Recently, modern people a lot of frequency of work and seat life by academic is increased, addictive spine for the wrong attitude and the wrong habits are many pelvic disease occurrence. Trust has been viewed from many perspectives according to their domains. This article reviewed some of many formerly suggested studies and models. And antecedents of trust, such as trustworthiness(ability, benevolence, integrity) and individual trust propensity as well as their interactions, were respectively and empirically tested in the context of Korean workplaces. Through the factor analysis of field survey(N=243), proposed conceptual independence in trustworthiness was only partially supported. Of the relationships between antecedents and trust, all components of trustworthiness were significantly sustained. While effects of individual trust propensity and its interactions with trustworthiness on trust were not found.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the nursing students' job-esteem. Methods: The data were collected from March 1 to 30, 2011 using questionnaires. The subjects were recruited from the department of nursing at a college in Kyungnam. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. Results: The significantly factor which is a variable predicting best job-esteem of college nursing students by ability and opportunity to getting accounting for 13.4% (${\beta}$=.277) of the prediction, followed by work conditions, lifestyles, and sense of honor that accounted for 27.6%. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, nursing educational program and curriculum development should give nursing students a variety of experience for their career.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among stress, depression, and satisfaction to clinical practice in nursing students. Methods: Three hundred forty-five nursing college students were selected by convenient sampling and data were collected from October to November, 2011. Results: The nursing students experienced moderate stress level. The most severe stressors were adjustment to school and clinical practice. Also, they experienced more than moderate level of satisfaction on clinical practice. The most satisfiable factors were clinical practice circumstance and practice hours. The sophomore had more severe stress and depression and had lower clinical practice satisfaction than the junior. Satisfying with major in nursing as well as clinical practice had a significantly negative correlation with stress and depression. Conclusion: Based on this results, we need to develop programs for increasing satisfaction to clinical practice and major in nursing. The program will enhance adaptation ability to clinical practice.

In North Korea, the level of scientific technical research and development is evaluated as low owing to the contradictoriness and limitations of social system. Especially the recent fisheries research fruits are embodying the scientific technical policy of the government faithfully. The characteristics of the fisheries research system and recent research movement in North Korea are summarized as follows : First, the research system is not equipped with sufficient condition for the researchers to act to the best of their individual ability on account of standardized governmental control. Second, the fisheries research activities are excuted mainly on the means of industrial problem solution rather than academic ones. Accordingly, the level of fisheries research can be estimated the same as early in 1970s in South Korea. Third, analysis by the fisheries research sectors shows that research activities on the marine fishery and aquaculture are somewhat active, but on the marine products processing are falling behind comparatively.

Globalization in the 21st century and development in the field of IT have caused rapid change in the practical site of fashion industry. Therefore, as colleges aim to produce professional technicians and experts in the applicable fields, they are strengthening professionalism and practicality more than ever before that can respond to the practical situation. In addition, owing to the reduction of population of academic students, colleges would search for specialty and structural innovation with the serious desire to establish new structural system to produce talented persons. Purpose of this study is to strengthen competition of colleges voluntarily, specialize themselves and maximize mutual benefit through cooperative relation with industrial businesses. Thus, this study would compare, analyze and investigate the curriculums of fashion designs in colleges for the plan of curriculum applicable for the industrial changes and corresponding business demand. Considering the result of questionnaires of industrial businesses, most of them would prefer the curriculum for 3 years to that for 2 years. Nowadays industrial businesses will require computerization ability much more than ever before besides the professional knowledge and technology in the field of fashion and it is also showed that education of personality in colleges would be considered to be important for the performance of the vocational duty. Especially, specialty and progressive participation in the curriculum would be strengthened during the education process of colleges. This study will be used for the establishment of specialty of colleges and development of curriculum of them.

The output of the controller is said to exceed the input limits of the plant being controlled when a control system operates in a non-linear region. This process is called the windup phenomenon. The windup phenomenon is not preferable in the control system because it leads to performance degradation, such as overshoot and system instability. Many anti-windup strategies involve switching, where the integral component differently operates between the linear and the non-linear states. The range of state for the non-overshoot performance is better illustrated by the boundary integral error plane than the proportional-integral (PI) plane in windup inspection. This study proposes a PI controller with a separate closed-loop integral controller and reference value set with respect to the input command and external torque. The PI controller is compared with existing conventional proportional integral, conditional integration, tracking back calculation, and integral state prediction schemes by using ScicosLab simulations. The controller is also experimentally verified on a direct current motor under no-load and loading conditions. The proposed controller shows a promising potential with its ability to eliminate overshoot with short settling time using the decoupling mode in both conditions.

A survey was conducted to get information on the job attitude of cooks working for deluxe hotels at Bomun, Kyongju. Total 203 cooks participated the survey and the results were as follows: They believed that the most important factor for good cooking is the deep attention. Although 51% of the cooks estimated their level of expertise as average, 64％ of them believed that their level of cooking is higher than those of other areas. They indicated that an important factor to be a good cook is a sincere attitude but not an academic background or knowledge. However, they believed that their insufficient knowledge on cooking is the greatest hinderance for improvement of cooking skill. For promotion, the ability of cooking and human relationship were indicated as important factors. Cooks for Korean dishes had the best prospect, while Western cooking had relatively lower prospect among them. For the improvement of hotel cooking department, a recruitment of superior manpower, adjustment of hotel policy, expanded study opportunity, and proper arrangement of equipments were suggested in order.

Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze domestic and foreign studies using virtual reality or metaverse for exercise rehabilitation in order to help the disabled or elderly patients with exercise rehabilitation, and suggest a method for using metaverse for exercise rehabilitation. Method: In this study, after analyzing and discussing various information related to the metaverse and exercise rehabilitation through electronic search of recently published papers, academic journals, books, and internet websites, the exercise rehabilitation plan using the metaverse was proposed. Results: In the case of domestic research, the diversity of virtual reality application technology for the rehabilitation of disabled and elderly patients was not secured, but recently, virtual reality or metaverse-related technologies were developed and specialized in a form suitable for exercise rehabilitation. In the case of overseas studies, it was analyzed that exercise rehabilitation using virtual reality and metaverse games for the rehabilitation of disabled and elderly patients can help improve brain, physical ability, and anti-aging by activating the body and mind. Conclusion: Smart metaverse health care is actively introduced to exercise rehabilitation, metaverse telemedicine business is applied to exercise rehabilitation programs, and digital twin games and exercise rehabilitation programs developed by metaverse related companies take into account the characteristics of disabled and elderly patients. If customized smart metaverse healthcare is used for exercise rehabilitation, it is analyzed that it can lead this field.

This research is aimed at grouping for the extent to which the workers' job satisfaction influences productivity with a view to improving theirs, shedding light on the difference between the workers' concepts of job satisfaction and those of the executives of the matter in terms of the statistic characteristics of individuals and coming up with efficient measures to put the Korean tax accounting offices into smooth operation. The paper is suggesting a total of eight hypotheses, and the researcher tested those with the help of difference analyses and a regression analysis. The findings reveal that there was a difference in productivity in accordance with academic background, positions and total number years of work, etc. but tat there was no difference in gender. And superiors and pay among the factors of job satisfaction influenced productivity, whereas promotion and coworkers didn't. The worker subjects and the executive subjects turned out to differ in terms of pay levels, the welfare of the works, and the level of their ability to carry out their business in regard to the actual situation of tax accounting offices in Korea.
