Changes of Physicopsychological Function difference on Trunk Control Exercise in Patients with Chronic Low Back Pain (체간 조절운동 양식에 따른 만성요통환자의 신체·심리적 기능변화)

  • This study conducted the following experiment to examine change of physicopsychological function on Dynamic Trunk Control Exercise(3D-DTCE) and Static Trunk Control Exercise (STCE) to chronic low back pain patients subject for lumbago therapy and management. Physical function was measured by equlibrium and lumbar muscle activities and psychological function was measured by self-efficacy on comparative analysis of pre, post exercise and each groups in 30 lumbago patient subject. Equlibrium was measured by total, front back and left right sway index, lumbar muscle activities were measured by abdominal rectus and oblique abdominalis, erector spinae and self efficacy with lumbago patients was measured index of self efficacy. These result lead us to the conclusion that each group were statistically improved at all physicopsychological test. but equlibrium and lumbar muscle activities were more statistically improved at DTCE group and self efficacy with lumbago patients were not differanced on each group. Consequently, DTCE would be lead to positive increment of physical function more than STCE.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the analysis on exercise effect of basic physical fitness, flexibility and muscle function using electric horseback riding machine. Subjects were ten males and ten females who were 20th aged young adults. They exercised every 45-min a day. Horse riding exercise has progressed 3-days a week till 4-weeks. We measured contents of basic physical fitness, flexibility and joint torque in lumbar. The results showed that contents of human body effect were higher than before exercise. We thought that stimulated by 3-D movement in horseback riding exercise instrument could be activated joints and muscles with the unused generally This continuous movement could reduce tonus of muscle and relax stiff muscles. horseback riding have significant effect with whole body exercise, also it could provide efficient exercise for the elder and disabled person.

  • In this work, we have developed a 2 degrees of freedom(DOF) motion simulator that can generate the sensation of motion in a 6 DOF space. The motion base has the DOF of roll and pitch, and the purpose of the motion base is to create the sensation of riding a vehicle in a 3D space by controlling the motion base. The dynamics of the mechanism was analysed and the optimal design of the motion base mechanism has been reached. The prototype motion base mechanism was developed and tested. The multi-axis motion controller(MMC) was used to control the two AC servo meters that drive the roll and pitch motion.

  • 본 연구에서는 반잠수식 Rig의 형상에 따른 최적 형상을 검토하기 위하여 최근 건조되고 있는 4-Column과 2-Lowhull 을 가진 원통형 Column과 4각 Column형을 공시모형으로 택하여 규칙파중 두 구조물에 작용하는 유체력과 유체력에 의한 운동 응답을 계산, 형상에 따른 유체 역학적 특성과 동요 진폭의 관계를 검토하였다. 수치계산은 3차원 특이점 분포법을 이용하여 정상상태에 대하여 실행하였다. 구조물의 형상과 역학적인 간섭의 영향을 이용, 보다 성능이 우수한 형상을 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 시각 자극, 청각 자극, 시청각 자극을 이용하여 인간의 공간인지 능력과 감각-운동 협응 정도를 분석하였다. 피험자는 과거에 시력과 청력장애를 경험하지 않은 20대의 정상성인 남녀 각각 10명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석을 위해 EOG, EMG등의 생체신호와 3차원 좌표추적장치(FASTRAK)를 이용하여 지시운동시 손가락의 위치좌표를 검출하였다. 그 결과 시청각 자극에서 가장 작은 인식오차를 보였고 공간인지에 있어서 시각이 청각보다 주도적인 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Development of Abdominal Compression Belt and Evaluation of the Efficiency for the Reduction of Respiratory Motion in SBRT (체부 정위방사선치료 시 호흡운동 감소를 위한 복부 압박기구 개발 및 유용성 평가)

  • Purpose: It's essential to minimize the tumor motion and identify the exact location of the lesions to achieve the improvement in radiation therapy efficiency during SBRT. In this study, we made the established compression belt to reduce respiratory motion and evaluated the usefulness of clinical application in SBRT. Materials and Methods: We analyzed the merits and demerits of the established compression belt to reduce the respiratory motion and improved the reproducibility and precision in use. To evaluate the usefulness of improved compression belt for respiratory motion reduction in SBRT, firstly, we reviewed the spiral CT images acquired in inspiration and expiration states of 8 lung cancer cases, respectively, and analyzed the three dimensional tumor motion related to respiration. To evaluate isodose distribution, secondly, we also made the special phantom using EBT2 film (Gafchronic, ISP, USA) and we prepared the robot (Cartesian Robot-2 Axis, FARARCM4H, Samsung Mechatronics, Korea) to reproduce three dimensional tumor motion. And analysis was made for isodose curves and two dimensional isodose profiles with reproducibility of respiratory motion on the basis of CT images. Results: A respiratory motion reduction compression belt (Velcro type) that has convenient use and good reproducibility was developed. The moving differences of three dimensional tumor motion of lung cancer cases analyzed by CT images were mean 3.2 mm, 4.3 mm and 13 mm each in LR, AP and CC directions. The result of characteristic change in dose distribution using the phantom and rectangular coordinates robot showed that the distortion of isodose has great differences, mean length was 4.2 mm; the differences were 8.0% and 16.8% each for cranio-caudal and 8.1% and 10.9% each for left-right directions in underdose below the prescribed dose. Conclusion: In this study, we could develop the convenient and efficient compression belt that can make the organs' motion minimize. With this compression belt, we confirmed that underdose due to respiration can be coped with when CTV-PTV margins of mean 6 mm would be used. And we conclude that the respiratory motion reduction compression belt we developed can be used for clinical effective aids along with the gating system.

  • The very large vessels like VLCC and container ship have been built recently and those vessels have smaller structural strength in comparison with the other convectional skips. As a result the fatigue destruction of upper deck occurs a frequently due to the springing phenomenon at the encountering frequencies. In this study, the hydrodynamic loads are calculated by three-dimensional source distribution method with the translating and pulsating Green function. A ship is longitudinally divided into 23 sections and the added mass, damping and hydrodynamic force of each section is calculated. focusing only on the vertical motion. Stiffness matrix is calculated by the Euler beam theory. The calculation is carried out for Esso Osaka.

  • Rapid technology growth of hardware have brought about development and expansion of various digital motion pictured information including 3-Dimension. 3D digital techniques can be used to be diversity in Animation, Virtual-Reality, Movie, Advertisement, Game and so on. 3D characters in digital motion picture take charge of the core as to communicate emotions and information to users through sounds, facial expression and characteristic motions. Concerns about 3D motion and facial expression is getting higher with extension of frequency in use and range about 3D character design. In this study, the facial expression can be used as a effective method about implicit emotions will be studied and research 3D character's facial expressions and muscles movement which are based on human anatomy and then try to find effective method of facial expression. Finally, also, study the difference and distinguishing between 2D and 3D character through the preceding study what I have researched before.

  • 어브레시브 워터젯을 이용한 Drilling시 깊이에 대한 예측은 가장 중요한 변주중의 하나다. 이 논문에서는 구멍 깊이의 예측 및 구멍 형상을 연구하기 위하여 3차원 해석 모델이 제안되었다. 해석 모델은 크게 두 가지로 구성되었다. 하나는 비선형 반복 방정식에서 생성된 입자의 운동식이며, 다른 하나는 수많은 입자에 의한 충돌시 가공능력을 규정지우는 Constitutive Equation으로 구성되었다. 이 모델은 구멍 가공이 진행됨에 따라 발생하는 감쇠 효과를 고려하였다.실험적인 고찰이 해석모델의 유용성을 검증하기 위하여 이루어졌으며, 근사한 결과를 보였다.

초고속 터보 분자펌프의 유동해석

  • 배기속도 2,500 L/s, 최고진공도 10-10 mbar를 구현할 대용량 복합 분자펌프 설계를 위한 2차원과 3차원 형상을 대상으로 실시하였다. 진공도가 10-5 mbar 이상이 되는 고진공도에서는 Knudsen 수가 102~107에 이르러 분자간 충돌을 거의 무시할 수 있게 되며, 이때의 유체해석 방법으로서는 통상 희박기체 해석법으로 많이 쓰이는 Direct Simulation Monte Carlo (DSMC) 방법보다, 충돌이 없는 분자의 자유운동을 모사하는 Monte Carlo 방법이 더 적합하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 다단계 rotor와 stator로 구성되는 복합분자 내 유동장에 Monte Carlo 해석법과 DSMC 방법을 모두 적용하여 유동해석을 실시하였다. 먼저 2차원 모델에 대한 해석을 실시하여 분자펌프의 성능에 중요한 영향을 미치는 설계변수로 날개각과 날개간격이 현저함을 확인하였으며, 이 설계변수들이 펌프의 주요성능 지표인 최대펌핑효율과 최대압축비에 미치는 영향을 다양한 3차원 유동해석을 통해 도출하였다. 유동해석 결과, 기체분자와 rotor 날개사이의 충돌 확률을 높이는 방안이 대체적으로 펌프의 성능을 향상시키는데 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다.
