A Study on The Effect of 360 Product Photography Characteristics and Internal Innovation on Intention to Continuous Use (360 제품 사진의 특성과 내적혁신성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • 360 product photography is one of the realistic media technologies that can observe subjects from various angles as one of the real-world VR production methods. This study examined the effect of 360 product photography on the intention to Continuous Use through the technology acceptance model. The results of the online survey showed that informative, which is the characteristic of 360 product photography, affects both ease of use and perceived usefulness, while reliability and entertainingness affect only perceived usefulness. Internal innovation had an impact on perceived ease, but not on perceived usability. Ease of use, both mediators, had a positive effect on sustained use intention. These findings can be used as a reference for various studies in the field of 360 product photography which is still insufficient. In addition, it can provide strategic implications for the production direction of 360 product photos.

Analysis of the Influence of Domestic Open Banking Quality Factors on Intention to Use (국내 오픈뱅킹 품질요소가 사용자 이용의도에 미치는 영향분석)

  • The main channels of the financial industry are rapidly changing to mobile. In this environment, banks are focusing on information and communication technology to secure their competitiveness, and rapid innovation is being pursued especially in the payment settlement sector. In October 2019, Korea also introduced open banking services to accelerate the financial innovation, such as the open conversion of financial settlement networks and the expansion of the use of simple payments. In this paper, an empirical study was conducted on the effect of domestic open banking quality factors on usage intention. The service quality factors for open banking were classified into interface design, innovation, security, and data sharing, and the technology acceptance model (TAM) was used to verify whether it has a significant effect on perceived convenience, usefulness and intention to use. According to the analysis results, while innovation and security did not have a significant effect on convenience and usefulness, interface design and data sharing were found to have an effect on perceived convenience. The results would provide implications for some quality issues for companies seeking to introduce open banking services as well as for the related academic arena.

  • This study investigate the smart phone that is not included in the studies that test the effect of added functionalities to convergence products. There are several questions that PDA, MP3 players that are added a certain function can be good convergence product that consumers love and these are the products that has problem of decrease of sales volume because of the development of smart phone. It is a little bit strange to test these product for this study, so this study suggest a little different research tool compared to the past studies. The research implications are follows like theses. Brand awareness is important factor that decrease the uncertainties and risks specially when a innovative tech is added to smart phone. A situation that a innovative tech is added to smart phone is best to get the consumer's perceived innovativeness, value, and buying intention. And a situation that a innovative tech is added to smart phone in the context of low brand awareness is better than a situation that various normal teches are added to it.

The Effect of the Characteristics of Agri-Food Open Market on the Repurchase Intention: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Innovation (농식품 오픈 마켓 특성이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향: 혁신성의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • With the disappearance of boundaries between online and offline, the O2O(online to offline) platform service is rapidly growing. Unlike general products, freshness is an important decision-making factor for agri-food, and there are many limiting factors for growth as an open market among O2O platforms due to the characteristics of difficult refunds and exchanges compared to other items and new transaction methods. In order to overcome these obstacles, consumer innovation must be considered. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of O2O(online to offline) platform characteristics perception on agri-food repurchase intentions. And an empirical survey of the hypothesis is made that innovation will show a moderating effect between agri-food O2O platform characteristics and repurchase intention. For this purpose, Using a convenience sampling technique, an online survey was conducted through Google survey from April 1 to April 15, 2021. A total of final analysis data were collected from a total of 270 purchase experienced of agri-food O2O(online to offline) platform. The SPSS program was used for analysis, and multiple regression analysis was used for hypothesis verification. The results showed that Economic, Interaction, and Playfulness had a significant positive effect on agri-food repurchase intend. Also, Interactivity × innovation, playfulness × innovation were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on repurchase intention. The results of this study show that innovation reduces the burden on consumers for new systems and mobile transactions. The results of this study suggest that convenient interface design is important for activating O2O transactions of agri-food. In addition, education and support are needed to strengthen the IT competency of farmers. The results of this study will be able to contribute to the establishment of infrastructure for agri-food open market shopping malls. In future studies, the influence of the O2O platform type on the purchase intention should be studied continuously.

  • The study has been derived through the empirical analysis so as to find the Continuous Usage of Electronic Official Document 24 System. Total of 236 questionnaires were analysis to users who used or experienced the Electronic Official Document 24 System. As a result of the analysis First Accuracy, Convenience, and Security have a positive(+) effect on Ease of Use. However, Compatibility and Innovation were not effect on Ease of Use Second, Accuracy, Convenience, Security, and Innovation have a positive(+) effect on Perceived Usefulness. However, Compatibility was not effect on Perceived Usefulness. Third, Behavioral Costs have a positive(+) effect Continuous Intention and perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness and Continuous Intention. Finally, perceived usefulness also has a positive effect on the Continuous Intention.

  • This study intends to deduce various purchase intention influential factor for mobile phone and thereby to clarify the causal relationship between these factors and purchase intention. As a result of the analysis of this study, we could know that first, when the impact about brand attitude on consumers is bigger, a positive affect is induced and the effects about personalization interface were also positive. Second, we could know that when the innovative tendency of consumers is stronger, they experience positive affects and the impact on personalization interface was also effective. However, it was clarified that when the innovative tendency is stronger, the impact on price gets smaller. Third, when the imitation tendency of consumers was higher, positive affects were induced, and when the interest in personalization interface of consumers was higher, positive affects were induced and the interest in price also gets higher. Fourth, we could check the influence of affect in the purchase intention of mobile phones.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting on pre-service early childhood teachers' adoption intention of Robot-based education. For this purpose, the survey was conducted on 259 college students and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0. T-test and one-way ANOVA were used to compare the differences of adoption intention and predictive factors according to pre-service early childhood teachers' background variables. In addition, multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to analyze influence of perceived ease of use, perceived efficacy, innovative will, and social effect on adoption intention. The results were found that adoption intention and predictive factors did not show any significant difference according to background variables and that perceived ease of use and perceived efficacy influenced on pre-service early childhood teachers' adoption intention. Moreover, innovative will and social effect had an effect on perceived ease of use and perceived ease of use and social effect had an effect on perceived efficacy.

  • This study attempted to identify the effect of personal innovation, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the intention to use for users of OTT service platform Netflix, and finally affects flow and addiction. According to the research results, personal innovation has a positive impact on compatibility, simplicity and perceived usefulness, simplicity and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on use intention, compatibility and use intention have a positive effect on flow, and flow has a positive effect on addiction. This study is meaningful in that it can improve the understanding of user intention based on Netflix's new subscription standard and provide basic data that can be used for basic research on OTT service users' flow and addiction and development strategies of OTT content providers.

  • This study sought to identify the effects of entrepreneurship orientation and self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions among workers in the bio-healthcare industry in Korea. As interest in health increases in the age of aging, the bio-healthcare industry is attracting a lot of attention for start-ups as an industry that can create high added value, but there are also aspects that take a relatively long time to develop technology, require a lot of money, and have a relatively high probability of failure. In this study, we measured the level of entrepreneurship orientation and self efficacy of bio-healthcare industry workers and identified the degree of influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Studies have shown that innovativeness, progressiveness, and risk-taking among entrepreneurship orientations all have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, self efficacy has been shown to have a mediating effect on the relationship between innovativeness, progressiveness, risk-taking and entrepreneurial intention.

  • This study focuses on considering the factors affecting the user intention to adopt an intelligent service - A.I. speaker services. Currently there can be a considerable difference between the expectation and the realized diffusion of IT-based intelligent services. This study aims to find out this gap based on the idea of diver previous researches including TAM and UTAUT studies and to identify the direct and indirect effects of diverse factors such as security issues, perceived time pressure, service innovativeness, and the experience of these IT-based intelligent services. And this study considers the expected impact of perceived time pressure factor on the user acceptance of A.I. speaker services. In analysis results, not only the traditional factors such as the perceived usefulness and the hedonic/utilitarian motives but also the perceived time pressure, the perceived security issues, and the experience of the services should be considered as meaningful factors to affect the users adopting A.I. speaker services.
