In this study, land use state analysis for northern part of Cheon-ra province where is relatively vast area is accomplished using the application system of land use map. The system is developed for promoting application of the latest land use map and is possible to GIS spatial analysis. Through this study, an analysis method of land use state and decision making support for effective land use plan is presented. It is expected for land use map to be variously applied to land planning by analysis of wide-range land use state and base data for fields such as environment effect, disaster analysis.

1990년대 이후 과거의 이 치수 중심적인 하천에서 하천사용자 중심을 보장하는 인간 중심적인 하천으로 하천의 개념이 변화하면서 홍수터로 사용되고 있는 하천주변 부지에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 홍수터는 평상시 건조한 지역으로 유지되고 있다가 강우나 자연적으로 발생되는 유량에 의해 침수되기 쉬운 유역으로 주로 하천이나 호수 등에 인접한 낮은 지대를 의미하고 있으나 시대와 분석하는 사람에 따라 주관적으로 판단하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천의 치수 및 구조적 안정성을 보장하면서 자연 및 환경보전을 고려한 지속발전 가능한 하천 관리 실현을 위해 기초 자료로 제공되는 홍수터 이용현황을 조사하였다. 또한 홍수터의 구간을 하천법에 나타나는 하천구역과 홍수관리구역을 포함한 구역으로 한정하였으며, 이에 대한 대상지역은 한강 일대의 홍수터로 선정하였다. 하천 활용 현황조사는 크게 실내조사와 현장조사로 나누어 실시하였으며, 실내조사는 하천정비기본계획을 중심으로 하천구역을 설정하였으며 그에 따른 훙수터 이용현황을 분석하였으며, 현장조사는 한강 일대 홍수터를 직접 조사하여 홍수터 이용현황을 분석하였다. 조사결과 한강은 과거부터 쌀로 유명한 이천, 여주 등이 위치하고 있어 넓은 홍수터 구간을 농경지로 활용하고 있으며, 기존의 하천 하상보다 높게 복토하여 대단위 농경지로 활용되고 있었다. 그 외 지역의 홍수터는 수위변화의 영향으로 인한 피해를 최소화하기 위하여 제방을 쌓음으로써 초지 및 잡종지로 활용되고 있었다. 친수공간의 활용도는 팔당댐 부근 구간과 서울특별시 구간이 공원 및 주차장 시설 등으로 활용되고 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate music therapists'use and perception of computer-based music technology. Questionnaires were distributed either electronically or in-person to 367 music therapists with credentials. Of the 367 initially distributed questionnaires, 101 were returned and 61 were analyzed after excluding 40 incomplete responses. The survey was comprised of two sections: the use of music technology and perceived importance of music technology in music therapy practice. The results showed that 65.6% of the respondents had used music technology in their clinical practice. The most frequently used type of music technology was Finale, followed by Garage band, and Cubase. With regard to the areas where music technology was used, it was implemented primarily for adolescents for musical or emotional goals, and was applied most frequently as a musical resource. In addition, most respondents showed a positive attitude toward music technology and added that they would need to be trained to use music technology for their clinical practice. These results provide practical information on how music therapists use and perceive computer-based music technology, and its implication for music therapy clinical practice.

Since 2013, Korean government announced 'government 3.0' to promote public data open policy. As a result, related websites were constructed by the government. Using these websites and public data open cases, we introduced and analyzed current domestic public open data status and case analysis in Korea Republic. For websites, websites such as 'seoul open data plaza' were selected. For related cases, websites such as 'http://www.zillow.com' and 'http://blog.safecast.org' were selected. For domestic cases, a casebook which produced by Korea 'National Information Society Agency' were used. Domestic cases referred to this article were based on this book.

본 논문은 차량간 통신을 활용한 ITS와 Telematics 서비스 구현 현황과 표준화 추진 현황에 대하여 기술한다. 차량간 통신의 개념과 일반적인 의미를 소개하고 유럽에서 진행중인 Car-to-Car Communication Consortium의 표준화 내용을 시스템 구조와 함께 소개한다. 또한 유럽에서 진행중인 차량 안전 기술 개발을 위한 PReVENT와 SAFESPOT 프로젝트 및 미국의 DIC 프로젝트와 일본의 ASV-3 프로젝트를 소개한다. 마지막으로 우리나라 TTA에서 추진하고 있는 차량간 통신 표준화현황을 기술하고 향후 우리의 표준화 방향을 제시한다.

The increasing demands and utilization of the multi-purpose satellites have led to diverse research activities with regards to satellite image processing and applications. In this paper, the research activities of satellite images is investigated relevant to domestic agricultural activities in past 5 years and the system characteristics of the related spaceborne payload is analyzed. For this purpose, a broad range of research materials has been collected published in past years and a statistical analysis is performed to classify the use of satellite images. Overall the current work is aimed to carry out a comprehensive analysis on the current status of satellite imaging in agricultural sectors. Furthermore, this paper can be utilized to identify and support the incoming satellite development plan utilizing medium imaging capabilities specially in the field of agricultural uses.

가뭄관련 의사결정 시 필요한 정보는 기상 현황 및 전망, 수원현황, 생공·농업 수요현황, 공급계통 등으로서 지자체담당자가 일일이 취득하기에는 번거롭고 어려운 업무라고 할 수 있다. K-water 국가가뭄정보분석센터에서는 이러한 지자체의 업무지원을 위하여 통합 가뭄의사결정 종합상황판을 개발하고 2021년 3월부터 정식오픈하였다. 2019년부터 서비스했던 이전 상황판에서 제공하지 못했던 정보들을 보다 상세하게 제공함으로써 지자체 담당자가 지역에서 발생되는 가뭄을 보다 효율적으로 파악하고 적절한 대응을 하는데 도움이 될 수 있도록 구성하였다. 통합 가뭄의사결정 종합상황판은 국가가뭄정보포털(https://www.drought.go.kr)에 접속하고 GPKI 인증서로 로그인을 하면 접근할 수 있다. 접속한 인증서의 지역을 기준으로 초기 정보가 제공되고 사용자가 선택한 지역을 기준으로 제공되는 정보가 동시에 변경되도록 되어 있어 원하는 지역의 가뭄 관련 정보를 획득하는데 매우 편리하다. 상황판은 다양한 분야의 정보를 요약해서 제공하는 메인화면과 각 분야의 상세 정보를 차트와 통계 형태로 제공하는 3개의 상세화면으로 구성되어 있다. 메인화면에서는 기상현황, 생활 및 공업 현황, 가뭄현황 및 전망, 가뭄대응과 관련된 통계정보와 현황정보를 제공하여 사용자는 해당지역의 가뭄현황을 통합적으로 판단할 수 있다. 특히, 중앙화면에 수원현황, 용수공급체계, 시설현황, 가뭄119정보를 GIS 인터페이스로 제공하여 사용자가 편리하게 속성정보를 획득할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 또한, 4개의 화면에서 제공하는 모든 정보는 Excel 파일로 다운로드하여 활용할 수 있도록 구성하여 담당자가 보고서 등 작성 시 매우 유용하게 활용할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 지자체담당자는 개선된 상황판을 활용함으로써 가뭄관련 업무 시 보다 손쉽게 관련 정보를 획득하고 대응할 수 있을 것으로 예상되며, 이는 가뭄을 실제 담당하는 지자체의 가뭄 대응능력 향상으로 귀결되어 국가적인 가뭄정책 추진 시 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

최근 정보화 산업이 고도화 되어 신속하고 다양한 통계정보에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 그러나 기존 도로보수현황은 수기작성 및 e-Mail에 의한 자료 취합으로 집계의 신속성이 떨어지고, 자료 관리와 정보 제공을 위한 매체가 파일 및 책자로 국한되어 있어 효과적으로 활용되지 못하고 있다. 매년 발간하는 도로보수현황의 신속한 자료 취합, 통계자료의 시의성 확보 등 활용성 제고를 위해 도로보수현황 시스템 구축 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 도로보수현황의 자료 관리 체계 개선을 바탕으로 WEB 기반의 도로보수현황 시스템 구축에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

콘텐츠·미디어 기술은 기존의 평면 중심의 서비스에서 가상 증강현실, 홀로그램, 라이트필드 등의 입체·공간 서비스 적용이 점차 확대되고 있으며, 정보를 직관적으로 인지하는 시각과 청각 중심에서 디지털 기술의 발전에 힘입어 촉각, 후각 등 오감의 영역으로도 확장이 진행되고 있다. 코로나 19 장기화로 비대면이 필요해진 산업과 일상생활에 3차원 공간을 활용한 메타버스의 구현으로 국민 누구나 용이하게 새로운 콘텐츠·미디어 서비스를 활용할 수 있는 기술을 확보하는 것이 매우 중요해졌다. 본 고에서는 우리 정부의 콘텐츠·미디어 분야 주요 정책 현황과 R&D 투자동향에 대해 짚어보고, 2022년도 콘텐츠·미디어분야 R&D 과제기획 현황을 살펴보고자 한다.

This study investigated the potential contribution of ChatGPT, a massive language and information model, in the decision-making process of public design policies, focusing on the characteristics inherent to public design. Public design utilizes the principles and approaches of design to address societal issues and aims to improve public services. In order to formulate public design policies and plans, it is essential to base them on extensive data, including the general status of the area, population demographics, infrastructure, resources, safety, existing policies, legal regulations, landscape, spatial conditions, current state of public design, and regional issues. Therefore, public design is a field of design research that encompasses a vast amount of data and language. Considering the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence technology and the significance of public design, this study aims to explore how massive language and information models like ChatGPT can contribute to public design policies. Alongside, we reviewed the concepts and principles of public design, its role in policy development and implementation, and examined the overview and features of ChatGPT, including its application cases and preceding research to determine its utility in the decision-making process of public design policies. The study found that ChatGPT could offer substantial language information during the formulation of public design policies and assist in decision-making. In particular, ChatGPT proved useful in providing various perspectives and swiftly supplying information necessary for policy decisions. Additionally, the trend of utilizing artificial intelligence in government policy development was confirmed through various studies. However, the usage of ChatGPT also unveiled ethical, legal, and personal privacy issues. Notably, ethical dilemmas were raised, along with issues related to bias and fairness. To practically apply ChatGPT in the decision-making process of public design policies, first, it is necessary to enhance the capacities of policy developers and public design experts to a certain extent. Second, it is advisable to create a provisional regulation named 'Ordinance on the Use of AI in Policy' to continuously refine the utilization until legal adjustments are made. Currently, implementing these two strategies is deemed necessary. Consequently, employing massive language and information models like ChatGPT in the public design field, which harbors a vast amount of language, holds substantial value.
