percent is 22.7% heat generator when it compare with a public bidding. In the case of $CO_2$ generator, using rate is only 19.0%. The using rate is very low, so it needs education how to use depends on the way of the subsidiary equipment. 7. In the case of seedlings, it is asked to use factory-processed seedling effectively. because it's difficult to get security of labors(58.8%), hoped crops (55.9%) access same crops(29.4%) much more and changing of crops depends on market situation. that is the main reason the lack of knowhow.

  • Recently, research on the smart grid that combines ICT(Information & Communication technology) to the power system has been actively progressed. If the occupancy of the EV(Electric vehicle) is increased. the V2G(Vehicle to grid) system is available which constitutes the micro-grid through battery of EV. V2G system performs load leveling and efficient energy consumption by battery operation considering load condition. But, if the battery is used only depending on the electricity rates, it doses not consider the life of the battery. The ACC(Achievable cycle) and the total transferable energy of battery varies corresponding to the selected DOD(Depth of discharge). In this paper, the optimal DOD selection method of V2G system considering battery wear cost and average driving distance of EV. Also, the total revenue prediction of various nation is presented considering the actual electricity costs per hour.

전기자동차용 기계적 에너지 회생장치 (Kinetic Energy Recovery System for Electric Vehicles)

  • This paper presents a new regenerative brake system of electric vehicles that employs a continuous variable transmission(CVT) and a flywheel. The developed device has advantages over existing regenerative brakes from a standpoint of reliability and versatility in actual driving conditions. The system consists of a CVT, two wheels, a flywheel, a coupling and auxiliary powertrain components. The CVT is designed as a combination of two cones and a roller, which causes the velocity difference between the wheel and the flywheel. The power flow of the flywheel system is controlled by the CVT roller and the coupling through step motors. A prototype has been developed and then its performance has been investigated for various operating conditions. Results show that the storage efficiency of the flywheel is much affected by the vehicle's velocity and it is reduced below 20% for high speed, as compared to the 25% efficiency for an ideal condition. The CVT is a primary factor for lowering the flywheel efficiencies due to large friction and slipping between the cone and the roller.

컨베이어 사고 예방을 위한 풀 코드 스위치 적용기준 개선 (Improvement of Application Criteria of Pull Code Switch for Conveyor Accident Prevention)

  • It is estimated that about 2,515 persons have been injured by conveyor for the past five years(2013 ~ 2017). Conveyors used in various industrial sites for transporting iron ore, coal, courier goods, etc., have various incidents such as a worker putting on or pulling a part of the body or work clothes on the driving part during maintenance. It is necessary for preventing similar accidents to conduct various researches. In order to propose the basis for revising laws and standards for the safety standards of the full cord switch to prevent conveyor accidents, this study compares Korea's Industrial Safety and Health Law (KISHL) with those of IEC, EN, Canada, and Australia. In addition, surveys of conveyor use plant and full cord switch domestic and foreign manufacturers was conducted. In this study, domestic and overseas related laws and technical standards compare and analyze to prevent conveyor accidents. In addition, we propose extension of safety certification for full code switch, establishment of safety inspection standard, and improvement of working method regulation through actual working condition investigation. It can be used as a basis for revising the occupational safety and health regulation and related notices, and thus contributing to enhancing the safe atmosphere of the conveyor business and improving the safety consciousness of the concerned persons.

  • 정적인 상태인 체외 환경(in vitro)에서의 세포배양 과정은 실제 생체 내 환경에서의 세포발달과정과는 많은 차이가 존재한다. 따라서, 체내 환경의 정밀한 모사를 위해서는, 기계적인 자극을 세포에 전달하여 줄 수 있는 동적 세포배양장치가 필수적이다. 하지만 기존의 동적 세포배양장치에는 튜브, 펌프, 모터 등의 비교적 복잡한 장치들을 필요로 하였으며, 전달되는 기계적 자극도 단순한 형태였다. 본 연구에서는 단순한 장치로 구동되는 동적 세포배양장치를 위하여 전기활성고분자(EAP) 구동기를 동력원으로 하는 소형 동적 세포배양장치를 설계하였다. 이 장치는 다양한 기계적 자극을 세포에 전달하는 것이 가능하다.

PEMS를 이용한 농업용 트랙터의 배기가스 배출계수 평가 (Evaluation of exhaust emissions factor of agricultural tractors using portable emission measurement system (PEMS))

  • The aim of this study was to measure and evaluate the exhaust emission factors of agricultural tractors. Engine characteristics and three exhaust emissions (CO, NOx, PM) were collected under actual agricultural operating conditions. Experiments were performed on idling, driving, plow tillage, and rotary tillage. The load factor (LF) was calculated using the collected engine data, and the emission factor was analyzed using the LF and exhaust emissions. The engine characteristics and exhaust emissions were significantly different for each working condition, and in particular, the LF was significantly different from the currently applied 0.48 LF. The data distribution of exhaust emissions was different depending on the engine speed. In some conditions, the emission factor was higher than the exhaust emission standards. However, since most emission limit standards are values calculated using an engine dynamometer, even if the emission factor measured under actual working conditions is higher, it cannot be regarded as wrong. It is expected that the results of this study can be used for the inventory construction of a calculation for domestic agricultural machinery emissions in the future.

CARSIM- Simulink연동 해석을 이용한 전자기 현가장치의 상대변위 해석 (Analysis of relative displacement of electromagnetic suspension using CARSIM and Simulink)

  • 본 논문에서는 차량 주행 시 노면으로부터 진동 에너지를 흡수해 에너지 하베스팅을 통해 전기에너지 발생이 가능한 전자기 현가장치의 구조와 현가장치 내에 결합되어 전자기 댐퍼 역할을 하는 8극 8상의 선형 발전기의 구조를 검토하였다. 실제 주행 노면에 따른 전자기 현가장치의 에너지 하베스팅 효과를 비교하기 위해 차량 시뮬레이션 프로그램인 Carsim과 Simulink를 연동하여 민군 겸용 차량 모델을 사용해 두 가지 실제 노면인 아스팔트 노면과 비포장도로 노면 조건에 대한 모의 주행시험을 수행한 결과, 아스팔트 노면과 비포장도로에서 현가장치의 상대 변위 각각 8mm, 13mm의 결과가 나타났다. 다음으로 전자기 현가장치 내에 결합된 선형 발전기를 모델링 하여 도출한 현가장치 상대 변위 값을 적용해 상용 전자기 해석 프로그램인 ANSYS MAXWELL을 이용해 동일한 해석조건을 적용하여 해석 시간 0.3s 동안 전자기 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 시간에 따른 발전량 결과를 도출해 비교하였으며 비포장도로와 아스팔트 노면에서의 평균 발전량은 각각 198.6W, 98.7W로 비포장도로의 경우 103.7% 높은 값을 보이는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 노면의 주파수와 현가장치 입력 변위가 발전 출력에 영향을 끼치는 민감도를 비교한 결과 두 변수의 민감도는 각각 1.725, 1.283으로 노면 주파수가 전자기 시뮬레이션 출력변수인 평균 발전량에 34.5 % 높은 영향을 끼치는 결과를 확인하였다.

실시간 영상이미지 분석을 통한 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장의 노면 상태 인식 및 블랙아이스 예방시스템 (Real-time Road Surface Recognition and Black Ice Prevention System for Asphalt Concrete Pavements using Image Analysis)

  • 블랙 아이스는 인지하기가 매우 어렵고 도로 노면의 마찰력이 감소하여 자동차 사고를 유발한다. 도로 노면의 블랙아이스 방지를 위한 다양한 연구가 수행되었으나, 실시간으로 블랙아이스를 식별하고 운전자에게 경고하는 시스템에 대한 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 아스팔트 도로 노면의 상태를 실시간적으로 식별하기 위해 이미지기반 분석 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 각 아스팔트 도로 노면 이미지에 대해 데이터 세트를 구축한 다음 딥러닝을 통해 노면의 상태를 건조, 젖음, 블랙아이스, 눈 노면 상태로 식별하였다. 또한, 이미지 분석결과와 더불어 도로 노면 상태의 최종판별을 위해 실제 노면에서 측정된 온도와 습도 데이터를 사용하였다. 도로 노면의 특성이 블랙아이스로 판정이 나면, 도로에 설치된 염수 분사장치가 자동으로 작동하도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장에 대한 노면 상태 식별 시스템과 블랙아이스 자동 예방 시스템은 운전자의 안전운행을 보장하고 교통사고 발생률을 낮출 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
