Notwithstanding industrial accident decrease generally, Construction industry is on the rise recently. Most accident occurs in the small scale like as multiflex housing, remodeling, neighbourhood facility more than safety supervisor appointed large scale construction site. By the size of business place, 81.6% of total accident occurs mostly in small scale site that is bellow 120 billion won and 50 manpower. This paper aimed that small scale housing company achieve a zero hazard practising and understanding the safety adminstration standar d model easily and it applied firstly after investigating the operation condition of construction site safety control in small scale company propelling the complex style multiflex housing business.

This study examines the possibility of applying ORPG to narrative education in schools. At first, in terms of applying games to education, the choice of the appropriate games for various subjects and lessons seems to be limited. Also there is not much active research being done in the classroom promoting students to create their own games. As a substitute, this article suggests ORPG, known as 'a play of thinking', could possibly be applied to narrative education. In ORPG, gamer's thoughts are defined as 'a thinking of being conscious of hallucinations(幻)' and 'a thinking of a 彈指神功'. The students are encouraged to create 'scenarios of ORPG' and directly experience them by participating as gamer. Focusing on these two class circumstances, the practical effects of applying ORPG to narrative educational field was reviewed and, additionally the students' feedback was surveyed. As a result, two meaningful educational effects were drawn out which may show the positive potential of ORPG being used in narrative education.

Construction concrete needs to maintain suitable environment which contains temperature and humidity etc. Then concrete shows own strength. The environment is not regular and contains many variables. Especially the climate element occupies many parts of variables. We have the climate environment which goes down to $-4^{\circ}C$. The factor that obstruct to construction is the failure at a construction progress. But it must be processed to be scheduled. Therefore we have to do the special care for factor of climate that obstruct to construction. We must make assurance doubly sure at the quality of concrete. We need maintenance of temperature and humidity for the hardening until the requirement period after a concrete pured in. We must do the care of curing sufficiently not to take the influence of injurious activity. This causes strength of concrete. Specific method of curing is according to each situation which is environment element. We wish to analyze curing course in construction of concrete at the paper. Also we wish to predict the problem as to consider curing and suggest the improvement plan through the paper.

A CIPP model-based evaluation of day care centers in-service education was performed to improve the quality of infant teachers. This study covered 203 infant teachers of a day care center located in Chungnam and Daejeon city. The analysis results are summarized as follow. The education situation, such as a suggestion of a target and pre-analysis, was more positive than other evaluation areas, but the education course, which is a personal variable of infant teachers, was found to require modifications in day care center in-service education. Uniform education that does not reflect the characteristics of the individual teacher have limitations to education systematically and effectively. Therefore, it is essential to consider the education environment and to reflect the requirements of the infant teacher. Finally, this study provides basic data for a desirable in-service education and qualification improvement program to improve in-service education through an evaluation of day care center in-service education.

Recently, as the mandatory policy of zero energy building is promoted, policies / systems for transition to Zero Energy School are being promoted, but there is no method to systematically analyze and verify the results of energy saving activities for school buildings. For the study of energy performance verification methodology, the current status of related standards was referred to, and the case study of other methodologies was conducted to examine the tools that can analyze the performance in the field. In addition, this study analyzed the current status and characteristics of energy management through domestic school visits. In this paper, we presented various energy saving projects such as air conditioning and heating facilities, lighting, insulation, change operation behavior, and improve operation methods in new and existing school buildings, and M & V methods for verifying energy savings before and after implementation of energy conservation projects.

In this study I investigated that fire fighters utilize fire facilities properly or not, and found problems and solutions with interview and questionnaire. Fire fighters tend to utilize portable instruments. 62% of fire fighters have used fire facilities which is installed in building. The most useful facility is indoor fire hydrant, 42% of fire fighters have used that. The primary reason to avoid to use facility is that they think the facilities are not good at quick response. Almost fire fighters want improvement to enhance utilizing fire facilities. Finally in the fire scene, commander's initiative, fire fighter's ability, easiness of utilizing fire facilities, and fire fighter's creditibility about fire facilities are related to the degree of utilizing fire facilities.

As buildings become taller, the strength of structural materials must increase and the amount of rebar reinforcement also increases while the application of an appropriate rebar splice method in the construction process become one of the essential factors. In this research, the current status of quality check for rebar coupler is identified by an expert questionnaire and an appropriate quality check method is proposed through a quality test on specimens similar to actual on-site construction. In the test results, it was revealed that, among the quality check methods for rebar coupler joints, the coupler tightening method and face to face degree of between upper and lower rebar did not affect the strength the specimen. Therefore, it is considered to be an appropriate way to check the coupler quality check to check whether the threads are completely assembled during on-site construction through manufacture the number of threads of rebar and coupler with a margin beyond the calculated thread number.

Recently the timely delivery and the appropriate management for construction materials are of great significance in that the buildings are getting complicated and more various materials need to be handled. However, these systems have some problems, and do not seem to work effectively yet. The reason is that the lack of operation scheme for systematic management in project. In this study the efficient scheme for the .material procurement system in construction firms to manage the construction materials efficiently was discussed.

The purpose of the study is to survey on the parental education practiced in kindergarten context and to investigate the need for the parental education of personnel involved. To satisfy these purposes, 179 mothers and 175 fathers with 3 to 5 year olds, and 186 teachers and 59 directors of the kindergarten business were asked to complete a survey questionnaire designed for the study. The results indicate that for the present, most kindergartens in Daejeon have practiced parental education programs including weekly letters and parents' day. New subject- appropriate programs development is needed, though. The three groups of subjects had differing views on the need for parental education. The views tend to differ by socio-economic status of each group member, thus indicating the importance of developing and adopting various parental education programs and methods according to the difference. It will contribute to maximizing the effect of the education. Data collected in the study were expected to be used for the development of effective parental education programs.

Among the auxiliary sciences of history field in the KDC 5th edition, several classification system problems are found with the fields of Archaeology, Diplomatics, Archival Science, Genealogy, and Biography. The purpose of this study is to propose their improvements. To achieve this purpose, first, this study compared and analyzed the Auxiliary Sciences of History field of LCC, DDC, KDC, NDC, UDC, CLC. Second, this study investigated the actual conditions of KDC in the library field to diagnose several application problems. Finally, based on the findings, the improvements of KDC were suggested.
