세장비가 큰 타원형 컵 성형 공정의 다단계 유한요소 역해석 (Multi-stage Finite Element Inverse Analysis of Elliptic Cup Drawing Processes with the Large Aspect Ratio)

  • An inverse finite element approach is employed to efficiently design the optimum blank shape and intermediate shapes from the desired final shape in multi-stage elliptic cup drawing processes. The multi-stage deep-drawing process is difficult to design with the conventional finite element analysis since the process is very complicate with the conventional finite element analysis since the process is very complicated with intermediate shapes and the numerical analysis undergoes the convergence problem even with tremendous computing time. The elliptic cup drawing process needs much effort to design sine it requires full three-dimensional analysis. The inverse analysis is able to omit all complicated and tedious analysis procedures for the optimum process design. In this paper, the finite element inverse analysis provides the thickness strain distribution of each intermediate shape through the multi-stage analysis. The multi-stage analysis deals with the convergence among intermediate shapes and the corresponding sliding constraint surfaces that are described by the analytic function of merged-arc type surfaces.

  • This paper is concerned with a forming analysis of front side members and the application of the forming effect in crash analysis of auto-body. Drawbead restraining forces are calculated with ABAQUS/Strandard in order to identify the boundary condition in forming process. Forming analysis with equivalent drawbead is carried out with LS-DYNA3D. In order to demonstrate the validity of the forming analysis, quantitative comparison of the thickness variation between the real product and the numerical simulation result is carried out. Forming histories obtained from the forming analysis are utilized as the initial condition of the crash analysis for accurate assessment of the crashworthiness.

  • This paper newly proposes a mesh regularization method for the enhancement of the efficiency in sheet metal forming analysis. The regularization method searches for distorted elements with appropriate searching criteria and constructs patches including the elements to be modified. Each patch is then extended to a three-dimensional surface in order to obtain the information of the continuous coordinates. In constructing the surface enclosing each patch, NURBS(Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline) surface is employed to describe a three-dimensional free surface. On the basis of the constructed surface, each node is properly arranged to form unit elements as close as to a square. The analysis results with the proposed method are compared to the results from the direct forming analysis without mesh regularization in order to confirm the validity of the method.

  • In this paper the real-time analysis of vibration objects using projection moir\ulcorner method is realized. By measuring the vibration of two different speakers using three grationgs with different pitch. it is possible to analyze the vibrating speakers, so the fundamental frequency mode of speakers is obserbed at 550Hz and 105Hz respectively and phase lag is shown nonlinear characteristics. Also it is possible to measure the vibration as to nonperiodic signals as well as peoriodic signals.

  • 본 논문에서는 PHEV와 EV의 보급 확대에 따른 충전 시스템 사용자 혹은 관리자의 사고 방지 및 효율적인 충전 시스템의 운용을 위해서 차량내 배터리와 충전 시스템의 상태를 모니터링 할 수 있는 충전 모니터링 시스템의 구조와 충전 프로세스 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 충전 모니터링 장치는 유/무선 통신기술을 적용하여 차량을 식별함으로써 효율적인 차량 관리 및 충전 시스템 운용이 가능하며 충전 시스템 내의 정보 교환, 충전 동작/정지 제어 등을 위한 차량과의 인터페이스 기술과 통신 프로토콜 등 다양한 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 충전 모니터링 장치용 제어기와 충전 전력량 및 상태 표시가 가능한 충전 모니터링 장치와 충전 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 차량용 배터리의 내구 수명 분석을 위한 효율적인 분석 절차와 프로세스를 제안하였다. 분석 프로세스는 배터리의 내구성을 분석하기 위한 기본적인 배터리 특성을 통해 시험에서 얻어진 파라미터를 구하고 배터리 외부 온도 영향에 따른 내부 전해액의 변화 특성 및 배터리의 내구 수명 특성을 통한 상관관계를 도출할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 필드에서 측정한 데이터를 분석하고 이와 동일한 환경을 실험실에서 모사해 냄으로써 필요한 실험 데이터를 얻어 배터리의 내구 특성을 분석하고 배터리 수명을 예측하였다.

  • Experimental study on the control of randomly disturbing system is conducted. External and internal disturbances are imposed to the system in combined manner. A vertical propeller system exposed horizontal weak turbulent air flow is chosen as an experimental model. The aim of the control system is to maintain the angular position of vertical propeller in parallel to air flow. Trajectory Tracking Stochastic Controller (TTSC) is designed to ensure system's stability while following system command. The Trajectory Tracking Stochastic Controller is composed of two controller, one is stochastic controller to suppress internal random noise and the other one is trajectory-tracking controller to follow the command having random noise. The proposed hybrid controller, TTSC, shows remarkable performance in pitch control of vertical propeller system in wind-tunnel test

  • Much of the study has been done on the design of dual controller that guarantee the stability and improvement of the system performance. A dual controller concept is proposed to consist of first controller estimates the control law and second controller suppresses the combined noises due to numerical error and internal noise as well. These Irregular disturbances are not only increasing the fatigue but also destabilize the system because of unwanted output Performance. The 'stochastic controller' is used to suppress the irregular random disturbance. Simulation is conducted to reveal that the proposed dual stochastic controller is highly efficient one to control a system hybrid noises.

  • A fuzzy logic controller design technique is proposed to apply for the control of flexible system under irregular disturbance. The fuzzy rules of $\ulcorner$Mode Selecting Fuzzy Controller$\lrcorner$ are constructed using displacement, velocity information and modal characteristics of the system. The frequency information of flexible system is picked up from $\ulcorner$Mode Selecting Unit$\lrcorner$ based on Fast-Fourier transform algorithm. Experiment is conducted to verify the proposed theoretical approach, Piezo ceramic and laser accelerometer are used as actuator and sensor in the experiments respectively

  • Recently, dynamic system has been enlarged and is exposed to various types of disturbance. Thus designing controller for those dynamic system under random disturbance is not practically easy. As a result, the exact analysis for the system which is exposed to various irregular disturbance is quite important. In order to perform analysis, conventional BMR(Balanced Model Reduction) method is applied to moment equation in stochastic domain and reliable reduced order system model has been obtained.
