With increasing interest in health promotion and quality of life, growing attention has been focused on the beneficial effects of urban green area. However, very few evidence-based approaches have been conducted on the health-related benefits of urban greenery. Therefore, this study examined the health-related benefits of green areas using physiological and psychological indices to obtain evidence-based data on these benefits. Twenty male university students were selected as subjects. Data were collected when participants viewed landscapes in a green area or an urban area for fifteen minutes. This research was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of School of Medicine, Chungnam National University. Physiological data in the green area revealed significantly decreased heart rates, significantly increased high-frequency value of heart rate variability, an index of parasympathetic activity, and reduced salivary cortisol concentration, a stress hormone, compared to the urban area. Psychological tests showed the green area significantly reduced the negative mood state and psychological symptoms, and significantly increased the positive mood state. Our data provided evidence for the health-related benefits of green areas, and the findings of this study support that green areas can play a critical role in health promotion for urban residents, by positively affecting autonomic nervous and endocrinal activities.
The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction level of patients with oral health care provided by a dental hospital, especially scaling, and their oral health behavior. The subjects in this study were 263 college students who were in their 20s and selected from among patients who visited D university dental hospital in Gangwon Province during the oral prophylaxis practice of dental hygiene sophomores and juniors. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Whether the selected students had ever had their teeth scaled was checked, and those who had outnumbered the others who hadn't. The rates of the former and latter respectively stood at 61.2 percent and 38.8 percent. Regarding places where they got their teeth scaled, the majority of the students that represented 75.2 percent did that at dental clinics. By gender, 34.4 percent of the male students did that at schools, which were larger than 11.8 percent of the female students who did. 88.2 percent of the female students did that at dental clinics, which were larger than 65.5 percent of the male students who did. Gender made significant differences to that(x2=10.79, p<.01). 2. As for satisfaction level with scaling by gender, the male students (38.7%) who had no specific idea outnumbered the female students (26.5%) who did. The female students(57.4%) who felt no pain during scaling outnumbered the male students(55.9%) who did. Gender made a significant difference to their responses. (x2=6.38, p<.05). 3. Concerning the use of oral hygiene supplies, most of the students who represented 72.2 percent had never flossed their teeth, and as many as 86.3 percent had never used a tongue cleaner. But the gaps between them and the others were not statistically significant.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual situation of nursing students' exposure to blood and body fluids, and their knowledge, awareness and performance of standard precautions in an attempt to offer basic data for education of nursing students concerning infection control. The participants of this study were 309 juniors and seniors enrolled in the nursing colleges in J province. Of the participants, 71.5% turned out to have experienced exposure to the blood and body fluids of patients. The mean score of the knowledge about standard precautions was $20.59{\pm}2.05$, whereas grade, infection control education were statistically significant. The average awareness of standard precautions scored $4.67{\pm}.36$, and age, no follow-up measures were statistically significant. The mean sore for the performance of standard precautions was $4.25{\pm}.70$, while exposure to blood and body fluids was found to be statistically significant. There was positive correlation between the participants' knowledge, awareness and performance. The awareness(${\beta}=.274$) of standard precautions only stood out significantly among the factors affecting the performance of standard precautions, accounting for 8.6% in the performance variance of standard precautions. The study found it necessary to develop the infection control program in diverse ways by complementing especially the areas which used to show low awareness and performance of standard precautions. It is thus suggested to intensify education for students about infection control prior to starting clinical training.

Our study is to verify validation of exercise effect that developing exercise and rehabilitation instrument using pneumatic actuators available rehabilitation and healthcare, while at the same time safer and more convenient for the user to select the desired exercise. Shares subject to the usual exercise is conducted in less than a week in the knee extension and flexion at the undergraduate level there is no more than 10 of the 20 patients were female. Subject performed knee exercise 3 set a day with 12times a set using fluid type exercise instrument and pneumatic exercise instrument that build in this study. Experiment has progressed in 4-weeks with 3-days a week. Our exercise load consist of two type. One is active exercise load with developed instrument in our study and the other one is passive exercise load with fluid instrument. Exercise program based on real-time muscle activation patterns and muscle activity before and after exercise by comparing the effects of exercise for rehabilitation has been verified. The results showed that muscular activity is higher in active exercise load than passive load, and improvement of muscle strength more increased too. Equipment more user-centered exercise more effectively exercise may enhance muscle strength was found. This study can adapt rehabilitation program and exercise for patient and weaker. Also our system can provide easily and convenient prescription of rehabilitation for expert related rehabilitation.

This research was conducted to investigate the impact of viewing scenery and walking in the urban forest on physiological relaxation of humans. The experiment was conducted in Hanbat Arboretum located in Daejeon, and the control experiment was conducted in front of Daejeon City Hall. The subjects that participated in the experiment comprised 24 Korean male university students in their 20s (average age, $21.1{\pm}2.5years$), participated in the experiment as the subject, and these subjects were classified into three groups divided into three locations such as the pine forest in Arboretum, the pond in Arboretum, and the city. The subjects sat down and viewed scenery for 10 min, and they then walked for 15 min. Further, physiological changes were measured using indicators such as heart rate variability (HRV), blood pressure, and pulse rate. As a result, when subjects viewed scenery and walked in the urban forest, a statistically significant increase in the high frequency (HF) power of HRV and decrease in systolic pressure was observed compared with when subjects viewed scenery and walked in the city. Through this research, it was found that activities like viewing scenery or walking in Arboretum of the city are effective in increasing the physiological relaxation of the city residents.
This study aimed to investigate the effect of a lap board that was developed to prevent musculoskeletal disorders caused by the use of a computer mouse. Study participants were 10 college students in their 20s who did not have any musculoskeletal symptoms. We analyzed the difference in upper limb movements, electromyographic activity, task performance, and subjective discomfort between 2 conditions: use of a mouse with the lap board and use of a mouse placed on a desk. Results of behavior analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the 2 conditions in terms of the average angle of shoulder flexion, shoulder internal rotation, and forearm pronation(p< 0.05). However, electromyographic activity, task performance, and subjective discomfort showed no significant differences between the 2 conditions. When subjects used the mouse with the lap board, their upper extremity was located much closer to the torso than when they used the mouse placed on the desk. Six of 10 participating students preferred the lap board. We expect that advanced research on prevention of musculoskeletal disorders due to the use of the computer mouse will be conducted in the near future.

This study examined energy saving and elevating the worker's neuro energy (comfort, concentration, physical, and psychological stability) by compensating for the unpleasant tactile sensation to stimulate auditory and olfactory senses and reduce energy consumption. The experiment was conducted in an environment test room under the test conditions of temperature $25[^{\circ}C]$, relative humidity 50[RH%], illumination 1,000[lux] and air current speed 0.02[m/sec] by stimulating the auditory senses with a 1/f change in rhythm and the olfactory senses with an aroma scent. The experiment utilized the method of EEG, which evaluates human body's psychological status via tactile means, and the method of the vibra image, which evaluates the learning abilities, HRV and human body's psychological status via non-tactile means. The subjects were selected as eight university students (four males and four females) in their 20s, the type that have high relative ${\alpha}$(8~13[Hz]) activation in occipital lobe, which brings the highest level of mind stability and concentration, who had no difficulty in physical activities. The subjects' posture and physical activity was fixed to 1met - when the subjects are seated and relaxing in a comfortable environment - and their clothes condition was standardized as 0.7clo. As a result, the sentimental and psychological stability and concentration were the highest in the multisensory stimulation of jasmine scent and change rhythm of an a=1.106 sound source. In addition, under this condition, the relative $M{\alpha}$ and relative $M{\beta}$ increased by 70.49[%] and 89.72[%], respectively; the HRT decreased by 39.09[%]; and the fatigue and tension/anxiety decreased by 36.85[%] and 15.54[%], respectively.

This study investigated the effects of life stress, cultural adaptation stress, and academic satisfaction amongst a total of 283 20's Chinese students majoring in cosmetology at colleges in Seoul. For this, data was collected from February to March 2017. The frequency analysis was conducted to verity the general characteristic of Chinese student studying in Korea who are study objects while utilizing SPSS Statistics V22.0 for data processing and analysis while the factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to investigate the validity of measurement tool and evaluate the reliability. Moreover, the regression analysis between variables and regression analysis were utilized. The results found the following: First, in terms of life stress, as peer relationship, appearance stress, economic stress, family relationship stress and academic stresses decreased, their academic satisfaction increased. Second, regarding cultural adaptation stress, as interpersonal and living culture stresses were lowered, academic satisfaction increased. Therefore, this study targets to derive implications on an efficient plan to improve the academic satisfaction of Chinese students studying in the Republic of Korea by developing and providing a proper academic program with a decent support system in terms of culture, life, and education after investigating their life and cultural adaptation stresses.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of kinesio taping on muscle strength and changes of muscle fatigue and damage. 10 male subjects participated in 1-RM and isometric cybex muscle strength tests with and without taping application. Muscle strength (bench press, leg press) and extension (knee, shoulder) strength were significantly increased after taping, but there was no significant difference in flexion (knee, shoulder) strength. The concentration of fatigue factors (ammonia, phosphorous), muscle damage index substances (CK, LDH), IGF-I and creatinine were reduced after taping, but there were no significant differences.
The author conducted a records research named 'daily life and records.' The purpose of the research was to find an archive, if possible, that would be effective in promoting exchange and cooperation among people in their daily lives, and to distinguish what type of archive it would be, as well as how to let it naturally take place in their ordinary lives. For 4 months (August-December 2019) with 100 college students in their 20s, trial and error were repeated. There was no separate laboratory for the research, and it used regular school hours at universities. Although it is true that there was a control through power by the college system, the plot was centered on the sunshine policy. To human being there is a voluntary and positive attitude. If anyone begins to take this attitude it is difficult to stop such action. Through emotional support, this voluntary action was encouraged to take root. The experiment was an attempt to doubt the obvious, and to search for something new. From afar, this may seem irrelevant to archives. However, for the author who is a professional archivist, it was a time of records through control by Records principles. By organizing into a form of story, its archival implications are observed.
