This study has surveyed the professors and graduate students of school of medicine at K university, to analyze the medical library users' service quality perceptions on electronic journals and their effects on the customer satisfaction. Two groups of faculty members and graduate students has statistically significant different perceptions on the service quality of electronic journals. Among four sub-dimensions of service quality, there are no statistically significant differences in the perceptions between two groups in convenience of use, accessability, and content resources, but there is significant differences in supportiveness between two groups. In the perceptions on the satisfaction and value, faculty group has significantly higher perceptions on both of them. The most influential dimension of the service quality of the electronic journal for the perception on the satisfaction is supportiveness followed by convenience of use and content resources. Moderating effect of value on service quality, its sub-dimensions, and satisfaction is not proved statistically.

In the construction of USN environment, the implementation of a safe sensor network using wireless communications can be said to be the most important factor in the entire system. Although USN communication uses wireless communications to enhance accessability and non-contact capability, this results in the security vulnerability, thus endangering the system. In this regard, we propose a security protocol that can be effectively applied to USN, a multi-sensor network. The proposed protocol is a method using an individual chaotic system, and it is a security protocol to synchronize the main chaotic system mounted on each sensor and prepared key values into the initial values, and to communicate with the use of the synchronized values as symmetric keys. The communication protocol proposed in this paper is expected to yield good results as a new method to resolve security problems of USN and program capacity limitations of sensor nodes if subsequent studies continue to be carried out.

Microblog is emerging as a new communication service because of its usefulness and real-time accessability. Recently, microblog services, such as twitter and me2day in Korea, are getting a great attention. Continuous use intention is critical to sustain the service. However, most recent studies are based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and Expectation Confirmation Model(ECM). These models are only focused on individual factors and overlook social influence factors. Social influence has been indicated as a critical factor of technology adoption and diffusion in social context(Davis, 1989; Fulk et al., 1987). In this study, we explore factors related to social influence which effect on continuous use intention for 'me2day' that is one of the most famous microblog in Korea. The purpose of this study is to understand continuous use intention and examine the relationship among social influence factors, social presence, and continuous use intention. To understand the phenomenon of continuous use intention in microblog service, this study employed social influence theory and expanded it by adding personal network exposure and group norm as additional social influence factors. The results show that social identity, group norms, and social presence positively influences continuous use intention. Contrary to our expectation, personal network exposure does not influence on continuous use intention. Academically, this research can contribute to microblog research field through elucidating the relationship among social influence factors, social presence, and continuous use intention. Although there is not enough research which is considered social influence factors as major explanation for continuous use intention, this study can give novel point of view to understand continuous use intention of microblog. Practically, service providers could consider ways to encourage users to continually use microblog service by reinforcing social influence factors and social presence.

This study analyzed the effect of education and training of small businessess on improving job satisfaction and job performance. The study results showed availability of training and sufficientness of practice hours affected job satisfaction, quality & availability of training and sufficientness of practice hours affected job responsiveness, information accessability of training, training place & facility and sufficientness of practice hours affected willingness to participate in training. Women and procuction worker had higher willingness to learn, yet who are in their 20s and continuously worked for 3-5 years had lower training satisfaction so it is recommended to improve it. This study provided implications for exploring effective factors to enhance company training performance and verified the effect.

A theme park plays an important role as a preferred facility for attracting international and domestic tourists. Many local autonomies try to establish theme parks within their own territory. Busan Metropolitan City also places emphasis on hosting an outstanding theme park, and to be identified as the tourism destination toward the world city in 21st century. The purpose of this paper is to suggest tourism policy and management strategy based on the literature review and survey analysis to international tourists. First, it is needed to supply low land price to reduce construction cost and to invite investors. Second, the theme park has to have an attractive theme and new events for repeaters Third, infra structures related to the theme parks are necessarily provided for high accessability. Finally, more priority is placed on public relation for citizen and service education of the industry.

In the knowledge and information society, there is an increasing importance of information, being unable to access this information becomes a huge disadvantage. Blind and visually impaired users who are using assistant equipment such as screen readers are the very class that is having trouble accessing the web content that public libraries provide. In this research 10% of each region's libraries were picked as a research sample. Most of the web content that the public libraries provided did not meet the Internet web content accessibility guidelines as a Korean standard. Also evaluation into web accessibility by the visually impaired was also low. This research suggests some solutions for libraries to reduce the disadvantages that are put upon visually impaired people from various views such as perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Defense M&S (Modeling & Simulation) is utilized as a realistic method to analyze MOE (Measure of Effectiveness) of weapon systems by modeling weapons and their operational environment on the computer, and simulating them under various war scenarios. As weapon systems become complex in their structure and dynamics, model engineering are experiencing difficulties to construct simulation models on a computer. A model repository helps model developers to save model development time and cost by systematically storing predefined and already validated models. However, most repositories for Defense M&Shave not been successful partly due to limited accessability, vulnerability to security threats, and low level of dependability. In this paper, we propose W-Cloud (Weapon Cloud), a cloud model repository for reusing predefined weapon models. Clients can access W-Cloud on any platforms and various devices, yet security and confidentiality concerns are guaranteed by employing multi-tier information protection mechanism.

In this study, evaluation criteria of information services of records centers and archives were prepared. Using those criteria, service evaluation was conducted in three records centers and archives as a case study. By visiting and observing the records centers and archives, current status, weakness, and problems were identified. Identified problems include limited professional staff, lack of policy, systems and reading room facilities, emphasis on retention rather than services, and weak outreach program. This is a preliminary study, and larger scale evaluation is suggested as well as the application of evaluation in other centers and supplementary evaluation criteria.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose an educational program for enhance safety capability of elementary and middle school students through community mapping application. Method: Developed and utilized a community mapping application that can be easily used for research. After participating in 425 elementary and middle school students, This study analyzed the change of safety competency through survey. Results: Through the community mapping activities, it was possible to derive the actual life surrounding risk factors of the earthy life, and it was found through the questionnaire before and after the activity that the safety competence of the participants improved. Conclusion: Investigation of similar related cases of Public Participant Safety Mapping Tool and analysis of their functionalities are conducted, and user demanded functionalities with improved usability accessability expandability are derived. Also, the system applied the test to elementary and middle school students and the survey showed that the safety capacity was improved according to Safety Mapping activities. This is proposed as a safety education program.

The purpose of this study was to identify motivation factors of marathon crew members using Q methodology. Four distinct factors were emerged throughout the analysis: the first factor is 'the major event participation preference' who is seeking mega or big marathon events to enjoy festival atmosphere. The second factor is 'special meaningful event participation preference' who prefers to participate marathon events to help disabled people or childeren. The third factor is 'the tourism type marathon event participation preference' who is seeking to participate marathon event with tourism. The last factor is 'the preference type for record breaking ' who is seeing the place is accessability, a good season and running course to break personal record.
