  • 본 논문 만타형 무인잠수정을 이용한 실해역 자율주행 성능시험에 관한 내용을 다룬다. 만타형의 개발을 위해서 6자유도 운동방정식에 대한 시뮬레이션을 실시하였으며, 시뮬레이션 결과를 바탕으로 만타형 무인잠수정을 개발하여 실해역에서 성능시험을 실시하였다. 실해역 자율주행 시험은 가시선 방법(LOS, Line of Sight)방법을 이용하였으며, 제어에는 PD 제어기를 사용하였다. 목표반경을 10m로 하였을 때, 설정된 좌표로 이동하는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 대체에너지에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행됨에 따라 향후 배전계통은 신 에너지 전원 등과 같은 분산형 전원과 연계되어 네트워크 형식으로 구성될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 배전계통의 변화는 지락 및 단락 사고 시 기존의 보호협조에 있어서 많은 문제점을 발생시킬 것이며, 이러한 배전계통의 변화와 전력 고품질 요구에 대응하기 위해서는 새로운 보호협조 체계가 필요하다. 새로운 보호협조 방식의 개발을 위해 필수적인 지락과 단락사고 시 배전계통의 사고 데이터는 실제 운영 도중에 얻기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 기존 전원시스템 및 신 에너지 전원을 포함한 새로운 배전계통의 운용시 발생할 수 있는 사고 상황을 예측하고 고장 데이터를 수집하기 위해 저압 배전선로에 인위적으로 지락 및 단락을 발생시킬 수 있는 장치의 개발에 대해 서술한다. 개발한 시험장치의 기능을 확인하기 위하여 실제 배전계통에 적용하여 지락 및 단락 시험을 수행하여 전압 및 전류 파형을 측정·분석하여 시험장치의 신뢰성과, 효용성을 검증하였다.

Development and Experimental Performance Evaluation of Steel Composite Girder by Turn Over Process (단면회전방법을 적용한 강합성 소수주거더 개발 및 실험적 성능 평가)

  • In Korea, more than 90% of the total number of steel bridges built for 40~70 m span length is a steel box-girder bridge type. A steel box-girder bridge is suitable for long span or curved bridges with outstanding flexural and torsional rigidity as well as good constructability and safety. However, a steel box-girder bridge is uneconomical, requiring many secondary members and workmanship such as stiffeners and ribs requiring welding attachments to flanges or webs. Therefore, in US and Japan, a plate girder bridge, which is relatively cheap and easy to construct is generally used. One type of the plate girder bridge is the two- or three-main girder plate bridge, which is a composite plate girder bridge that minimizes the number of required main girders by increasing the distance between the adjacent girders. Also, for the simplification of girder section, the stiffener which requires attachment to the web is not required. The two-main steel girder plate bridge is a representative type of plate girder bridges, which is suitable for bridges with 10 m effective width and has been developed in the early 1960s in France. To ensure greater safety of two- or three-main girder plate bridges, a larger steel section is used in the bridge domestically than in Europe or Japan. Also, the total number of two- or three-main girder plate bridge constructed in Korea is significantly less than the steel box girder bridge due to a lack of designers' familiarity with more complex design detailing of the bridge compare to that of a steel box girder bridge design. In this study, a new construction method called Turn Over method is proposed to minimize the steel section size used in a two- or three-main girder plate bridge by applying prestressing force to the member using confining concrete section's weight to reduce construction cost. Also, a full scale 20 m Turn Over girder specimen and a Turn Over girder bridge specimen were tested to evaluate constructability and structural safety of the members constructed using Turn Over process.

  • This study aims to develop the control system of vehicle height and apply this developed system to common passenger car. The vibration characteristics to affect ride comfort are examined through driving tests. The hydraulic control system of vehicle height is designed by Macpherson type used most commonly at current passenger car. Tests in this study are operated by the vehicle installed with genuine suspension system of Macpherson type, tuning suspension system and hydraulic control system of vehicle height. As vibration characteristics transmitted to vehicle become random types values of PSD(Power Spectrum Density) are compared.

  • In this study, Standards of Lighting Appliance and Standard of Model Approval and Inspection Technology for EXIT LIGHT are compared so as to analyze stability of a exit light which is fire product. Test items, which are not included in Standard of Model approval and Inspection Technology for EXIT LIGHT, are deduced from aforementioned comparison and analysis. Also the derived test items are experimented with a exit light. For a power factor correction, a power factor correction circuit is designed and power factor, crest factor, asymmetry ratio, luminance variation are analyzed. In order to show the validity of designed circuit, current waveform and voltage waveform are measured.

  • The objective of this research aims at improving the structural and economical efficiency of small and medium-span reinforced concrete bridges by importing the Inverted-T girders (hereinafter, called as IT). This new Rahmen bridge with IT girders has an advantage over minimizing the construction process which could cause environmental pollution and traffic congestion. Especially it is thought that this new composite bridge can give better aesthetic and view than existing old bridges, and can be a good construction method to solve labor shortage problems due to coming aging society. Therefore, this IT method should be one of very effective construction technologies to improve the constructibility and to reduce the construction cost.

  • For the last decade, some 400 small and large oil spill accidents have occurred every year. Such accident blow a serious damage to the marine resource and ecosystem, which can't be estimated in terms of economic and environmental losses. The physical/chemical methods used currently may be effective at the initial stage of accidents, but they can't serve to remove the spilled oil completely. Moreover, the dispersant may lead to a secondary contamination detrimental to the lives inhabiting wet lands, beaches and tidal zone. Thus, a new decomposing technology Is required for the environmentally sensitive areas. Bioremediation is the active use of biological techniques to mitigate the consequences of a spill using biological processes and refers both of stimulation of pollutant biodegradation and/or to enhance ecosystem recovery Bioremediation is an economically attractive method for the clean-up of oil-contaminated area. Bioremediation has been demonstrated to be an effective oil spill countermeasure for use in cobble, sand beach, salt marsh, and mud flat environment.

  • Through the revision of the Framework Act on Administrative Regulations (July 17, 2019), the government minimized regulations and applied the comprehensive negative regulation principle to enhance economic vitality. However, a legally mandatory certification system has been applied to marine pollution prevention materials and chemicals, and inspection is conducted every time a product is sold, suppressing the autonomy of manufacturers. In addition, the majority of manufacturers of marine pollution prevention materials and chemicals are small businesses; therefore, they take the approach of producing small quantities of products whenever a buyer requests an order. Consequently, the need for deregulation was raised to ensure autonomy of the market and industry, and improve efficiency in accordance with the current trend of approval, performance test, and inspection systems for marine pollution prevention materials and chemicals. In this study, problems within the current system were identified and improvement plans are proposed through comparison and analysis of domestic and foreign systems.

LOTOS Protocol Conformance Testing for Formal Description Specifications (형식 기술 기법에 의한 LOTOS 프로토콜 적합성 시험)

  • This paper presents an automated protocol conformance test sequence generation based on formal methods for LOTOS specification by using and applying many existing related algorithms and technique, such as the testing framework, Rural Chinese Postman tour concepts. We use the state-transition graphs obtained from LOTOS specifications by means of the CAESAR tool. This tool compiles a specification written in LOTOS into an extended Petri net, from which a transition graph of a event finite-state machine(EvFSM) including data is generated. A new characterizing sequence(CS), called Unique Event sequence(UE sequence) is defined. An UE sequence for a state is a sequence of accepted gate events that is unique for this state. Some experiences about UE sequence, partial UE sequence and signature are also explained. These sequences are combined with the concept of the Rural Chinese Postman Tour to obtain an optimal test sequence which is a minimum cost tour of the reference transition graph of the EvFSM. This paper also presents a fault coverage estimation experience of an automated method for optimized test sequences generation and the translation of the test sequence obtained by using our tool to TTCN notation are also given. A prototype of the proposed framework has been built with special attention to real application in order to generated the executable test cases in an automatic way. This formal method on conformance testing can be applied to the protocols related to IN, PCS and ATM for the purpose of verifying the correctness of implementation with respect to the given specification.

  • In this paper, we design, validate and implement WTP(Wireless Transaction Protocol) using SDT(SDL Design Tool). We do modeling WTP protocol by SDL(Specification and Description Language), design and implement the environment function for the interface between the SDL system and the UDP platform and design APIs(Application Programming Interface). And we do conformance testing for WTP protocol software using ITEX(Interactive TTCN Editor and eXecutor). We write ATS(Abstract Test Suite) by TTCN(Tree and Tabular Combined Notation) and make ETS(Executable Test Suite) by the TTCN compiler supplied by ITEX.
