Environmental Review Factors for Environment-friendly Construction Management in the Natural and Ecological Environment Sector (자연생태환경분야의 환경친화적 건설사업관리를 위한 환경성 검토항목)

  • Environment-indifferent developments have brought about a great deal of environmental pollution and a destruction of the ecosystem. The global interest in environmental pollution has emerged in accordance with the environmental regulations becoming ever stricter in the international society. Various attempts are being pitched in Korea such as the PERS (Prior Environmental Review System) and EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) and they practice a significant impact on the construction industry. Recently, there have been cases where large-scale national development businesses are delayed and terminated or re-examined for their feasibility for not having reflected and analyzed the environmental factors of the natural and ecological environment. We must sustain the ecological functions and balance and minimize environmental pollution issues that can be caused by land developments and preserve the natural environment so to induce environmentally-friendly development businesses. Thus, this research paper proposes environmental review categories of the natural ecosystem sector that can be applied to all stages of construction businesses including master planning stages, basic planning and execution designing stage, construction stage, and maintenance stage. The environmental review categories proposed in this paper are expected to offer a great deal of support in terms of inducing environment-sustainable development to decision makers in the master plan stage, designers in the basic planning and execution designing stage, and construction managers in the construction and maintenance stages.

  • 할로겐 난연재료 및 고분자의 연소시 Dioxine의 문제점이 대두되고 있어 유럽국가를 중심으로 할로겐 난연제 사용을 규제하고 있다. 환경과 인체에 대한 안정성을 고려해서 저 유해 가스화, 저 발연화, 저 부식성, 리사이클링 등을 겸비한 제품의 개발로 관심이 모아지고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 환경친화적인 금속화합(수산화 알루미늄)을 사용하여 연소시 발생할 수 있는 난연성, 무독성, 소연성 등을 함량별로 확인하고 난연재가 증가할수록 취약한 기계적 물성 보완을 위해 moisture cure crosslikable 기술로 케이블절연 및 자켓 피복층 특성을 증가 시켰다. 그러나 수산화알루미늄 함량이 증가할수록 기계적 물성과 기타 특성도 감소하는 경향을 보이고 있어 최적의 난연제 조성함량이 약 130~150 phr정도에서 우수한 결과를 확인하였다. 또한 moisture cure agent는 전선압출 시 표면에 scorch 및 장기 압출에 영향을 주므로 약 1.5~2phr 범위에서 처방하는 것이 우수하다. 원료투입 후 mixing 공정 중에서는 온도관리가 매우 중요하므로 되도록 믹싱 온도를 $130^{\circ}C$ 이하를 유지해야한다. 온도는 수산화알루미늄의 분산성과 케이블 피복압출 시 표면에도 영향을 주기 때문이다 본 연구는 이런 작업방법을 통해 친환경 가교 난연콤파운드가 비(比) 가교된 제품에 비해 특성이 증가되는 것을 입증할 수 있었다.

  • 채종원관리를 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 시설되는 저 규격도로는 대부분 비포장상태로 이용되는 경우 많다. 이는 강우에 의한 침식붕괴로 하류의 산림식생환경 및 수질환경 오염으로 연결될 위험성이 내포되어 있어 적절한 방법으로 사전에 방지할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경과 친화적인 재료를 최대한 이용하여 개발된 목배수로를 내구성 강화를 검토하였던바 섬유질 포의 조절과 고무질의 성능 조절에 의한 검토로 현장에의 적용이 가능하였다.

  • This paper presents the experimental results to verify the environmental consciousness with economic balances due to cutting fluid behaviors, effectiveness in machining process. Even though cutting fluid improves the Productivity through the cooling, lubricating effects, its environmental impact is also increased according to the cutting fluid usage. The primary mechanism considered in this study is the spin-off motion of fluids away from rotating workpiece. In this study some parameters arc adopted to analyze the productivity(tool wear), environmental impact(mist diffusion rate). The results present talc criteria for the resonable cutting fluid usage quantitative1y to develop the environmentally conscious machining process.

  • This article analyzes the direction of 'business-Friendly' record management in electronic records environment which means paradigm shift in record management. In the first place, this article investigates the interrelationship of business, records and record management through natures of electronic records, and analyzes direction of purposes and roles of record management in electronic records environment. After all, this article rebuilds a significance and roles of record management in active stage, and provides theoretical bases for close relation between record management and information management in electronic records environment.

Eco-innovation Policies and Policy Integration : The Finnish Case (환경친화적 혁신정책과 정책통합 : 핀란드 사례)

  • The integration of environmental and innovation policies is perceived to be essential in order to deal efficiently with environmental and innovation problems. This study analyzed environmental policy integration in Finnish technology policies in view of system transitions and policy integration. Finnish environment-innovation policy integration is assessed empirically by focusing on the policy strategies, implementation, and evaluation processes. Furthermore, this study compared Korea's environment-innovation policy integration with that of the Finnish experience, and drew up policy implications from the comparative study in order to come up with Korean contexts. Moreover, since green growth and eco-innovation are core issues in Korea today, it is important to ensure that system transitions and policy implementations take into account the various forms of policymaking, as well as political, organizational, and procedural activities.

Development of Certification Model of Robot-Friendly Environment for Apartment Complexes (아파트 단지의 로봇 친화형 환경 인증 모델 개발)

  • A robot-friendly building certification system was established in 2022 to accommodate the growing number of service robots introduced into buildings. However, this system primarily targeted office buildings, with limitations in applying other functional architectures. To address this problem, we developed a certification model of a robot-friendly environment to extend the existing system to apartment complexes. Using focus group interviews and the analytic hierarchy process, we established 28 evaluating items categorized as (a) architecture and facility design, (b) networks and systems, (c) building operations management, and (d) support for robot activity and other services. These indicators were weighted based on their relative importance within and between categories, resulting in scores ranging from 1 to 18 points and a total of 176 points. According to evaluations with the 28 items, each apartment complex could be graded as "best," "excellent," or "general" based on its total achieved scores. This study is significant, as we present the world's first certification model of a robot-friendly environment for apartment complexes that considers human-robot interactions

  • In this study hydraulic model experiment was conducted to identify the performance of newly developed water affinity sea-wall block to keep the coastal line from eroding and supply water affinity space by reflection coefficient and safety. In the result, the block is applicable to the field.

  • 본 연구는 현재 국내에서 다량 사용되는 중금속 크롬과 납이 포함된 녹색안료를 대체하기 위해 유동층화학기상증착(FB-CVD) 공정을 이용한 환경친화적 무독성 유 무기 복합 녹색안료의 개발을 목표로 하였다. 기초실험으로 여러 가지의 담체 표면특성(SEM)과 성분(EDXS)을 고찰한 결과 1차 실험담체로 CaCO3를 선정하였다, 코팅안료 배합에 있어 다양한 종류의 계면활성제를 처리한 후 제조한 녹색안료의 색상발현 실험을 한 결과 건조상태나 색상발현에서 녹색물질 배합농도에 차이를 보였으나, 음이온계면활성제를 사용한 계면활성제 3이 안료 건조와 색상발현에 가장 적합하였다.
