This study aimed to research and analyze the real condition of topsoil management of river development field as a significant case among domestic development fields for topsoil preservation. Through survey with experts, we understood the real condition and problems of topsoil management during river development. In order to verify this, we analyzed the characteristics of soil before and after development focusing on the rivers recently completed as an ecological river restoration project, supervised by Ministry of Environment among domestic river improvement projects. The study results are like below. First, experts preferred collecting and reusing topsoil as the best method to maintain and improve soil for plant growth. Second, realistically collecting and reusing topsoil is not fully conducted due to economical issues and inconvenience in construction. In the soil condition, third, the contents of elements necessary for plant growth like organic matter and total nitrogen declined overall after development.

This study is aimed at researching and analyzing the actual conditions of the curriculum and career path of chemical engineering field in specialized high school, and seeking for a curriculum improvement plan for activation by means of identity establishment of chemical engineering field. This study surveyed the actual conditions of school (department) regarding chemical engineering, and analyzed an adequacy among the curriculum, department name and acquired license. The results are as follows. Firstly, In order to the chemical engineering field to maintain the identity of chemical engineering and accept the changes in the industrial site, it is desirable for the department name to use the name of applied science, such as Applied Chemical Industry, Nano Chemical Industry, Environmental Chemical Industry, Energy Chemical Industry, Convergence Materials Science and Chemical Engineering, Ceramic Chemical Engineering, Biomolecular and Chemical Engineering, and Food Bio-chemical Engineering, which are derived from chemical engineering, and the revision of curriculum should be included. Secondly, it is necessary to diversify relevant licenses by standard department of chemical engineering field, and clarify the purpose of human resources development and the image of talented, considering the future course of graduates and the demand of industry, for the purpose of improving school-leveled curriculum to raise the possibility of employment. Thirdly, in accordance with the changing paradigm that secondary vocational education is changed from 'just-to-know education (knowledge)' to 'can-do education (capability)', it is necessary to make the performance ability-centered curriculum in which 'chemical engineering industry - chemical engineering vocational education - chemical engineering qualification' are integrated.

This study is a basic study to improve responsiveness in the event of a disaster in the landside area of the Airport Passenger Terminal, and it investigated the airport emergency plan and the status of emergency response in the event of a disaster by the airline's ground staff. The Airport Emergency Plan examined the airport evacuation plan of Korea's Gimpo Airport and Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, confirming that the domestic airport emergency plan was not specific. In addition, a survey of 100 airline ground employees working at check-in counters found that 69% of the respondents were unaware of their role in disaster situations, 90% were not educated in emergency response and 98% were not trained in disaster training in landside areas. Cross-analysis confirmed significant results in the safety of the airport where the service life worked and whether it was a role in the event of a disaster. Therefore, it is suggested that the airport emergency response plan should be improved to improve the ability to respond to disaster sites in the landside area of the airport passenger terminal and that the airline's ground staff should be educated and trained to enhance disaster response.
In order to provide fundamental data for development of controlled environment facilities in Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) cultivation, field survey and analysis of structural and environmental engineering characteristics on the shading structures in ginseng fields (the ginseng houses) were carried out. In this study shading structures for ginseng cultivation were classified according to their structural materials, connection types, and detailed structures. That is they were classified into wood or steel frames, single or multi spans, and frame or cable types. As a result of the investigation, standardization of structural materials, fabrication and construction methods arc required. And it was considered that a reinforced design and a countermeasure for heavy snow are the most important matters for structural improvement. In parts of the environmental management, researches for setting up the irrigation standard are required in the first place. And it was investigated that an installation of the shading structures is a work being the most hard, taking a lot of time, and having need for automation. So controlled environment ginseng houses, with a low cost, a structural safety and a satisfactory workability, should be developed.
The purpose of this study is to survey on the engineer's sense of value. For this, we analyzed the ethic code of the engineer relation groups and executed the survey of consulting committee. The subjects of analysis were six associations related to engineer, and analysis of the ethics was done on the basis of 'four levels of engineer's ethics or sense of value'. The subjects of survey were 57 professions. The ethic code shows the most important engineer's sense of value is dignity maintenance, development of individual and social welfare as well as public service. The survey shows the most important sense of value when engineer make decisions at the present is practicality and economical efficiency. And it shows the most important sense of value when engineer make decisions in the future is practicality and economical efficiency.
This study was conducted to investigate the breeding status of farms to improve the production efficiency of Hanwoo calf. The study was conducted on 45 farms divided into two groups. This study was conducted to investigate the breeding size and breeding area of Hanwoo cows. The average age at first delivery of Hanwoo was 28.7 months. The number of artificial insemination per pregnancy was $1.45{\pm}0.32$, and the number of artificial insemination days after birth was 119.8 days. Conception rates were $75.2{\pm}16.93%$ for small farms and $70.6{\pm}17.46%$ for medium sized farms and $71.4{\pm}11.03%$ for large farms. When we looked at farming methods, 'the farmers using estrus observation aids' had 10.42% higher calf production rate than the 'unused farmers'. The farms vaccinated with IBR and BVDV for breeding cattle showed a 4.41% decrease in abortion, stillbirth and mortality. According to farming conditions, conception rate and delivery rate improved by 3.47% and 18.29%, respectively, when grazing and exercising were performed. Observation, immunization and grazing were found to be important indicators for improving calf production efficiency in Hanwoo farm. This study can be used as a research data to improve the reproductive rate of farmhouse sites through the survey on the breeding status of Hanwoo farmers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze application status about the process-centered assessment in elementary school science classes. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 133 teachers and 2,089 students in elementary schools, and in-depth interviews with eight teachers were conducted. Elementary school teachers had a positive attitude toward the adoption of the process-centered assessment of 2015 revised science curriculum. After applying 2015 revised science curriculum, teachers used more performance assessments and less traditional ones in science classes. Elementary school students recognized that they receive feedbacks from their teachers more often with the implementation of the 2015 revised science curriculum. Through in-depth interviews, it was possible to confirm the difficulty of applying the process-centered assessment of elementary school teachers, such as lack of understanding of process-centered assessment and lack of time for its application. Based on the results of the study, the necessity for improving teacher understanding of process-centered assessment and the need to disseminate process-centered assessment materials are suggested.
Domestic sewing industry is showing signs of a redevelopment and the demands of the sewing technician are gradually increasing. This study would investigate the opinions of sewing technicians about job environments and training situation in order to solve the shortage of sewing manpower. As a result of a survey with 100 sewing technicians, of the pay systems, the salary system showed the highest satisfaction and preference. Their satisfaction with pay was low. There was a tendency that they work on Saturdays and national holidays, and their satisfaction with the number of holidays was low. Most worked for 10 to 11 hours per day, and they showed low satisfaction with their working hours. There were no places to rest in the company. They showed law satisfaction with the air and vent. The sewing technicians were concerned about respiratory and musculoskeletal diseases because of the working and workplace environment and needed places to rest, vent facilities, and spacious and comfortable spaces. The total lead-time that they were sent to the field as skilled workers was 1 to less than 2 years; they received training from seniors; and the training period, mostly, was 6 months to 2 years. Most of the sewing technicians surveyed had the expertise, did not feel the necessity of retraining related to their tasks, and did not have any willingness to take reorientation due to a lack of time even with their tasks.

This study investigated the current science teaching evaluation system implemented in schools and directions for improving teaching evaluation using literature review, survey, and teacher interview. The first part of this paper analyzed the types, roles, and major issues of the current science teaching evaluation. In-service teachers argued that the current teaching evaluation system was discredited because of the bureaucratic procedures of teacher performance review, showcase classrooms, teachers' views on classroom as their own personal space, low ratio of teaching component in the current teacher evaluation, untrained evaluators, and the absence of professional teaching standards. The second part of the paper investigated the need for a formative teaching assessment, an ideal type of teaching assessment, and the role of participants in the teaching evaluation processes. The way forward, therefore, is to start not at the level of the administrative superstructure but at the level of teachers who will assume responsibility for developing standards of practice as the basis for evaluating their own work and improving their own professional learning to provide quality assurance.

The object of this study is to compare the cognitive differences between teenagers who are operating the internet shopping mall and those who are not operating to analyze the effect of the enterprise experience on the career maturity of teenager. And we are to present the operation methods of teenager entrepreneurship education at school by identifying the difficulties of teenager internet shopping malls and investigating demands of teenagers for the entrepreneurship education. The results of this study are as following. First, the internet shopping malls established by teenagers were mostly operated with small scale and capital dealt with clothing and fashion accessories. It is difficult for most of teenagers to inform the shopping malls and understand the flow of fashion and demands of consumers. They acquired the informations on enterprise using internet or acquaintances. This is because there are no professional teenager entrepreneurship education. And they chose the confidence and spirit of challenge which are mostly needed for success of the internet shopping malls. Therefore, they can acquire the confidence and spirit of challenge by effective entrepreneurship education on resource management, team management, business plan and marketing. Second, teenagers who are operating the internet shopping malls got higher scores on career maturity and degree of need in the entrepreneurship education than those who are not. Thus the expansion of the systemed and diversified entrepreneurship education at school is needed to increase business practice and entrepreneurship. Third, most teenagers wanted the entrepreneurship education at school. They preferred external lectures who can teach them with professional experiences and practical knowledges using discretional activity classes or club activity classes. Dividend classes of creative experience activities including career, voluntary and club activities are increased in 2009 revised education curriculum. Using these classes, it requires to operate the entrepreneurship education which make students decide their career themselves through concrete education and experience. Consequently, the expansion of the systemed and diversified teenager entrepreneurship education at school is needed using development of practical entrepreneurship education program, professional teacher training and revitalization of entrepreneurship club activities.
