미래인터넷을 위한 자율 네트워킹 및 관리 기술 연구동향

  • 자율 네트워킹(autonomic networking)은 인간의 개입을 최소화하면서 환경의 변화에 따라 네트워크 스스로 자율적인 관리(self-management) 및 제어를 하도록 하는 혁신적인 개념이다. 본 고에서는 대규모이면서 이질적이고 동적인 특성을 갖는 미래인터넷의 관리에 필수적인 기술로 떠오르고 있는 자율 네트워킹의 개념과 연구동향 및 이슈에 대해 살펴본다.

  • Mega-Competition으로 심화된 경영환경은 기업에 압박요인으로 작용하고 있다 따라서 기업은 경영환경변화에 대응하여 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 방안으로 BPR을 추진하게 되었다. 그러나 정보기술을 이용해 기업구조를 혁신적으로 변화시키는 것은 정보기술의 급속한 발전과 조직 변화로 어려움에 직면하게 되었고, 이의 해결책으로 전사적 입장에서 정보기술을 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 ERP시스템이 출현하게 되었다. 본 연구는 기업혁신의 추진도구로서 각광받고 있는 ERP 시스템의 기본개념을 정립하고 주성공요인을 식별하는데 목적을 두고 있다.

Classification of Social Welfare Organizations' Innovations (사회복지조직의 혁신유형화에 관한 시론적 연구 - 혁신의 내용적 측면을 중심으로 -)

  • This study tries to categorize innovation types for social welfare organizations and investigate the level of innovation in each type in practical field. Firstly, this study scrutinizes the concept and classification's criterias of innovation. Secondly, this study reviews not only classification of innovation in profit organization but also several researches of innovation in service industry and public sectors, and finally, this study makes a suggestion of innovations' classification that is applicable for social welfare organizations. Based on this suggestion, fifteen questions are designed to ask the innovative activities in the organizations. And total 496 respondents from 116 organizations answered these questionnaire. The outcomes of this survey were substantiated by second data through converted procedures to mean value of organizations. Consquently, service innovation, administrative innovation and human resource innovation, proposed based on theoretical review, were subdivided into six categories such as service innovation, structural innovation, internal and efficiency innovation, marketing and communication innovation, external and employment innovation and evalution and mission innovation. The mean value of service(mean=14.7) and marketing innovation(mean=13.3) are higher than other type of innovations, which shows the aspect of innovative activities in social welfare organizations. Based on this result, we can get the directions of following study in investigating innovation of social welfare organization.

The Effect of Transformational Leadership's Sub-factors on Innovative Behavior :The Mediating Effect of Job Engagement (변혁적 리더십의 하위요인이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 직무열의의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • Transformational leadership(TL) is an effective job resource that can lead to innovative behavior. The new concern is to identify the mechanisms by which innovative behaviors persist, taking into account factors such as mediator. Therefore, this study intends to identify the mediating role of job engagement in the relationship between sub-factors of TL and innovative behavior. We conducted a questionnaire survey of 671 employees who are highly related to innovative behavior in public, private firms and utilized a structural equation analysis, mediation analysis to verify hypotheses based on previous studies. As a result, charisma and intellectual stimulation, which are sub-factors of TL were proved to influence innovative behavior through job engagement. The results of this study imply that companies need to utilize the measurement tool of job engagement and select leader with charisma and intellectual stimulation to sustain innovative behavior.

Moderating Effects of Personal Innovativeness in Mobile Banking Service (모바일뱅킹에서 개인혁신성의 조절효과)

  • 모바일뱅킹은 빠르게 성장하고있으며 은행서비스의 많은 부분이 모바일뱅킹에서 제공되고 있다. 하지만, 모바일뱅킹을 사용자들이 수용하는데 개인의 혁신성이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 불행히도 모바일뱅킹은 그 특성상 제한된 화면을 사용자들이 사용하기가 용이하지 않다. 본 연구는 개인혁신성(PI)의 관점에서 모바일뱅킹을 수용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고 자하였다. 특히 다른 정보시스템에서 많이 사용된 지각된 유용성(USF) 및 사용의 용이성(EOU) 변수뿐만 아니라 지각된 즐거움(ENJ)의 요인을 추가하여 모바일뱅킹 수용에서 영향요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 336명의 모바일뱅킹의 사용자들에게 설문을 실시하였으며, 응답자들을 두 그룹(개인 혁신성이 높은 그룹과 낮은 그룹)으로 분류하여 구조방정식모형에서 집단간차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 개인 혁신성(PI) 모바일뱅킹 수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 세부적으로 분석해 보면 개인혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹 보다 더 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 사용의도와 사용의 유용성 그리고 지각된 즐거움 사이의 경로계수 값의 크기가 개인혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹보다 높았다. 여기서 지각된 즐거움의 경우 개인 혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹 보다 더 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 성장과 확대에 실무적으로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 분석된다.

A Study of the Core Factors Affecting the Performance of Technology Management of Inno-Biz SMEs (기술혁신형(Inno-Biz) 중소기업의 기술경영성과에 미치는 핵심요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to confirm the core factors of innovative capabilities and technological entrepreneurship affecting the performance of technology management and business management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through the consideration about the complex natures of technological innovation affecting by multidimensional factors, this study designs the research model that innovative capabilities, the performances of technology and business management are arranged in accordance with the innovation process; input-output-outcome. To meet this research purpose, the hypothesis are set up based on the previous research studies and the research samples are selected from members of the Innovative Business (INNO-BIZ) Association, located in Seoul and Geyonggi province. As a result of regression analysis to the responses gathered from 360 firms, the performance of business management is influenced positively by the technology superiority, market growth and business profitability which are the dominant factors of performance of technology management. In addition, three sub-variables of innovative capabilities such as R&D, strategic planning and learning capability, have positive effects on both the managerial performances. Innovativeness and progressiveness of technological entrepreneurship affect both the performances positively. Moreover, the co-relation between technological entrepreneurship of an innovation leader and innovative capabilities of organizational members are identified. Lastly, technological entrepreneurship has the mediating effect on the path of leading innovative capabilities to the managerial performances. In conclusion, the research results imply that technological innovation-type firms should periodically evaluate the performance of technology management which are the output of technological innovations and the reinvestment for ultimate business success. And improving and developing innovative capabilities and technological entrepreneurship is required to continuously and consistently investing and supporting resources on technological innovations at the firm-and government-level. It is considered that these are the crucial methods for securing the technologically competitive advantage of SMEs with less resources and narrow innovation range.

The Relative Preference of Patent and Secrecy for Appropriation Mechanisms (혁신활동 결과의 전유방법에서 특허와 영업비밀의 상대적 선호)

  • The innovation activity is an important factor for sustained growth in nations and firms. Particularly, the problem of appropriation of results of the innovative activity is very important for innovators since it enables them to enjoy the profits generated by their innovations. This study is intended to empirically analyse relative preference of patent and secrecy that is affected by characteristics of innovators and results of innovation using data from '2005: The Korean Innovation Survey' and Ordered Logit method. As a result of this study, the preference for a specific mechanism is clearly revealed in product innovation rather than process innovation. Also, in most research, questions results of analysis are equal to the previous studies and the nature of appropriation methods. However, the result of a research question based on sources of information is very different from previous researches. This study utilized more recent data than previous studies. This result reflects that existing patterns have been changed during recent period.

Directions of Public Institution Innovation in Participatory Government (공공기관의 경영혁신방향)

  • Public institutions guaranteed exclusive position of core business are likely to be inefficient in management. Past governments made various efforts to innovate public institutions. Participatory government drove innovation of public institutions through Ministry of Planning and Budget, and this innovation policy had problems as followings: shortage of common sense of innovation, lack of understanding of innovation, gradual execution of innovation instead of system innovation for business innovation, lack of consideration of characteristics of various public innovation, overlapping of evaluation system, and nonobjective design of evaluation indicator. MB government has diverse assignments for improvement of these problems as followings: transformation of business mind, voluntary participation of employee, improvement of management system of public institutions, reform of business evaluation system, promotion of internal competition, and construction of performance based business system. What is the most important point for successful reform of public institution is to achieve the support of general public with effective action plan and substantial programs.

The Impact of Generative AI's Technical Characteristics and Librarians' Personal Traits on Intention to Use Generative AI (생성형 AI의 기술적 특성과 사서의 개인적 특성이 생성형 AI 사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the impact of the technical characteristics of Generative AI (GAI) and librarians' personal traits on their intention to use GAI. Personalization, interaction, and context awareness were considered as technical characteristics of GAI that influence the intention to use GAI, while innovativeness and frequency of GAI use were considered as librarians' personal traits. The study targeted 187 librarians working in libraries, and 165 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The results showed that the technical characteristics of GAI had a statistically significant impact on the intention to use GAI. Additionally, librarians' personal traits, namely innovativeness and frequency of GAI use, were also found to have a significant impact on the intention to use GAI. The findings of this study can be used as valuable information to help librarians increase their intention to use GAI and improve the quality and satisfaction of library services.

Factors Influencing the Introduction of Mobile Security Technology (기업 모바일 보안기술 도입에 영향을 미치는 특성요인)

  • This research has reviewed the major composition concepts and the positive research results in the selected studies which were theoretically based on IDT (Innovation Diffusion Theory), IRM (Model of Innovation Resistance), TAM(Technology Acceptance Model), and IAPA(Information Asset Protection Activity) in order to improve the theoretical explanation of major characterized factors influencing on the introduction of MST (Mobile Security Technology). The characterized factors for the adaptation of MST and 17 hypotheses on the MST study models in order to test the effects on the intention to use are empirically verified by utilizing the analysis method of structure equation model. As a result of a study, First, the most influential characterized factors of IRM are shown as compatibility, complexity, relative advantage, information asset protection in order. Second, the characterized factors affecting intention to use are shown as relative advantage, compatibility, innovation resistance, performance expectancy. The results of this study are relevantly significant to establish the theoretical foundation of the study on the adaptation of MST and The verification of the characterized factors provide strategic implication for the introduction of MST and policy direction which alleviates informational gap between new MST and previous Security Technology to diffusion agency.
