In this study, permeable repair materials mainly composed of silicate - based inorganic materials(SIM), which are easily available domestically, were prepared as a basic study for the development of permeable repair materials using SIM. SIM were compared and examined for their performance as repair materials by selecting a product group which has many cases of use in foreign countries. The SIM used were mainly composed of sodium, potassium and lithium silicate. Performance evaluation of SIM was performed by absorption and penetration, compression and adhesion, rapid chloride ion penetration, rapid freezing and thawing, and chemical resistance test. According to the test results, SIM showed effective performance in all areas, mainly because SIM permeates into the interior of the capillary and has a dense internal microstructure. Therefore, it can be used variously to improve the durability of concrete based on the results of this experiment.

급변하는 환경속에서 중소기업이 살아남기 위해서 필수적으로 요구되는 것이 정보기술이다. 특히 최근에 와서 인터넷의 중요성과 활용이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 인터넷에 관한 실태분석을 통하여 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 전국의 중소기업 126개 업체를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하고 , 회수된 82부중 64부를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 중소기업에서는 인터넷에 대한 필요성은 강하게 느끼고 있지만 인지도는 그리 높지 않았고, 사용시간도 낮은 수준이었으며, 주로 활용하고 있는 업무는 마케팅 업무였고, 활용되는 분야는 검색과 전자우편이 주를 이루었다. 인터넷의 활용으로 달성할 수 있는 성과로는 중소기업이 취할 수 있는 활용방안은 의사소통의 원활화, 업무자동화, 경영전략단계 등임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상과 같이 중소기업이 인터넷을 활용하고 있는 정도는 미약하지만, 강한 필요성을 느끼고 있고, 정부차원의 지원을 통해 인터넷은 중소기업의 필수 불가결한 정보기술, 나아가서는 경쟁무기가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this paper is to study whether there are differences in the relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance among large, medium and small-sized enterprises. This study first assessed the immediate influence of IT utilization level on organizational performance, and then further examined the moderating effects of the organizational size and the environmental dynamism that had influences on the relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance. The empirical test revealed that IT utilization level had significant impact on organizational performance in case of all sized enterprises. But, the sub-group analysis revealed that IT utilization level had no statistically significant impact on organizational performance in case of large enterprises despite of higher IT utilization level than small and medium-sized enterprises. The relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance was not moderated significantly by environmental dynamism in case of all sized enterprises. But, the sub-group analysis revealed that environmental dynamism had significant moderating effect on the relationship between IT utilization level and organizational performance in case of large and small-sized enterprises when there was a high level of environmental dynamism.

이탈 고객 예측은 데이터 마이닝에서 다루는 주요한 문제 중에 하나이다. 이탈 고객 예측은 일종의 분류(classification) 문제로 의사결정나무추론, 로지스틱 회귀분석, 인공신경망 등의 기법이 많이 활용되어왔다. 일반적으로 이탈 고객 예측을 위한 모델은 고객의 인구통계학적 정보와 계약이나 거래 정보를 입력변수로 하여 이탈 여부를 목표변수로 보는 형태로 분류 모델을 생성하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 고객과의 지속적인 접촉으로 발생되는 추가적인 사건 정보를 활용하여 연관성 규칙을 생성하고 이 결과를 기존의 방식으로 생성된 분류 모델과 결합하는 이탈 고객 예측 방법을 제시한다. 제시한 방법의 유용성을 확인하기 위해서 특정 국내 신용카드사의 실제 데이터를 활용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과 제시된 방법이 기존의 전통적인 분류 모델에 비해서 향상된 성능을 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 제시된 예측 방법의 장점은 기존의 이탈 예측을 위한 입력 변수들 이외에 고객과 회사간의 접촉을 통해서 생성된 동적 정보들을 통합적으로 활용하여 예측 정확도를 높이고 실시간으로 이탈 확률을 갱신할 수 있다는 점이다.

IP서브넷과 매체간의 이동성을 제공하기 위해서 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) Mobile IP WG(Working Group)에서 Mobile IP가 제안되었다. 현재 Mobile IP WG의 활동 방향은 그 동안의 Mobile IP가 특별히 지원을 하지 않던 무선 환경을 수용하는 쪽으로 초점이 맞추어 지고 있다. 특히 무선 환경에서는 무선 대역 및 전원 자원의 효율적인 활용이 커다란 이슈가 되며 이를 위해서는 이동 노드의 이동성 관리 상태의 지원이 하나의 해결책이 될 수 있다. 본 논문은 이동 호스트의 무선상에서의 대역 및 전원 자원의 효율적인 활용을 위한 이동성 관리 상태를 자원하기 위하여 Mobile IP를 활용한 페이징 기법을 제시한다. 제시하는 방법은 이동성 관리 상태를 정의하여 이동 노드의 관리 상태를 차별화하며 제어에 따르는 비용을 감소시켜 자원을 낭비를 줄인다. 특히 페이징 및 페이징 영역 관리를 위한 제어 메시지를 Mobile IP메시지를 수정하여 제시하게 되는데 수정된 Mobile IP를 활용한 페이징 제어 메시지는 새로운 부가적인 제어 메시지의 활용을 줄여 복잡함을 막고 모든 제어를 IP로 하는 이점을 얻을 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 5G 스마트폰을 활용하여 사용자가 로봇 청소기의 위치 추정을 도울 수 있는 방안을 소개한다. 로봇 청소기는 다양한 알고리즘을 활용하여 자신의 위치를 추정하며, 때로는 오차가 발생하기도 한다. 현재 많은 사람들은 5G 스마트폰을 소유하고 있으며, 이 5G 스마트폰을 활용하여 로봇 청소기의 위치 추정을 보조할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 5G 스마트폰은 MIMO 안테나를 사용하여 통신을 하는데, MIMO 안테나는 기존의 전 방향성 안테나와는 달리 방향성을 가지고, 고주파를 사용하기 때문에 신호의 직진성을 보장받는다. 이러한 특성을 활용하여 스마트폰을 참조 노드로 하여 로봇 청소기는 측위를 보조할 수 있다. 본문에서 제안하는 아이디어를 소개하며, Matlab을 활용하여 아이디어의 효용성을 검증하였다.

탈추격형의 국가 연구개발 진흥의 관점에서, 산재한 법규에 규정된 국가 연구개발 성과의 귀속 활용 제도와 문제점을 총체적으로 살펴보고, 통시적 고찰을 통하여 그 개선방향을 모색한다. 국가 연구개발 성과물을 개발자에게 귀속되는 것으로 2010년에 규정하였으나, 그 성과물의 활용에 관련된 하위 규정은 이에 상응하게 정비되지 않아 제약으로 작용하고 있다. 대표적으로 대통령령으로 규정된 통상실시의 원칙과 지재권 양도의 제약 규칙이다. 공공기술의 확산을 통한 산업화의 논리에서 벗어나, 재산권의 자유로운 처분의 개념으로 국가 연구개발 성과의 활용 제도를 바라 볼 필요가 있다.

An increase of national R&D has brought the growth of research performance such as paper and patent quantitatively. However, the results of technology transfer and commercialization still leave much to be desired in Korea. Therefore, it has to be drawn up a plan for effective management & application of research performance created by public research institutes. We select four leading institutes (two universities, two government-funded research institutes) that performed efficient performance management & application. Then, we analyze the best practices and suggest contributions. The results show that four institutes build up a framework of performance management & application from research planning to technology transfer and commercialization. At an early planning phase, institutes set up definite needs-oriented goals, and prior review as well as prior art search is executed through experts. Besides, they systematically promote strategic patent management, technology marketing, post management, and so forth. For such a performance management & application process, capabilities have to be supported with regard to specialized organization, system, routine. This study can give an hint to improve performance management & application from public research institutes in Korea.

본 연구의 목적은 전자식별 체계를 식품인증에 적용해 농식품의 안전성, 기능성을 인증하고 농식품 품질인증 마크와 연동한 효과적인 식품인증 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 또한 전자인증 기술을 활용해 농식품 품질을 손쉽게 확인하고, 주요 식품정보를 언제, 어디서나 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 최근 모바일 기술을 활용한 QR코드 기반의 전자인증이 여러 사업 분야에서 사용되고 있는데, 이를 식품인증에 적용하여 식품인증의 효과성, 효율성, 편의성을 증진시킬 것으로 기대한다. 또한, 본 연구를 통하여 물류, 제조, 생산, 유통 산업에서 활용하고 있는 전자인증 체계(RFID, 바코드, QR코드 등)를 식품인증에 적용하여 식품상품의 정보를 손쉽게 확인하고 식품 정보조회를 통해 식품 품질을 검사하는데 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
