Purpose: This study analyzes the effects of variables affecting e-satisfaction and e-loyalty in e-commerce. Research design, data, and methodology: A survey was conducted to 384 Indonesia online shopping mobile application users. The questionnaire construct was designed based on several independent variables, such as application attractiveness, application functionality, and customer service on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. E-satisfaction was positioned as an intervening variable to determine the effect on e-loyalty. Results: Application attractiveness, application functionality, and customer service shown positive effect on e-satisfaction in online shopping mobile application. At the same time, e-satisfaction also affected e-loyalty significantly as referred in previous studies. However, application attractiveness, while showed positive effect on e-satisfaction, in contrary with previous study does not showed very significant effect. Conclusion: Application functionality significantly influences users satisfaction compared to application attractiveness. E-satisfaction mediates as a factor between visual design, information access, and transaction in online shopping mobile application, which stimulates user loyalty. The study findings' can be a reference for companies to create and maintain users' satisfaction and loyalty via different aspects of mobile application. Further research should be conducted on other field of study as the industry has different aspects that affects user loyalty.

국내 ASP(Application Service Provider) 산업은 지난 10년 동안 정부 주도하에 중소기업을 대상으로 급 성장하였다. 그러나 최근 ASP 서비스 업체의 지속적 적자 및 이용업체의 가입 정체 등으로 ASP 산업이 침체되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ASP 시장 규모 및 시장성장률의 BCG 매트릭스를 이용하여 핵심 서비스 군을 도출하고 이 서비스 군을 대상으로 집중 인터뷰(Focused Group Interview)를 통하여 핵심 성공 요소를 파악하여 ASP 산업의 활성화 방향과 차세대 ASP로 지칭되는 SaaS(Software as a Service)로의 발전방향을 모색하고자 한다.

The most important factor in students' growth and development is the teacher. Therefore in-service science teacher education to develop the professionality is important as well as the selection of new excellence teachers. Our research is on the development and application of new education program on science experiments where in-service teachers become the lecturers in the program and provide information that is bound to the context of real lessons. This program is consisted of following 10 steps of work, which was implemented in 5 months: sharing the philosophy of the program, selecting science experiments, first application of the experiments, discussion on the first application, learning how to edit the movie clips of the lesson, second application of the experiments, in depth discussion on the second application, developing the experiment package, giving lecture to other science teachers, and evaluating the program. We describe the process of the program developed and implemented in detail to suggest a model of science teacher education program on science experiments and discuss educational implications. This program is characterized by the emphasis of the context closely linked to the real lessons, the problem solving in a real situation, and the collaboration of teachers, professors and science education researcher in a teacher education.

최근 인터넷의 확산과 컴퓨터 네트워크 기술의 발전에 따라 차세대 컴퓨팅 패러다임으로 불리는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅(Ubiquitous Computing)을 실현하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경을 위한 기반 기술로서 측정 데이터와 서비스를 표준화된 형태로 교환할 수 있는 USN 응용서비스의 데이터 전달에 필요한 XML기반의 센서서비스기술 언어를 설계하였다. 설계된 언어를 바탕으로 불특정 다수의 사용자가 다양한 응용 환경에서 센서 데이터를 표준화된 프로토콜을 사용하여 실제 센서 데이터를 사용할 수 있도록 구현언어와 플랫폼에 영향 받지 않는 웹 서비스 기반의 참조모델을 제안하였다.

본 논문에서는 국내 중소 제조업체의 Application Service Providing(ASP)에 대한 인식을 기반으로 ASP 접근방법을 평가하고 활성화 방안을 제시한다. 정보시스템의 구축 및 운영에 관련한 비용과 위험을 고려할 때, ASP는 긍정적인 대안이라고 판단하는데, 본 연구에서 조사한 25개 업체에 따르면 아직 ASP서비스에 대한 이해와 인식이 낮으며, 향후 도입의사도 매우 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 그 주요 원인으로는 (1) ASP 서비스 효과에 대한 확신 결여, (2) 데이터 보안에 대한 우려, (3) 기존 인력의 처리 문제, 그리고 (4) 구축 및 서비스 안정 후의 가격 변동으로 파악되었다. 조사 분석된 내용을 기반으로 국내에서의 ASP 서비스 인식 증대와 성공적인 구현을 위한 핵심요인들에 대한 가이드라인을 제시한다.

As the cloud-based ICT(Information & Communication Technology) infrastructure matures, the existing monolithic software development method is evolving into a micro-service structure based on cloud native computing. To develop and operate the services efficiently under the cloud native environment, DevOps-based application development plans through MSA(Micro Service Architecture) design based are essential. A cloud native environment is an approach to developing and running applications that take advantage of cloud computing models such as automation of source distribution, container-based virtualization, application scalability, resource efficiency, and flexible maintenance through object independence. To implement this approach, the utilization of key elements such as DevOps, continuous delivery, micro service, and containers is essential, but there are not enough previous studies on case analyses or application methods of these key elements. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the cases of application development in cloud native environment and propose the optimized application development process and development method through small and medium-sized SI projects.

Purpose - This study aims to provide a brief understanding of usability and its extended models with TAM as well as identifying additional determinants that had been suggested in previous studies on mobile services. Research design, data, and methodology - Empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey of potential mobile application service users. The call for participation was also made in mobile related application issues, which were widely discussed. Result - The ease of use and usefulness had a significantly positive influence on attitude and intention. It also was revealed that added value services can offer practical value to customers. Thus, positive attitudes toward the adoption of services by customers are present when they perceive higher usefulness and ease of use of mobile application services. Conclusion - It was indicated that customers who are more inclined to try new products or who have a higher demand for new things tend to think about those functionalities and added value mobile application services from the perspective of usefulness and ease of use and operation.

Network technology has been developed for very high-speed networking and multimedia data whose characteristics are the continuous and bursty transmission as well as a large amount of data. With this trend users wish to view the information about the application services as well as network devices and system hardware. However, it is rarely available for the users the information of performance or faults of the application services. Most of information is limited to the information related network devices or system hardware. Furthermore, users expect the best services without knowing the service environments in the network and there is no good way of delivering the service related problems and fault information of application services in a high speed network yet. In this paper we present a web-based application management system that we have developed for the past year. It includes a method to build an agent system that uses an existing network management standards, SNMP MIB and SNMP protocols. The user interface of the system is also developed to support visualization effects with web-based Java interface which offers a convenient way not only to access management information but also to control networked applications.

Recently, the emergence of smartphone foster the technological convergence. This convergence no longer takes place within technologies only. Rather, convergence phenomena happen as a form of embodied services. However, previous research on convergence has been subject to the technology-oriented studies, including suggesting patent-based indexes or analyzing technological characteristics. However, investigating technology-service convergence is critical since most of new smart services are technology-based convergence services. Therefore, we analyze the pattern of technology-service convergence which occurs in the smartphone application services. We divided the smatphone application services into four categories, and employ a network analysis to represent the convergence phenomena of each category. Our study is expected to provide meaningful implication in new service development practice.

In the last ten years, manufacturing companies like GE, IBM, Motorola and service companies like GE Capital and CITIBANK have realized that Six Sigma has standed for quality reform movemant. Six Sigma management which makes the critic effects on the quality management have enlarged and applied office indirect work process and service department as well beyond question manufacturing process. Then Can Six Sigma application methodology from manufacturing industry be applied to service industry without transformation? Can Six Sigma be applied on improvement of Information system quality which is the critic key figure of current successful companies?
