This study analyzed the 91 cases of the statements for the Sea Area Utilization Consultation according to the developmental projects of ports and fishery harbors for 2012 2014 and the status of the record of document, and suggested the improvement way to go. The marine environmental timpact assessment items both marine chemistry such as water quality, sediment and marine biology such as benthic animal, plankton, and fisheries show highly rate of site survey. But, the utilization of those data through site survey is too low, and it is necessary to adopt the QA/QC for the reliability of survey data. The items of marine physics such as tide, tidal current analyzed based on references not a site survey. However, the simulation performed actively without calibration and verification compared to the result of site survey. When the projects of port and fishery harbor perform, it is necessary to monitor the physical parameter such as wave, tide and tidal current especially. Based on the scale and the type of project, we need introduce the system of scoping for prediagnosis the key assessment items and checklists.

국립수의과학검역원은 30일 식육가공품(식육추출가공품)에 대한 HACCP평가기준과 HACCP적용 작업장의 지정변경사항 중 소재지변경을 추가하는 축산물위해요소중점관리기준(검역원고시 제2008-28호)을 개정했다고 밝혔다. 식육추출가공품 HACCP 평가기준은 2008년 3월부터 학계, 협회, 업계, 공무원 등 전문가를 중심으로 T/F팀을 구성하여 현장실태조사, 실무 및 전문가 협의회 등을 통해 개발됐으며 HACCP적용 작업장 지정 변경사항의 경우에도 현행 중요관리점 회사명 대표자 변경 등에 한하여 변경지정이 허용되고 있었으나, 이번 개정고시에서는 불가피하게 HACCP적용 작업장이 소재지를 이전하는 경우에도 HACCP관리의 지속성을 감안하여 지정변경이 가능하도록 반영했다. 소재지 변경의 경우 무분별한 소재지변경에 따른 HACCP 수준저하문제가 발생하지 않도록 하기 위하여 작업장의 현장실사를 실시하고 소재지 변경이 완료되기 전까지는 HACCP 로고를 사용하지 못하도록 하는 조치도 함께 마련됐다. 검역원은 이번 식육추출가공품 HACCP 평가기준 개발과 HACCP 적용 작업장의 소재지 지정변경 인정으로 축산물 가공품 안전성 확보와 HACCP 제도가 더욱 활성화 되어 국민보건 향상에 기여할 것이 기대된다고 밝혔다.

영국의 "기업과실치사법", 캐나다 및 호주의 기업처벌을 강화하기 위해서 형법을 개정하였음에도 불구하고 산업재해 감소 효과는 미미하다. 건설 현장의 불안전한 상태 방치 및 가설구조물에서 강도 높은 안전사고가 다수 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 안전사고 예방을 위해 안전관리 실명제의 중요도 순위를 전문가 설문으로 도출하였다. 건설현장 전문가를 대상으로 AHP모형을 통해 중요도 분석한 결과 상위계층은 건설기계가 가장 중요하다고 보았으며, 하위계층의 안전시설물 관리에서는 개구부, 건설기계에서는 타워크레인, 관리실명제에서는 "산업안전보건법" 상에 의한 관리, 안전관리조직에서는 CEO의무가 가장 중요하다고 보았다. 안전관리실명제의 기대되는 역할은 중대재해처벌법이 예방에 힘쓰기 보다는 방어에 온힘을 다하느라 예방의 기능이 저하되고 있다. 이러한 역 기능을 바로잡기 위해 안전관리실명제는 중요하다.

최근까지 물 부족을 해소하기 위한 방법으로 용수공급 확대만이 유일한 방법인 양 인식하여 왔다. 그러나 최근에 이르러 우리나라는 가용 수자원의 부족, 댐 개발 적지의 고갈, 지역주민의 집단반발 등으로 용수원의 적기확보가 난관에 봉착하고 있다. 갈수록 어려워지는 용수원 확보로, 급증하는 용수수요를 어떻게 충족시킬 것인가에 대한 진지한 논의가 필요한 시점인 것이다. 수자원의 확보가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있고 물 부족 사태가 언제 올지 모르는 시점에서 앞으로의 용수수요에 대한 추정이 맞지 않고 용수량을 과다측정 또는 과소 측정하는 가장 큰 이유 중의 하나가 과거로부터 축적된 데이터의 부족이라 할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 기존까지의 용수수요예측에 관한 연구는 부분적인 연구결과만 있을 뿐 전반적인 이론 및 기법에 관한 정립이 되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 용수수급의 효율화는 수요측면과 공급측면을 조화롭게 운용함으로서 가능해지는 것으로 용수수요를 정확하고 신속하게 예측하는 것은 용수공급능력의 확대와 동일한 효과를 나타낸다. 그러나 인구, 생활양식, 문화수준, 산업구조, 용수요금, 소득, 기후조건 등 각종 요인을 종합적으로 분석하여 장래의 용수수요예측을 한다는 것은 현 기술 상태에서 매우 어려운 일이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 금강유역을 시범유역을 선정하여 금강유역내의 용수수급현황을 직접 현장조사를 통해 파악하고, 현재 용수수급현황 파악에 있어서의 문제점과 향후 체계적이고 정확한 용수수급현황 파악을 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 주요 생활용수, 공업용수 취수장을 직접 방문하여 용수사용실태를 조사함은 물론 금강홍수통제소에서 운영하고 있는 하천유수사용실적 관리시스템의 필요성과 문제점을 동시에 분석해보았다. 더 나아가 지속적인 용수사용실태를 조사하여 표준권역별로 물이용 지표화를 제시함으로써 향후 용수사용실태 분석시 효율성을 극대화 시키는 방안을 제시한다면 용수수요추정 오류에 따른 부작용을 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Purpose: This study proposes a way to improve quality and increase safety by studying a method that allows the system scaffolding, which is partly used for high-altitude work at construction sites, to be applied to various types of structures in shipbuilding and plant industry sites. Method: A fact-finding survey was conducted targeting 8 companies, and a plan was established that reflected the opinions of the field survey and the practitioners and experts by analyzing the literature and the Internet survey. Result: Through analysis of related patents, FGI with companies, etc., we discovered the possibility of application expansion through research and development of materials that can be applied to various types and improvement plans for enhancing the professionalism of construction companies. Conclusion: System scaffolding has a high importance in terms of safety, but related research around the world is sluggish. Therefore, it will be possible to meet the demands for quality and safety by enhancing the software expertise and developing and researching user materials that can be applied to various types.

The fire safety of social welfare facilities increasing at high speed with coming-up of an aging society have been on the rise as a very important social problems. This research paper has analyzed the fire safety laws and standards about the social welfare facilities as a lesson elderly nursing home's fire that occurred in recent years. This research worker have conducted the questionnaire survey including research of the true actual through the fire protection engineers, the professors, the fire facilities managers and the users. This study has proposed the installing of suitable fire protection systems through the law revision, normal maintenance of the facilities, the safety management plan through evaluation about fire protective management and related facilities by the methods of the fire safety management.

Recently, the assisted living facilities for the elderly are increasing due to the facts, such as rapid increasing ratio of old people, rising incomes and the changing concepts towards family relationship. For the elderly, there is a need to re-examine how environment can incorporate design concepts which enhance accessibility and adaptability. For this survey each seven cases in Korean & American facilities were examined and also 120 copies of a questionnaire for the elderly who are above 60 were analysed. This survey revealed that; 1. The consciousness of the majority elderly was favorably aware of the assisted living facilities for the elderly by a social phenomenon. 2. At a response of the scale for the living unit, majority subjects preferred to live in size of 16${\sim}$20 pyung. 3. Subjects preferred not only clean and modern atmosphere, but also medical area and fitness room, design considerations for these points are needed. 4. Enough spaces for their hobbies and social activities, which are important factors for smooth understanding, communication and psychological remedy effect for the elderly should be provided in the facilities for the elderly. 5.Korean facilities were lack of accessibility, safety and adaptability, thus it is very important to select the suitable materials for the safety and lighting plans with regard to their physical and mental qualities.

In this paper an Investigation into the actual condition of electrical equipment installation for the inspection method development based on IEC 60364. The analysis objects are the difference between electrical equipments installation in korea & electrical equipments installation based on the IEC 60364. The measurement elements are loop impedance, operating characteristic of circuit breaker and protective conductor continuance. As a result, the korea electrical equipments installation was almost same the TT system but some different of protective conductor continuance. Electrical equipments installed TN-C-S has noting problem about installation but manager dose not understand about IEC 60364.

Various education information resources are provided for elementary and junior high schools. In order to operate these resources efficiently, operation conditions on the current education information resources should be accurately examined. After analyzing this information, a good plan on the national level should be made. In order to accurately analyze the conditions of the operation such as how the real field utilizes the school's education information resources, an efficient survey analysis system that go beyond time and space is designed and implemented.

With construction projects continuously becoming more massive and complex, risk factors have been consistently increasing. To achieve a successful project, it is very important to identify and cope with such risk factors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest plans of reducing risk, not only for describing the drafting process for construction planning but also for systematically organizing constraints and risk factors in earth work, foundation work and reinforced concrete construction. To achieve these objectives, this study 1) analyzes previous theories about risk classification structure, 2) performs a case study of an actual project to embody the problems of safety management by analyzing the results of an interview with a construction engineer. In conclusion, the following factors were systematically organized: 1) characteristics of construction site (purpose, structure, floor, etc.); 2) the actual application conditions of the main construction methods; 3) the relationship between constraints and risk factors.
