The Submillimeter Array (SMA), a collaborative project of the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO) and the Academia Sinica Institute of Astronomy & Astrophysics (ASIAA), has begun operation on Mauna Kea in Hawaii. A total of eight 6-m radio telescopes comprise the array with currently working receiver bands at 230, 345, and 690 GHz. The array will have 8 receiver bands covering the frequency range of 180-900 GHz. The backend is flexible analog-digital correlator with a full bandwidth of 2GHz, which is very powerful to cover several line emissions simultaneously. The current status and future plans of the SMA are described with emphasis on Taiwanese efforts.

In this paper, we extend the G-sequence of a CW-pair to the G-sequence of a map and show the existence of a map with nonexact G-sequence. We also give an example of a finite CW-pair with nontrivial $\omega$-homology in high order.

본 연구는 로터리 압축기의 사이드 블록 제작에 CAD/CAM을 활용한 것이다. 캠 시스템은 CAD(Solidworks), CAM(I-MASTER) 소프트웨어 및 CNC 밀링으로 이루어져 있다. 캠 소프트웨어는 컴퓨터 수치 제어 프로그래밍을 위한 G-코드 작성에 쓰인다.

본 논문은 프로그램 완성도를 감정한 내용에 대한 사례연구 내용이다. 따라서 본 연구 내용에서는 감정의 객관성 확보를 위한 가중치 설정 방안, 각 기능들에 대한 중요도 부여 방안 등을 제시한 후 이를 특정 감정에 적용한 연구 내용이다.

A thermal vapor deposition method for crystallization of insoluble analytes with matrix is established as a new sample preparation method for matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS). A mixture of mono, bis and tris(p-ethyl benzylidene) sorbitols was incorporated into microcrystals of ferulic acid, which was confirmed by confocal micrographs. Molecular masses of sorbitol derivatives were determined in this way by MALDI-MS without thermal decomposition.

Polyaniline (PANi) composite particles were synthesized by chemical oxidation polymerization of aniline in presence of poly-n-isopropyl acryl amide (PNIPAM). The PANi particles formed in the reaction medium deposited onto non-conducting PNIPAM template to produce PANi-coated composite particles. The formation of composite was confirmed by FT-IR spectroscopy, and UV-VIS spectroscopy, and their morphological structures were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). From the experimental results, it was determined that PANi was successfully coated onto non-conducting PNIPAM.

산업체 발생 VOC를 효과적으로 처리하는 Biofilter 시스템을 고안하였다. 재질과 다공성이 다른 3기의 시스템으로부터 황화수소, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 크실렌의 단일성분과 복합성분계의 성능을 고찰하였다 저 pH Biofilter(pH 2-3)의 장기운전이 가능하였고 벤젠의 경우 경쟁적 저해를 나타내었으나 일정기간의 순응 이후 혼합처리시 양호한 처리능력을 보여주었다.

본 논문에서는 압전 변압기와 CCFL의 전기적 등가회로에 의한 PSPICE 모델을 제시하였다. CCFL 모델은 최소 제곱근을 이용하여 모델의 파라미터들을 유도하였으며, 푸시풀 인버터로 구동되는 압전 변압기 및 CCFL을 PSPICE로 시뮬레이션하여 모델들을 해석하였다.

전도도가 우수한 알루미늄 및 알루미나 소재를 사용하여 LED 패키지를 제작하였다. 선택적 양극산화 공정을 적용하여 알루미늄 기판 상에 알루미나를 형성하고 이를 유전체로 사용하였다. 패키지 기판에 따른 열저항 및 광량 분석을 위해 알루미늄 기판과 알루미나 기판을 제작하여 성능 비교분석을 진행하였다. 알루미늄 기판이 알루미나 기판보다 우수한 열저항 및 발광효율 특성을 보여주었으며, 이러한 결과는 선택적 양극산화 공정을 사용한 알루미늄 기판이 고출력 LED 패키지용 기판으로 활용할 수 있음을 보여준다.

본 논문에서는 모터와 롤러에 의해 발생된 진동이 프레임에 전달되고 또한 롤러가 회전하면서 프레임에 진동을 전달하여 공진을 일으킬 수 있으므로 프레임과 롤러의 고유진동수를 해석함으로서 진동발생 요인인 모터의 회전 주파수를 제어하고 진동에 대한 트레드밀 기구의 구조적 안전성을 평가하였다.
