This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of fruit setting order by flower cluster on the fruit weight and the soluble solids content for the strawberry of 'Seolhyang' cultivar. The first flower cluster had higher fruit number, fruit weight, soluble solids content and ratio of large fruit compared to the second and third flower cluster. The fruit set on the upper position fruit in the same flower cluster had higher fruit weight and the soluble solids compared to the fruit set on the lower position fruit in the flower cluster. The fruit weight was highly positive correlated with the soluble solids content. The result indicated that the number of fruit set for marketable yield seemed to be 9-10 per the first flower cluster, 6 per the second flower cluster, 4 per the third flower cluster and 3 per the fourth flower cluster in 'Seolhyang' cultivar.
This study was carried out to produce two-flowered seedlings, harvest them early in a greenhouse, and extend the harvest period. This study was carried out to effectively produce the second truss blooming seedlings to harvest tomatoes early and extend the harvest period. For production of the second truss blooming seedlings (one stem), the nutrient solution EC was supplied at 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 dS·m-1, and dynamic management (3.0 → 3.5 → 4.5 dS·m-1). The seedling period was 60 days, which was 20-40 days longer than conventional seedlings, and 10 days longer than the first truss blooming seedlings (cube seedlings). The plant height was 78 and 77 cm in EC 2.5 dS·m-1 and dynamic management respectively, which was shorter than EC 1.5 dS·m-1 with 88 cm. As for the EC in the cube before formulation, dynamic management had the highest EC 5.5 dS·m-1, and the cube supplied with EC 1.5 dS·m-1 had the lowest. The production yield by treatment did not a difference among in the second truss blooming seedlings, but the first truss blooming seedlings showed lower productivity than second truss blooming seedlings. The second truss blooming seedling were harvested 35 days after planting on June 4, the first harvest date, and the first truss blooming were harvested in 42 days on June 11th. There was no difference in plant height and root growth due to bending at frequency planting. In the study on the production of the second truss blooming seedlings (two stem), the nutrient solution EC was supplied under 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 dS·m-1, and dynamic management (3.0 → 3.5 → 4.5 dS·m-1). The seedling period was 90 days, which was 40-50 days longer than conventional seedlings and 10 days longer than the first truss blooming seedlings (cube seedlings). Plant height was 80 and 81 cm in EC 2.0 dS·m-1 and 2.5 dS·m-1 respectively, but was the shortest at 73 cm in dynamic management. EC in the medium increased as the seeding period increased in all treatments. The dynamic management was the highest with EC 5.1 dS·m-1. There was no difference in yield among EC treatments in the second truss blooming seedlings, which had a longer seeding period of about 10 days, produced 15% more than the first truss blooming seedlings. In order to shorten the plant height of the second truss blooming seedlings, it is judged that the most efficient method is increasing the concentration of nutrient solution.
In order to clarify the relationship between the characters and the influence of each character on the yield of perilla, correlation coefficients and path coefficients were calculated. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. A highly significant positive correlation was found between stem length and stem diameter, number of pods per plant, stem weight, respectively. Number of internodes showed also significant positive correlation , with number of pods per plant, stem weight, respectively as well as the relationship between number of valid branches and number of pods per plant. On the other hand, a significant negative correlation was appeared between number of valid branches and l000-grain weight as well as the relationship between number of pods per plant and l000-grain weight. 2. It seemed to be clear that stem weight, number of pods per plant, l000-grain weight, number of valid branches and stem diameter have direct and positive influence on the yield of perilla. 3. Indirect influence was observed between stem length and stem weight, between number of valid branches and number of pods per plant, and between number of pods per plant and stem weight, respectively. 4. It may be concluded that the yield of perilla is positively correlated with stem length, number of valid branches, number of pods per plant, l000-grain weight and stem weight.

'Hei' (Lycopersicon Esculentum Mill.) Black Tomato examined changes in fruit shape, fruit weight and cracking percentage with increasing temperature in high-rise tomato greenhouse during long-term cultivation in summer season. Fruit diameter is greater than fruit length from the first cluster to the ninth cluster. However, fruit length is longer than fruit diameter from the tenth cluster to the fifteenth cluster. Fruit shape index (L/D) is below 100% from the first cluster to the ninth cluster and above 100% from the tenth cluster to the fifteenth cluster. Fruit weight was decreased during temperature increasing in greenhouse. However, fruit cracking percentage was increased to temperature increasing during cultivation period. Thus, fruit shape, fruit weight and fruit cracking of 'Hei' black tomato were influenced by increasing of temperature in greenhouse during long-term cultivation.

This study aimed to examine the effect of different fruit-loads on fruit yield, quality, and plant growth of 'Seolhyang' strawberry. Fruit loads were adjusted from the first to the fourth flower cluster so that the number of fruits became 20, 25, and 30, and non-flower thinning of some was made. The more the number of fruits per plant was, the greater the total yield obtained, but marketable yield decreased and non-marketable yield increased. Compared to the treatment whose fruit load was adjusted, the control with non-flower thinning had more fruit yield in the first and second flower clusters but tended to have less fruit yield in the third and fourth flower clusters. The lower the fruit load was, the more soluble solids content of fruits increased. The lower the fruit load of a flower cluster was, the faster its harvest time reached. Harvest of fruit load of 20 was faster by 10 days in the second and fourth flower clusters relative to the control. On November 24, 2012, flowering thinning of the first flower cluster was made. On March 7, 2013, fruit dry weight of the second flower cluster was most heavy in the control. Dry weight of roots decreased in the control and the fruit load of 30 compared to November 24. On April 9, fruit dry weight of the third flower cluster did not have significant difference according to fruit load, however the more the fruit load was, the smaller dry weight of leaf, root, and crown became, which were vegetative organs. On May 12, the more the fruit load, the smaller leaf area and dry weight of vegetative organs and differences from varying fruit-loads became considerable in later period of growth. Appropriate fruit load of 'Seolhyang' strawberry were from 20 to 25. Maintaining balance between vegetative and fruit growth by adjusting fruit load is very important for stable fruit production.

These grafting seeding "Torobambica", rootstock "Chuk Yang" were tested to investigate the growth, yield, and quality of eggplants which can be influenced by the bumblebee pollination and plant growth regulators. The results were as follows: According to the treatment of bumblebee pollination and plant growth regulators, the yield of eggplant was good at bumblebee pollination with tomatotone flower spray at blooming time, and was good at foliage spray on the treatment of tomatotone and $GA_3$, and was good at flower clusters spray on the treatment of tomatotone. According to the treatment of bumblebee pollination and plant growth regulators, the ratio of marketable fruit was good at pollination bumblebee with tomatotone spray on the day they flowered, was good at foliage spray on the treatment of tomatotone and $GA_3$, and was good at flower clusters spray on the treatment of tomatotone. On the mineral element contents of eggplant stems, the contents of total nitrogen were good at tomatotone flower spray at blooming time, the ones of phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium were good at tomatotone foliage spray the rate of three days, the ones of calcium were good at tomatotone flower spray in two or three days before flowering, and ones of ash were good at tomatotone flower spray at blooming time, foliage spray the rate of three days. On the mineral element contents of eggplant fruits, the contents of total nitrogen were good at tomatotone and $GA_3$ foliage spray the rate of six days, the ones of phosphorus were good at tomatotone foliage spray the rate of three days, the ones of potassium, ash were good at tomatotone and $GA_3$ flower spray at blooming time, and the ones of calcium, magnesium were good at tomatotone an $GA_3$ flower spray in two or three days before flowering.
This study was undertaken to evaluate the yield and petiole burst occurrence rate of ever-bearing strawberry by controlling crown numbers per plant and the first flower cluster for summer production at highland. The cultivar 'Flamenco' was planted on April 20 and split-plots were designed by managing the number of crown per plant in the main plot and the removed and non-removed first flower cluster in the sub-plot. Uptaken mineral amount of the plants showing petiole burst were higher than normal plants. Plants with one crown per plant showed 62-65% petiole burst rate in contrast to plants with three crowns per plant which showed 57-58% petiole burst. Date of initiation of the second flower cluster with less crown and removed first flower cluster was delayed. The flower clusters number of the plants managed with one crown per plant was 5.6, compared with 9.2 flower clusters of plants with three crowns per plant. The first harvesting with removed first flower cluster was delayed around 42-44 days. Aa a result, the yield performance of plants with two or three crowns per plant was 11,183-11,733 $kg{\cdot}ha^{-1}$ and the amount 65-75% higher than that of plants with one crown and removed first cluster.
The photosynthetic rates according to leaf positions in tomato plants were investigated in relation to leaf age and flowering rate. In the experiment investigating the diurnal change of photosynthetic rates, three leaves below the 4th cluster was checked every hour from 2 hours before sunrise and 3 hours after sunset. It was checked twice with the replication of 3 plants. The photosynthetic rate increased sharply for 1 hour right after sunrise and remained steady until 2 hours before sunset. This trend can be applied to determine the irrigation schedule. In the experiment investigating the photosynthetic rates according to leaf positions, it three leaves below each clusters from 1st to 4th cluster were checked. Flowering rate was also investigated. The photosynthetic rates showed a decreasing tendency steadily after flowers bloomed fully, regardless of the leaf position. It seems to be because the leaves below the cluster with fully-bloom flowers lost their activities. This result suggests the flowering rate or the position of flower has deep relation with the photosynthetic rates of the concerned leaves. From the results the leaves under flowering cluster may be the good part to investigate the photosynthetic rate to evaluate the crop's activity, even the photosynthetic rates are different according to the position of clusters.
