Collaborative consumption was suggested as a new paradigm of consumption and business model that focuses on sharing and using resources to reduce the risks of resource depletion and environmental impact. Individual consumers carry out a role not only as users but also as providers for collaborative consumption. In the present study, the authors investigated consumers' intention to participate in collaborative consumption both as providers and users. The effects of perceived benefit of collaborative consumption, subjective norms and ease of participation on the intention to participate in collaborative consumption were analyzed. The perceptions on benefits and subjective norms were relatively high, while the perception on ease of participation was relatively low. The effects of subjective norms and ease of participation on the intention to participate in collaborative consumption were significant. The result shows that support from one's reference group and the perception on ease of participation have significant positive effects on the intent to participate in collaborative consumption. Therefore, communication strategies for developing a positive consumer attitude and a social consensus about the necessity of collaborative consumption are needed.

In this paper, the structural characteristics of Industry-University cooperation networks are analyzed using network analysis. Recent studies have shown that technological cooperation and joint research has a positive effect on R&D performance. In order to boost innovation performance, various types of cooperative activities and governmental policy supports for major R&D stakeholders(i.e. universities, laboratories, etc.) are provided. However, despite these efforts, the outcome is still insufficient, so it is time to prepare for a plan to build an innovative network to strengthen university-centered Industry-University cooperation activities. Specifically, this study builds the networks according to the form of Industry-University cooperations(i.e. patent, paper, joint research, and technology transfer), and different types of Industry-University cooperation networks are analyzed from a statistical viewpoint by using QAP correlation and regression analyses. The analysis results show that joint research network is closely related to paper network, and is related to other Industry-University cooperation networks. This study is expected to shed a light on supporting innovation activities such as establishing Industry-University cooperation strategies and discovering cooperative partners necessary for creating new growth engines for universities.

우리나라는 1957년 창설 회원국으로 IAEA에 가입한 이래 우리나라 원자력 산업의 발전에 따라 보장조치와 관련한 협력이 증대하고 있다. 이러한 협력으로는 우리나라 원자력 시설에 대한 IAEA 사찰, 한-IAEA 보장조치 검토회의, SAGSI 활동 등이 있으며, IAEA는 우리나라의 원자력 산업 규모와 기술 능력을 고려하여 우리나라와의 협력을 강화하고자 하고 있다. 우리나라로서는 국내 통제체제의 확립과 우리나라 원자력 활동에 대한 국제적 투명성 및 신뢰도 증진을 위하여 IAEA와의 긴밀한 협력이 필요하다. 향후 우리나라는 보장조치 의무사항의 이행 뿐 아니라, IAEA Technical Office 설치, 사찰장비의 공유, 사찰의 공동 수행, 공동연구 등을 포함한 IAEA 지원 프로그램의 추진과 같은 진보된 형태의 협력을 추진토록 하여야 할 것이다.

International research cooperation is emerging as one of the strategies for improving research performance. Therefore, in this study, through the analysis of research reports on the theme of international research cooperation, the subject and issues of international research cooperation were identified and the characteristics of these studies were confirmed. To this end, related report data were constructed, statistical data analysis and big data analysis of the data were performed. Considering the current international research cooperation network, it is necessary to conduct international research cooperation centered on developing countries while paying attention to the increase in China's proportion of international research cooperation. Second, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of international research cooperation in various countries, including developing countries, in that the interdependence of research between countries increases and the citation index of actual joint research is higher. Third, it can be seen that the subject field in which international research cooperation can be activated may vary depending on the type of support project. Therefore, it suggests that in order for international research cooperation on more diverse topics to be carried out, projects supporting them must also be diversified.

무기체계가 국내개발로 생산되었다 하더라도 이 무기체계의 핵심이 되는 기술 및 부품을 외국에 의존하여 개발하였다면 완전한 우리의 무기라 할 수 없고, 외국이 기술에 대한 통제력을 행사 한다면 그것은 곧 기술종속을 의미한다고 볼 수 있으며 예측할 수 없는 국제안보 환경하에서 기술종속은 곧 안보종속이 될 수 있기 때문에 주요무기체계의 핵심기술 확보는 국가안보를 위해 중요한 것이다. 그러므로 향후 우리 나라의 경우 국제협력연구개발 필요성은 증대될 것으로 전망된다. 그것은 주요 무기체계 개발을 위한 국내의 국방과학기술 수준을 볼 때 핵심기술이 미흡한 분야가 상당하므로 외국과의 협력을 필요로 하기 때문이다.

The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships of single party bargaining system on the cooperative and participative labour-management relations using the samples from several teachers' organizations. This study seeks to identify a reasonable single party bargaining scheme though empirical research as well. Results of empirical study are summarized. Finally suggestions, implications and limitations of the present study are also discussed.

In this study, we attempt to identify factors that influence the performances of Korean firms regarding global R&D cooperation, and to derive policy implications for performance improvement. The hypothetic influential factors include firms' general characteristics, purposes and types of cooperation, technology, partners and their countries, and government support. We categorize the performances of global R&D cooperation into technological, economic, and strategic performance, and analyze the effects of those factors on each of the performances as well as the overall performance. We use a standard tobit model for the overall performance, while using a multivariate tobit model for the other performances to reflect the possible correlations among them. The survey data was collected from 162 Korean firms that had previously conducted or were currently conducting global R&D cooperation.
