한국가금협회의 10년사를 기록하기 전에 여러분 들에게 이해를 구해야 할 것이 있다. 먼저 이 기록은 협회에 비치되어 있는 여러 가지 자료, 문서철 등을 중심으로 당시 협회의 임직원으로 계시된 분들을 보시고 그분들의 기억과 기록을 근간으로 하여 엮어 본 것이다. <10년이면 강산도 변한다>라는 말과 같이 10년간의 기록을 뒤적여 보니 그 동안의 도난, 화재 등으로 없어진 기록도 많았고 또 구술하시는 분들의 기억에도 희미한 것이 많았다. 단지 이 기록은 불충분한대로 협회의 지난 10년 동안의 활동을 간추려 본 것이라 할 수 있고 누락된 이 있으면 수시로 지적해 주시는 모든 회원들의 협조를 얻어야만 완전한 기록으로서 협회의 사실이 다시 한번 빛을 볼 수 있게 되리라 생각된다.

In this study, Construction work is mainly done outdoors, so earth works, reinforced concrete works, etc. are Non-Working Days to rainfall. In particular, changes in rainfall due to global warming have made air calculation more difficult. Therefore, when establishing the process plan, the change of the rainfall in the area should be identified and Non-Working Days should be calculated. In this study, the time of rainfall change point was identified using the meteorological 'observation' data from 1960 to 2016 in Incheon and RCP 4.5, 'weather forecast' data from 2018 to 2074, Year rainfall and seasonal rainfall. The results showed that rainfall changed point in 1972, 1988, 2013, 2038, 2050 and 2069. In particular, it has been found that non-working days due to rainfall has big changed point as of 2013, 2038 and 2069.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the way of representing women in and which producted and released in 1972, the year of Revitalizing Reform System starts. Each films intended to construct some conventional popular codes for persuading the public. Considering this contexts, it is true there was a little difference between these two films and the national cinema which undertaken on a full scale after Revitalizing Reform System started. But we can also find that each films revealed the intention of ruling ideology suturing the opposite values resulted by the specificities of Modernizing project during the Park Chung-Hee reign using a strategy which represents women officially. These women who were wholly integrated with the official discourses would proposed a ideal stereotype which supports the Developmental mobilization regime and through this strategy the Park Chung-Hee reign wanted to construct a new group identity of women as the very proper elements of Nation.

이번에 개정된 건축법 시행령(대통령 령 제 6834호)이 1973년 9월1일 부로 공포되었다. 이것은 이미 개정 공포된 건축법(법률 제2334호 1972. 12.30 )에 대한 시행령인 것이다. 개정된 건축법이 공포되기 전에 (본지 1972년 12월호), 필자는 건축법 개전(안)에 대해서 소견을 피력한 바 있으며, 아울러 작년 ‘건축사’지 6월호에 발표한 ‘현행 건축법에 있어서의 문제점’에서도 여러 가지 문제점에 대해서 언급한 바 있었는데, 여기에서 지적한 문제점들이 이번 개정된 건축법과 시행령에서 많이 다루어져 있어, 흐뭇한 마음 금할 수가 없다. 아직도 미흡한 점이 있다고는 하나, 금반 개정으로 많이 보완되었으며, 건축법은 그것의 성질로 보아 완벽을 기할 수 없는 것이고, 시대의 변천에 따라 건축도 진보ㆍ발전하는 것이므로, 그에 따라 건축법도 개정하여 나아가야 한다는 것은 당연한 일이다. 그러나 충분한 연구도 없이 조령모개하는 식의 개정은 지양하여야 하며, 한번 개정하는데도 신중을 기해야 할 것이다. 실무에 종사하는 필자로서, 평소에 생각하던 것을 조문에 따라, 이번에 개정된 부분과 과법에 지적하지 안했던 것들 중에서 문제점을 모아 간추려 보고자 한다.

모기 매개 질병에 관한 자료 수집결과 뇌염에 관하여 발병상황을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 1972년부터 1982년사이에 뇌염 발병 환자수의 78.5%가 전라남도, 충청남도, 경기도 지방으로 국한 된다. 2. 치사율은 최저 2.3%에서 최고 17.6%이고 평균 3.8%로 나타났다. 3. 작은 빨간 집모기가 뇌염 매개에 중요한 역할을 하고 있으나 그의 낮은 인체 選好性에 대한 이유는 아직 밝혀지지 않고 있다. 빨간 집모기와 금빛 숲모기의 노염 매기種으로서의 의미는 뇌염 매개에 있어서 그들의 역할에 따라 좀더 연구 되어야 할 필요가 있으며 돼지에 대한 면역을 통하여 뇌염 유행의 가능성을 줄일 수 있는 효과를 규명하는 연구가 필요 되어 진다.

The authors identified eighty-eight Shigella cultures among about four thousands specimens collected from all over the country in 1972. Of eighty-eight cultures, seventy-seven cultures belonged to Shigella flexneri and eleven cultures to Shigella sonnei. None of cultures belonging to either subgroup A or C was detected in 1972. Of seventy-seven cultures of Shigella flexneri one was $B_{1b}$, fifty-six were $B_{2a}$, nine were $B_{3a}$, six were $B_{4a}$, three were By and one was each of $B_{3b}$ and $B_{3c}$. Of eleven cultures of Shigella sonnei seven cultures appeared to be phase I and the others phase II. Although there was quite a difference found in the incidence of isolating Shigella organisms between different areas as shown in Table 1, it would not be possible to understand that there might not have been the cases or carriers of Shigella in the areas where the organisms were not isolated in 1972. Concerning the biochemical properties it was not possible to compare the results obtained from the decarboxylase and dihydrolase tests with them obtained in previous years except that of lysine decarboxylase tests since they were not reported individually by the different serotypes in the previous reports. These results obtained in 1972 would be the data for the future comparison. In regards to the antibiotics-sensitivity of Shigella cultures the most of them showed sensitive results to nitrofurantoin, ampicillin, cephalosporin, gentamycin and geopen, and the majority of them appeared to be resistant to cloxacillin, tetracycline and streptomycin by means of the In Vitro tests.

(사)일본자동차타이어협회로부터 요즈음 1972년도의 타이어 점검결과의 집계가 발표됐다. 72년도의 타이어 점검은 년간을 통해서 92회에나 달해 점검차량수도 1만대을 돌파했다. 동점검결과에 의하면 불량타이어의 장착률은 33.1%로서 과거 4년간중 최저를 기록했으나 불량타이어 장착의 내역으로는 타이어구의 과마모가 50.2%로서 거꾸로 과거 4년의 최고를 기록하고 있는 점에 주목이 된다. 그리고 집계결과는 다음과 같다.

국내 최초의 연구용 원자로 1,2 호기(KRR-1,2)는 각각 1962년과 1972년에 가동을 시작하여 국내 원자력 기술 자립에 많은 도움을 주었다. 그러나 하나로의 정상 가동으로 인해 연구용 원자로 1,2 호기의 효용가치가 상실되었을 뿐만 아니라 시설의 노후화로 인해 1995년 두기 모두 가동이 중지되었고 1996년 과학기술부에 의해 연구로 1,2 호기를 폐로 하기로 결정하였다.(중략)
