Iron objects become corroded at fast speed from the moment when they are excavated, so it is needed to control corrosion through processes of conservation treatment. However, re-corrosion mostly takes place in excavate iron objects, although they have already gone through the process of conservation treatment, and it is more difficult to carry out the second conservation treatment of re-corroded excavated iron objects than the first conservation treatment, and it requires a longer period of time to treat them as well. In this study, aims to discover factors of re-corrosion by scientifically analyzing corrosion products generated during the process of storage after the process of conservation treatment. The finished on conservation treatment of the iron artifacts, which were unearthed from three ancient site in Gyeongju by using the same conservation method between 2002 and 2009, re-corrosion condition observed on the packaging-iron artifacts. Focused on 9 target forged iron artifacts among them, this study analyzed the physical changes by mass measurement, naked-eye and microscopic observations and the chemical changes by SEM-EDS, XRD, IC and ICP analysis. The results show that the yellowish brown corrosion products formed on the facing surface of part dropped from the artifacts had different associated forms but acicular shape. In addition, the acicular shape became clearer as the color changed from red to yellowish brown. According to the process when the conservation treatment was completed, the mass of the artifacts increased in proportion to the corrosion products and the chloride ion ($Cl^-$) concentration had a tendency to increase relatively. ${\beta}$-FeOOH (akaganeite) was confirmed in the XRD analysis for the corrosion products of all the collected samples. As a result of ICP analysis, $Na^+$ and $Ca^{2+}$ components were confirmed.

In this paper, we studied a light distribution for the LED chips arrangement using an optical design software. The structures of the edge type LED luminaires are reflector plane, LGP(lighting guide plane) and diffuse plane. The reflector plane is on the middle of the overall structure. We had simulation that placing LED chips on the reflector center of the reflector edge by changing the position of LED chips above the reflector center at 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm respectively. In the case, when LED chips are on the center of the reflector, it shows the light distribution of the general diffuse illumination, the semi-direct distribution with 0.56 efficiency and the direct distribution with 0.31 efficiency. And the wedge type LGP shows more efficiency than the flat type. Gradually increasing shape of semi-spherical type by 0.015mm has power of 1.02W, efficiency of 0.25, and maximum luminous intensity of 0.104W/sr, it also and shows the better optical characteristics than the reflector plane that have no patterns. This semi-spherical type shows the better optical characteristics than the reflector plane that have no patterns.
This article examined the trend of 125 empirical researches which were published in Jr. of Korean Social Welfare from the first issue to no. 33. in terms of theoretical and methodological orientations. The content analysis was employed for the purpose of the study. Since 1979, the number of empirical researches was in the trend of increasing. The findings from this research were as follows. 1) Among 166 authors, 96.4% were majored in social welfare. Also 6.0% were practitioners and the rest of them were in the position of professors or researchers. The outcome of lack of interdisciplinary co-work and researcher-practitioner co-work led the article to conclude that the nature of applied social science of social welfare was not so actively pursued in Korea. 2) It was almost impossible to find researches which studied same theme or employed same analytical framework. This meant that the work of re-verifying and proving the contray could not be done although it was essential for theory-building. In other words, the disciplinary of social welfare was far behind in the process of theory-building. 3) The methodology upon which most of researches were relied was quantitative methodology(92.8%). The article concluded 'paradigm shift' was not begun in the disciplinary of social welfare yet. 4) The study concluded that the particularity of empirical researches of social welfare in Korea was descriptive-configurative study. Whereas 65.5% of 125 empirical studies were descriptive-configurative, 25% were hypothesis - model test and only 6% causal analysis. 5) The most applied statistic models through the period from 1979 to 1997 were descriptive statistics such as frequency, chi square test, Pearson's r. More advanced statistics such as logit regression, probit regression, path analysis, covariance structure analysis were shown since 1990.

Surface roughness and wafer-level thickness distribution of the non-cyanide Au bumps were characterized with variations of the electroplating current density and the bath temperature. The Au bumps, electroplated at $3mA/cm^{2}\;and\;5mA/cm^{2}$, exhibited the surface roughness of $80{\sim}100nm$ without depending on the bath temperature of $40^{\circ}C\;and\;60^{\circ}C$. The Au bumps, electroplated with $8mA/cm^{2}$ at $40^{\circ}C\;and60^{\circ}C$, exhibited the surface roughness of 800nm and $80{\sim}100nm$, respectively. Wafer-level thickness deviation of the Au bumps became larger with increasing the current density from $3mA/cm^{2}\;to\;8mA/cm^{2}$. More uniform thickness distribution of the Au bumps was obtained at a bath temperature of $60^{\circ}C$ than that of $40^{\circ}C$.
M-type barium ferrite (BaFe12O19) powders were synthesized through the co-precipitation method. Starting material composition $Fe^{3+}:\;Ba^{2+}$ mole ratio was fixed as 8 and the relative amount of $Fe^{3+}$ and $Ba^{2+}$ was controlled. Structure and magnetic properties and powder morphology were investigated using XRD, SEM, VSM. Powder showing high coercivity and small magnetization was obtained at pH8 and $Fe_{3+}:\;Ba_{2+}$ of 12 : 1.5. Small magnetization value was originated from the existence of ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$. Single-phase Mtype barium ferrite were obtained regardless of the heat treatment condition and the amount of $Fe_{3+}\;and\;Ba_{2+}$ at pH$\approx$10. The largest value of magnetization (55.7 emu/g) under investigation were obtained when $Fe_{3+}:\;Ba_{2+}$ of 13.6 : 1.7 and furnace cooled powder in $O_2$. Particle size of powder was in the range of 50~200 nm.

In order to understand the characteristics of the distribution and the nutrients of the Yellow Sea Bottom Cold Water during summer to fall, temperature, salinity and nutrients have been investigated in the fifteen stations in the Yellow Sea. In september, the Changjiang diluted water with more than $20^{\circ}C$ distributed in the surface and the Yellow Sea Bottom Cold Water distributed in the layer below 30m depth with less than $10^{\circ}C$. Specially, water mass with less than $5^{\circ}C$ in the layer below 50m depth expanded southward down to the north latitude of $35^{\circ}$ with expanding more to the coasts of China than to the coasts of Korea. The salinity of the cold water mass with $8^{\circ}C$ in the deep layer of more than 50m depth was relatively high as 33.5 psu and expanded northward forming fronts of temperature and salinity. The concentration of total inorganic nitrogen was two times higher in the cold water mass than in the surface water, which means that resolution and consumption were low due to cold temperature in the bottom layer. In conclusion, the cold water expanded southward down to the north latitude of $35^{\circ}$ by September and had high concentration of nutrients.

We studied the effects of Ge preamorphization (PAM) on 0.25$\mu\textrm{m}$ Ti-salicide junctions using comparative study with As PAM. For each PAM schemes, ion implantations are performed at a dose of 2E14 ion/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and at 20keV energy using $^{75}$ /As+and GeF4 ion sources. Ge PAM showed better sheet resistance and within- wafer uniformity than those of As PAM at 0.257m line width of n +/p-well junctions. This attributes to enhanced C54-silicidation reaction and strong (040) preferred orientation of the C54-silicide due to minimized As presence at n+ junctions. At p+ junctions, comparable performance was obtained in Rs reduction at fine lines from both As and Ge PAM schemes. Junction leakage current (JLC) revels are below ~1E-14 A/$\mu\textrm{m}^{2}$ at area patterns for all process conditions, whereas no degradation in JLC is shown under Ge PAM condition even at edge- intensive patterns. Smooth $TiSi_2$ interface is observed by cross- section TEM (X- TEM), which supports minimized silicide agglomeration due to Ge PAM and low level of JLC. Both junction break- down voltage (JBV) and contact resistances are satisfactory at all process conditions.
In an effort to determine the combined effects of major parameters of heat exchanger tubes on the nucleate pool boiling heat transfer in the scaled in-containment refueling water storage tank (IRWST), a total of 1,966 data for q'quot; versus ${\Delta}T$ has been obtained using various combinations of tube diameters, surface roughness, and tube orientations. The experimental results show that (1) increased surface roughness enhances heat transfer for both horizontal and vertical tubes, (2) the two heat transfer mechanisms, i.e.,enhanced heat transfer for both horizontal and vertical tubes, (2) the two heat transfer mechanisms, i.e., enhanced heat transfer due to liquid agitation by bubbles generated and reduced heat transfer by the formation of large vapor slugs and bubble coalescence are different in two regions of low heat fluxes (q'quot; $\leq$50kW/$m^2)$ and high heat fluxes (q'quot; $\geq$50kW/$m^2)$ depending on the orientation of tubes and the degree of surface roughness, and (3) the heat transfer rate decreases as the tube diameter is increased for both horizontal and vertical tubes, but the effect of tube diameter on the nucleate pool boiling heat transfer for vertical tubes is greater than that for horizontal tubes. Two empirical heat transfer correlations for q'quot;, one for horizontal tubes and the other for vertical tubes, are obtained in terms of surface roughness $({\varepsilon})$ and tube diameter (D). In addition, a simple empirical correlation for nucleate pool boiling heat transfer coefficient $(h_b)$ is obtained as a function of heat flux (q'quot;) only.ucleate pool boiling heat transfer coefficient $(h_b)$ is obtained as a function of heat flux (q'quot;) only.

$NiO/NiCo_2O_4$ nanocubes were successfully synthesized via the calcination process of $Ni_3[Co(CN)_6]_2$ PBAs. The prepared monodispersed $Ni_3[Co(CN)_6]_2$ PBAs were aggregated by 'self-assembly' of the nuclei generated during the synthesis reaction. The self-assembly rate of the particles is affected by the temperature and the amount of surfactant SDBS (sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate). FESEM analysis shows that monodispersed 200 nm PBA nanocubes are obtained at 0.25 g SDBS and $60^{\circ}C$ temperature. Thermal behavior was confirmed by thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) to determine optimal calcination conditions. Then, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyzes were performed to investigate the morphology and crystallinity of the particles precursors and $NiO/NiCo_2O_4$ nanocubes.
