This Article attempts to analyse the enlarger phenomenon of 'temporary work-integration social enterprise' in 80's and 90's years in Germany. For this analysis were considered concepts and development of the 'secondary labour market' with respect of the 'temporary work-integration social enterprise'. At the same time were observed the background of the settlement of the 'secondary labour market' as local infrastructure for job creation in 80's and 90's years. Next was analyzed the contribution of the 'temporary work-integration social enterprise' on the fiscal consolidation through the method of cost-benefit analysis in fall of the community Gie${\ss}$en. Finally was limits and potential of the 'temporary work-integration social enterprise' analyzed, which as strategy for the fiscal consolidation was expanded in 80's and 90's years.

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the immediate effects of mulligan's straight leg raise with traction technique on angle of passive straight leg raise and length of hamstring muscle in patients with low back and radiate pain. Methods: Thirty one subjects participated in this study. The subjects were assigned to either the low back pain group (n=17) or the radiate pain group (n=14). Subjects in both groups received 3 times mulligan's straight leg raise with traction. All subjects were examined for the range of motion of lower extremity. The range of motion of lower extremity was composed of angle on straight leg raise and 90-90 straight leg raise. The range of motion of lower extremity was measured using a goniometer. Results: After 3 times of mulligan's straight leg raise with traction, significant improvements on the angle of straight leg raise and 90-90 straight leg raise were observed in the both groups (p<.05). However, there are no significant difference was observed between groups. Conclusion: These results suggest that mulligan's straight leg raise with traction provides an immediately effective in range of motion of lower extremity in patients with low back pain as well as radiate pain. Although more research is required on the effects of long-term mulligan's straight leg raise with traction on range of motion of lower extremity, our results can be useful to establish the standard parameters for range of motion of lower extremity in the clinical setting.

The present study was undertaken to estimate the antibacterial effect of a combination of C. rhizoma, L. Flos, and P japonica (1:1:1) extracts (CLP1000) and a combination of the herbal extract mixture and dioctahedral smectite (CLPS1000) against murine salmonellosis. At the concentration of CLP1000 and CLPS1000 0.5 mg/ml, the antibacterial effect was not showed on Salmonella typhimurium (S. typhimurium). On the other hand, the antibacterial effect against S. typhimurium was observed at the concentration of CLP1000 and CLPS1000 1.0 mg/ml. Oral administration of Smectite, CLPl000, and CLPS1000 at the dose of 10 mg/ml showed a therapeutic effect for S. typhimurium infected BALB/c mice. The mortality of Smectite, CLP1000 and CLPS1000-treated mice was 90%, 90%, and 70% at 12 days, respectively, while that of untreated mice was 100% at 9 days after a lethal dose of S. typhimurium infection. The results of our study strongly indicate that CLPS1000 has potential as an effective of salmonellosis.

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Mulligan's straight leg raise with traction technique and hold-relax technique on flexibility of hamstring in people with shortened hamstring. Methods: Thirty two subjects participated in this study. The subjects were assigned to either the Mulligan's straight leg raise with traction technique group (n=16) or the hold-relax technique group (n=16). 90-90 straight leg raise test was performed for evaluation of hamstring shortening at initial time of study. After intervention, immediate effect (immediately after intervention) and lasted effect (60 min after intervention) were assessed. Results: In the both Mulligan's straight leg raise with traction technique and hold-relax technique groups, significant improvements on flexibility of hamstring was observed in immediately and 60 minute after intervention (p<.05). However, there are no significant difference was observed between groups (p>.05). Conclusion: In the results of this study, both Mulligan's straight leg raise with traction technique and hold-relax technique show immediately and 60 minute after evaluation effectiveness in flexibility of hamstring of people with shortened hamstring. In addition, although the difference is not statistically significant, Mulligan's straight leg raise with traction technique was more increased average extension angle of knee joint at 90-90 straight leg raise test than the hold-relax technique.

In this paper, we analyze the security and performance of the Quantis Quantum random number generator in terms of cryptography through experiments. The Quantis' post-processing is designed to output full-entropy via bit-matrix-vector multiplication based on mathematical background, and we used the min-entropy estimating test of NIST SP 800-90B so as to verify whether the output is full-entropy. Quantis minimizes the effect on the random bit rate by using an optimization technique for bit-matrix-vector multiplication, and compared the performance to conditioning functions of NIST SP 800-90B by measuring the random bit rate. Also, we have distinguished what is in Quantis' post-processing to the standard model of NIST in USA and BSI in Germany, and in case of applying Quantis to cryptographic systems in accordance with the CMVP standard, it is recommended to use the output of Quantis as the seed of the approved DRBG.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of a life cycle of a theme park through looking at Everland in Yongin, Korea. The life cycle of Everland is divided into four stages. In "initial development" stage(1976 - the mid-80's), Everland become inclined the characteristics of an amusement park by constructing the amusement facilities in the Flower Center(botanical garden). In "growth" stage(the mid-80's - the early 90's), Everland had full grown to the amusement park and inclined to a theme park. In "maturity" stage(the early 90's - the mid-90's), many visitors were not motivated to re-visit Everland because the facilities and events did not change often. Therefore, Everland makes plans for multiple theme park. In "rejuvenation" stage(after the mid-90's), Everland has practiced the plans for multiple theme park and has become the family and accommodating-oriented theme resort park. Since 1976 when Everland was opened, it has evolved from an amusement park to a theme park by creating various and continuous innovations in facilities and events.

Heat shock proteins (HSPs) were induced in cells in the thermal stress, and the HSP90 family is one of the major classes of HSPs. Gene encoding HSPs have been characterized from various mammals and piscine. We have cloned and sequenced the HSP90 cDNA from a brain cDNA library constructed from flounder (Paralichthys oliThe result of sequence analysis shows it to be the HSP90~. The nucleotide sequence of the HSP90$\beta$ was composed of 2791 long, encoding 726 amino acid residues. The flounder hsp90$\beta$ gene showed very high sequence homology with hsp90f3 of European sea bass (96.6%), zebrafish (92.9%), Atlantic salmon (92.0%) and human (89.5%). We also constructed a phylogenetic tree based on HSP90 amino acid sequences from vertebrate species. Gene-specific primers were selected and used in RT-PCR reactions to measure the basal hsp90$\beta$ mRNA. The hsp90f3 gene is constitutively expressed at a fairly high level in all examined tissues (brain, liver, kidney, muscle, and spleen). In order to express protein of flounder hsp90$\beta$ in E. coli, we used the His-tagged pETvector. Then, the expression of flounder HSP90$\beta$ was confirmed by Western blot analysis.
