This study was conducted to examine the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training teachers and instructors and to examine ways to apply micro credentials. To this end, the current status of the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training instructors and instructors at K University's Competency Education Development Institute, the characteristics of micro credentials, and the possibility of linking the remuneration curriculum to micro credentials are as follows. First, most of the recognition of digital certificates was positive for digital certificates such as digital credit, digital badge issuance, and recognition of the recognized qualification process of maintenance education when completing the training course. In addition, as a method of applying micro credentials to conservative education, various cases were proposed to benefit from conservative education, systematization and grading of the qualification process, and credit of the qualification process. Second, as an institutional supplement to enhance the utilization of conservative education using micro credentials, the need to expand NCS-based major conservative education, provide efficient learning contents and learning methods, and set minimum completion time. In addition, the most common response as a way to improve the understanding of teachers and instructors in vocational ability development training was the micro credential promotion plan. Third, in the role of conservative education institutions and vocational ability development training instructors and instructors, conservative education institutions mention maintaining educational quality the most, and active participation was the role of vocational ability development training instructors. Through this study, it is expected to establish a vocational training environment that can enhance expertise and provide a practical portfolio of practical competency history by linking the remuneration curriculum of vocational competency development training instructors and micro credentials.

Due to COVID-19, the education and training environment in vocational competency development has changed significantly. In vocational education and training, where the proportion of face-to-face training is more extensive than in other areas of education, some training courses had no choice but to be converted to online. This study presents a distance training system plan for non-contact vocational training by analyzing the learner's non-contact learning experiences. Non-face-to-face education experiences were investigated for learners of private vocational training institutions, universities, and public higher vocational training institutions. The main contents of the survey were to analyze the non-face-to-face learning experiences of these learners for the educational environment and educational purposes. Based on the results of the learners' non-face-to-face learning experiences, a draft of a remote training system construction plan for non-face-to-face education was composed, and a Delphi study was conducted on the draft non-face-to-face remote training system. A method for establishing a distance training system including non-face-to-face teaching and learning strategies, learning and operation support was proposed with these results.

This study examines the paradigm shift in vocational training with the introduction of remote training, which has been conducted fragmentarily by project, to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. It analyzes the operation's problems and limitations by dividing the remote training process from assessment to budget execution by subject, stage, and procedure. Additionally, it collects various stakeholders' opinions to propose improvement plans for the vocational training support system to effectively respond to the paradigm shift in vocational training in the digital and non-face-to-face era. The study assumes that the assessment of training institutions and the training process should be innovated in a way that can accommodate the direction of vocational training in the digital and non-face-to-face era instead of focusing on traditional collective training. Based on this premise, it suggests ways to enhance the pre-approval screening system and the training institution assessment system.

항해사가 타선과의 충돌위험 인지 및 피항을 위한 Radar/ARPA 교육훈련은 오래전부터 STCW협약에 의하여 각 해양계열 및 수산계열 교육기관에서 실시되는 교과목명, 교육시간, 교육내용이 상이한 것으로 조사되었다. 하지만 각 교육기관에서 발행한 이 교육훈련과 관련한 증서는 동일한 효력을 가지고 있다. 이에 Radar/ARPA 교육훈련 내용의 세부사항이 표준화될 필요가 있으며, 최저 평가에 대한 표준도 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 Radar/ARPA 교육환경 개선 및 시나리오 개발, 실습노트, 평가 툴(Tool)에 대하여 개선하고자 하여 이들을 개발 제안하여 이 교육훈련의 효율적인 교육방안을 위한 기본적인 표준모델을 개발하고자 한다.

정보처리기술이 발달함에 따라 원자력시설에 대한 사이버침해 가능성이 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 방사능방재법 및 관련 법령에 의거하여 국내 원자력시설은 각 시설 별 사이버사건 비상대응 절차를 수립하고 절차의 유효성 및 비상대응조직의 대응역량을 제고하기 위한 목적의 주기적인 사이버사건 대응훈련을 실시하고 있으며, 규제기관의 독립적인 훈련평가 결과를 통해 많은 개선사항이 도출되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현행 원자력시설의 사이버사건 대응훈련 체계를 분석하여 사이버사건대응 훈련 정책의 개념에 대해, 국내·외 기준에 따른 사이버사건 대응훈련 정책의 요소를 식별하여 이를 개선하기 위한 구체적인 규제방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to establish a system that can maximize the effectiveness of disaster safety training. A review of previous studies and analysis of current status cases was conducted to examine the current level of data, systems, demand technologies, laws, and systems for related fields. A disaster safety training system linking digital twin and extended reality technology was proposed, and a study on the construction plan was conducted for this. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the advancement of the disaster safety training system and reduce disaster damage.

합성전장훈련체계를 통해 지휘관 및 참모 훈련뿐만 아니라 기존의 야외 실기동훈련시 제한 되었던 전투경험을 가능하게 함으로써 전장 적응능력을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 훈련자체가 전투임을 인식하고 전장실상 및 전투양상에 지휘관 및 각개병사의 사고가 지향되도록 할 수 있을것이다. 훈련후에는 추상적이고 주관적인 훈련성과 검증이 아닌 과학적 분석과 정밀한 사후검토 체계에 의한 교훈도출과 특정국면을 재현한 전술토의가 가능하므로 보다 수준 높은 전술적 식견과 전투감각을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 안전한국훈련의 체계적은 포괄적 훈련 프로세스 모델을 개발하기 위해 국제표준인 ISO 22398과 미국의 국토안보훈련(Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program, HSEEP)의 훈련 모델에 기반해 국내 안전훈련을 위한 훈련 모델을 개발하였다. ISO 22398에서는 훈련 프로그램, 훈련 프로젝트, 그리고 지속적 개선을 통한 환류 구조를 제시하고 있었고, 미국의 국토안보훈련에서는 대비 순환과 훈련 순환 구조를 서로 엮는 것으로 포괄적인 훈련 환류 구조를 완성하였다. 한국의 안전훈련이 연속성을 가지기 위해서는 두 훈련 모델을 통합해 지속적으로 환류지속이 가능한 훈련 모델의 개발이 필요해 이를 제시하였다.

경제 성장과 생활 수준의 향상으로 인한 자동차 수의 증가는 않은 문제를 발생시키고 있다 제한된 인력과 비용으로 효율적인 자동차 관리를 위한 연구 분야 중에서 자동차 번호판 인식 (Vehicle Plate Recognition) 기술은 법규위반의 식별, 통행료 징수, 납세, 도난.도주 차량 확인 및 주차 관리 등의 않은 분야에 응용되고 있다. 자동차 번호판 문자 인식 문제와 같이 훈련 예제 수집 비용이 많이 드는 경우에 제한된 수의 훈련 예제를 최대한 활용하여 분류 성능을 향상시키기 위한 방안 중 하나로, 수집된 훈련 예제들로부터 가상의 예제를 생성하고, 생성된 가상 예제를 훈련 예제로 추가하여 학습하는 절러 연구가 수행된 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 번호판 문자 인식의 성능 향상을 위친 수집된 예제들을 적절히 병합하여 가상의 예제를 생성하는 방안에 관해 기술하고, 문자 인식 분야에서 일반적으로 많이 사용되는 여러 알고리즘에 대하여 다양한 가상 예제 생성 방안 및 다양한 생성 비율 따른 실험을 통해 그 효용성을 확인하였다

There are few studies on the human resource development and management of container terminal in Korea. In this situation, we try to analyze the training and education of Busan port container terminals. This study took a close look at present condition of training and education of container terminals in Busan and compared it with foreign advanced port. And conducted a questionnaire survey on the actural condition and system of it. Based on the survey result, we examine the problems and suggest an alternative plan to improve the training and edcation of Busna Port container terminals.
