Data were gathered from August 20, through September 10, 1994 ; demographic data of respondents and 'methodologies used for staff evaluation' by questionaires, level of 'perceived purposes of staff evaluation' and level of implementation of the 'principles of staff evaluation into practice' by Likert-type rating scales developed by the researcher. Raw and percentile scores and means were calculated and data were processed further by t-tests and ANOVA. Results are as follows ; 1. Traditional methodlogies : checklists(90.1%) and ranking methods(45.9%) revealed to be the two mostly prefered and used methods. 2. Of the 20 item-descriptions of the 'purpose of staff evaluation': 10 'control, evaluative' and 10 'non-control, developmental' the first(mean=3.19) to the ninth(mean=2.74) in rank order revealed to be the 'control, evaluative purpose', while the tenth in rank order revealed to be the first among the 'non-control, evaluative' item(mean-1.57). 3. Level of purpose of staff evaluation perceived as 'control ; evaluative'(mean=43.76, S.D.=5.01) revealed to be significantly(t=-3.86, p<.05) highter than 'non-control ; developmental'(mean=40.65, S.D.=3.41). 4. Level of implementation of 'staff evaluation principle into practice' revealed to be moderately high(mean=2.40).

Their novel material and sympathetic topic have made it possible for many Webtoons to be reproduced into tv dramas and movies, so, the influence of them has been increased as the copyright industry of culture contents industry. The increasing interest for Webtoon has induced academic studies for the subject. Among the various studies in need on Webtoon, the most important study topics in need are 'Story' and 'Quality' which are criterion for readers to choose Webtoons to read. To create the Webtoon that are great at 'Story' and 'Quality', the study on plots should be preceded, which recast episodes organically through a logical causal relationship. Therefore, in this study, the plots of Webtoons have been analyzed through Rescue plot in and the Riddle plot in selected from the Kang Full's Webtoon series, 'mystery psychology horror season', which are evaluated as the great work at 'Story' and 'Quality.' The analysis was implemented based on Tobias' theory which suggests 'the characteristics of plot' and '8 principles for good plot.' First, Kang Full's webtoons were analyzed through 'the characteristics of plot' and '6 principles for good plot' which is modified from '8 principles of good plot' based on Tobias' theory. Applicability was checked if Tobias' theory could be applied to Kang Full's Webtoon checking through the scenes and contents of the Webtoon. (1) Tobias' 'the characteristics of plot' could be applied to both Rescue plot in and the Riddle plot in . (2) Among '6 principles for good plot', 5 principles are shown in The Lighting Store and all of the 6 principles in Neighbor. The result shows that Tobias theory could be applied to the plot of Webtoon. The fact that Kang Full's Webtoons are composed in a formulaic form could be identified through 'the characteristics of plot' and '6 principles for good plot' shown in Rescue plot in and the Riddle plot in .

  • Marketing is a topic of growing interest to nonprofit organizational managers(for example, hospitals, museums, charities and, churches, universities and colleges) as their organizations confront new, complex marketplace problems. These organization heads(specially in university and college) are laking their first, tentative steps toward marketing, often confusing it with its advertising and selling subfunctions. A genuine marketing response has been undertaken by a relatively small number of college in america. Their approach is best described as market-oriented institutional planning. In these approach, marketing is recognized as much more then mere promotion, and indeed, the issue of promotion cannot be settled in principles until more fundamental issues are resolved. According to market-oriented institutional planning customer satisfaction is one of the most important concept in university(college) marketing. Therefore, this study reviews literatures about university(college) marketing and general customer satisfaction. The literature study suggests some research hypotheses about customer satisfaction in college. Next, these hypotheses are tested empirically using ${\chi}^2-test$, multiple linear regression analysis and t-test. The research results worth explorative study on the customer satisfaction in the college.

  • The presented study was designed to investigate the attribution of the visual perception of decorating techniques that have often been witnessed in the realm of modern fashion since 2006. The form is more impressive, more suitable to convey a message and, most of all, more memorable. In this study, attempts were made to categorize and create an order of prioritization among components such as surrounding, pattern (closure), space arrangement, area, overlapping, and community (proximity) surrounding that comprise the place and arrangement of decorating techniques in modern fashion. The results were as follow: First, centered decorating technique surrounded by other techniques is prioritized. Second, the more standardized the clothing with patterns, the more it was noticed. Third, the space arrangement also had an impact on prioritization in the following order: center of the sight, horizon, vertical, and diagonal in relation to the central axis. Fourth, concentrated area attracted more attention. Fifth, when overlapped, what is placed in the front became the center of recognition. Sixth, the technique that formed a community was more recognized. Therefore, the study suggests that as the decorating technique is gaining more significance, these findings would help to find the most effective method to utilize an acute visual stimulus to apply for a technique and maximize its aesthetic effects.

  • Traditional building technique has been used as the main technology in the field of architectural heritage conservation in South Korea. It has remained this way with very little resistance until now. But the time has come to question the appropriateness of traditional technique as conservation technique. In this paper a study was done on the properties of the traditional technique and the architectural heritage conservation technique in order to define the appropriateness between the two techniques. As a result the traditional technique was found to be unfit for conservation technique. The reasons are as follows. First, there is a time gap between the traditional technique and the time when the heritage was first built. Second, conservation work is about retaining the values of being a heritage while the traditional technique is about safeness and practicality. Third, the use of traditional technique comes with using the tools of its time which cannot ensure the safety of the heritage. The traditional technique must be looked upon as one of an option in the field of conservation. We must develop a better conservation technology by finding balance between the traditional technique and modern science. And further more an aggressive investment must be made in order to realize this objective.

  • The Theory of Constraints (TOC) is an approach and a philosophy that is used to develop specific management techniques. It was first popularized by the novel, The Goal, that applied the principles to operations management. Since 1997 it has found application in two areas within project management. The first application is scheduling of a single project to reduce project duration and simplify project control. there is a further application to allocate resources that are shared by concurrent project. It is the objective of this paper to explore the fundamentals of critical chain and to pursue an application of critical chain method to construction project by a case study.
