This study was to investigate the concept of ISNI and to find its availability in authority control, realizing importance of ISNI as the bridge identifier including all the information media content industries. ISNI is needed for global and comprehensive name authority control as the bridge identifier for the identification of public identities of parties involved throughout the information media content industries in the creation, production, management and content distribution chains. First of all, it was to inquire ISNI concept, goal, terms and definitions, structure and syntax, allocation of ISNI, administration of the ISNI system, and metadata. Next, it was to suggest the applicability of ISNI in authority control. First, it should be needed to consider in applying ISNI for cooperative authority control. It is possible to interactively use the authority data created in library and other information industries area by constructing KISNI system. Second, it is possible to construct linked data by linking various identifier through ISNI identifier as bridge identifier. Third, it is needed to develop KORMARC for describing ISNI identifier in KORMARC bibliographic and authority record.

Mobile Ad-hoc NETwork is a kind of self-controlled network composed only of mobile hosts. Since its range of use is gradually expanding into various sections applicable to practical lives, active researches are being conducted on it. However, as it depends on cooperation of nodes composing the entire network, due to weakness of wireless link and lack of its central infrastructure, so it is exposed to more serious risk than general network in security. Therefore, this paper proposes Cluster-Based Dynamic Authentication that enables only reliable nodes to participate in communication, by solving lack of centralized infrastructure, using hierarchical Mobile Ad hoc NETwork structure based on cluster, and by complementing security weakness through mutual authentication between hierarchical nodes. Simulation shows that the proposed scheme can complement security weakness of Mobile Ad hoc NETwork and that it is more adequate in reliability and expandability than the existing schemes.

The purpose of this study is to find the cause and solution of the situation where library LOD does not spread after the introduction of library LOD. Research methods include literature research, case studies, and expert interviews. The improvement plan presented in this study is that first, the library needs to avoid the redundancy of the LOD construction target and build the only and specialized data. Second, libraries need to develop LOD services that reflect user needs and implement convenient LOD interfaces. Third, libraries need to establish identification system of data and build a authority file. Fourth, libraries need to recognize the necessity of data opening and linking to librarians and users, and provide opportunities for education and publicity. Fifth, it is necessary to use LOD for integrated search and to establish an integrated platform for search of library LOD. Sixth, libraries need to strengthen cooperation for LOD issuance and utilization, and form a working-level consultative body. Seventh, the government should pursue strong policies with a continuous commitment to LOD promotion and need to continue to provide budget support.

Considering that firms' view on R&D activities may differ depending on the economic situation, in this paper, R&D policies that significantly affect the business performance are identified. The analysis is conducted by dividing the analysis time-frame into before and after the economic recession. In addition, we analyze by considering the type of industry, the proportion of R&D investment, and the type of government support policy that the companies participate in. According to the results of the empirical analysis, the provision of global market and technology information is recognized to give a significant impact on business performance for both before and after the economic recession. It is shown that recognizing the importance of 'supporting self-technology development', 'enhancing technical cooperation with foreign countries', and 'enhancing the contract and intellectual property protection system' that had significant effects before the recession did not significantly affect the business performance after the recession. The analysis results could give meaningful implications to the government for deciding which R&D activities should be supported.

This study analyzed the Entrepreneurial Competencies of Science and Technology Personnel from the point of view of the industry's demanders. It is necessary to change institutional and policy support from quantitative support to improvement of qualitative level. Specifically, this study used the Borich's Needs Assessment Model to determine what capabilities are currently lacking and which should be supplemented. As a result of analysis, it showed that the current level was lower than expected level. Especially, expectation level was high in order of team working, problem solving ability, communication, abstract thinking, job knowledge, Autonomy, leadership, risk-taking, and commercialization are all lower than the overall average. In the analysis of educational need, the most important factor of entrepreneurial competence appeared in order of problem solving ability, teamworking, job related knowledge, abstract thinking, and communication. This means that it is necessary to logically solve the problems that are encountered in various situations in the organization by using cooperation between the teams and their own job knowledge. In addition, education should be conducted to effectively communicate the results to others.

With increasing chronic patients due to population aging, many needs for pro-active health and medical treatment services are rising and desire for health care service is also rising due to national standard of living Especially population aging of Korea is faster than America, France and many other advanced nations, and a study states that arrival time of elderly population rates; 14%(aged society) to 20%(transcendental aged society)l only takes 8 years. In these reasons, health care industry for the next engine industry is reinforced. Many health care terminals are coming out and Continua Health Alliance is founded and working steadily based on Philips in 2006. In this paper, we suggest Gateway interface system for Continua accreditation to control vary communication by designing intelligent health care interface suitable for Continua international accreditation because there are many types of terminals and communication protocols.

The purpose of the study was to examine the vocational educational system of Egypt, focusing on the effectiveness of the three consecutive cycle-based curriculum and integrated technical education clusters (ITECs) in order to suggest some implications for innovating the current vocational education system of Korea. The vocational education system of Egypt is similar to that of Korea, in terms of general education to go to university and vocational education to go to labor market. However, the Egyptian system is different from the system of Korea in light of the three consecutive cycle-based curriculum that links secondary vocational education, vocational education of college level, and advanced technical and vocational education. In addition, the Egyptian system has adopted the "cluster" approach which integrates technical secondary school, intermediate technical college, and advanced technical college around one physical area so as to promote vocational education in collaboration with regional industries and to guarantee education quality. In the last part, some potential implications were suggested for upgrading the quality of vocational education of Korea based upon the benchmark results of the Egyptian vocational education system and career development of students.

In this paper, idle channel search schemes based on spectrum sensing are proposed for cognitive radio systems with multiple channels. Specifically, we propose a scheme for determining the order of sensing for multiple channels, for which the probability of each channel being idle is estimated every search interval. By performing sensing in the descending order of the probabilities, the time required for searching idle channels is expected to decrease. In addition, we combine the proposed scheme with a user grouping scheme to further improve the sensing performance. Simulation results show that the user grouping reduces the search time, although it degrades the reliability of detection. The proposed search scheme based on probability estimation of channel idleness is found to reduce the search time significantly as compared to the conventional random search scheme. We apply both the proposed search scheme and user grouping scheme to a cognitive radio system to validate the overall performance.

The purpose of this study is to discuss about problems exposed as operating of bibliotherapy program and to find way to vitalize bibliotherapy as a correctional education for juvenile delinquents. The institutionalized youths of juvenile correctional school at P city which have been chosen as the sample representatives for planning, implementing, accessing and analyzing this program. The analysed results of the program show that points are to be considered: (1) Priority should be given to self-motivated youths when selecting participants. (2) Setting up as a regular program at juvenile correctional school. (3) To be necessary active participation, individual program should be provided in abreast of group program. (4) Creating adequate environment in other to ensure continuous self-healing for bibliotherapy (5) To create of professional bibliotherapy programs specialized for juvenile delinquents (6) Bases for Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and The National Central Library, and between local juvenile corrective institutions and local libraries (7) Ultimately, To found a library at juvenile correctional schools.

The tourism police force has been established on 16th October 2013 for foreign tourists' safety and security. The major roles of tourism police officers were provided a crime prevention patrol and maintenance of order in tourist destination, a clampdown on illegal activities for foreign tourists, a controlling for overcharging of restaurants accommodations taxi, an administrative guidance and controls on tourism industry and worker in union relative organ like the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism local government. However, the roles of tourism police officers overlap the work of general police officers and work of tourism police officers need a cooperative business with relative organs. It is caused a role ambiguity conflict between tourism police officers and general police officers. The object of this study is to improve the tourism police system through investigate a perceived gap of role ambiguity conflict between tourism police officers and general police officers and influencing relationship of role ambiguity conflict between job Satisfaction and job Performance.
