The maritime industry is recognized as an important national industry in the world today, and its importance is increasing. One of the most important marine industries is the marine leisure industry. Korea attracts many foreign visitors, and a wide variety of cultural and tourist resources are worth accessing. Among the visitors are Chinese tourists, who are called Youke and who represent a constantly increasing trend since 2007, when 1.06 million people visited, to 2015, when 5.98 million people visited Accordingly, a budget of about one trillion won has been committed to creating a resort complex called Golden Harbor at Incheon, which will focus on the development of a marine tourism complex In this study, we conduct a survey on the potential of Chinese tourism and marine tourism professionals only success of the targets of the Incheon Port Authority was analyzed by comparing the difference. A fuzzy analysis of the questionnaire results on Chinese tourists showed the importance of giving the highest priority to services being friendly(0.823), followed by safety(0.823) and convenience(0.773), highlighting the importance of recognize a variety of tourism products(0.755). Targeted surveys were conducted on 20 of Incheon Port Authority s employees They showed that various tourism products are the main issue(0.852), following by accessibility(0.850) and immigration(0.810), showed that convenience is important to recognize the order of (0.793).

최근 경제의 발전과 근무형태의 변화로 인한 여가활동이 점차 증가함에 따라 해안지역에 관광인프라 건설이 늘어나는 추세이다. 본 연구는 동해안 지역의 국제적 성장 가능성과 지역의 자원 개발 잠재력을 토대로 한 광역관광권 개발사업의 일환으로 제안된 울산과 포항사이의 양포항에 복합해양관광휴양단지 구상안에 대한 주변수역의 변화양상을 파악하고자 하였다. 이에 신뢰성 있는 수치도형 구현을 위해 3차원 수치모델을 구축하고 이를 바탕으로 해양관광휴양단지 조성시 발생하는 파동 및 유동장의 변화, 표사 및 해저지형 등의 해양환경변화를 예측하여 구상단계에서 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다.

Recently, the increase of the size of GNP and the expansion of the foreign tour opportunities by the common 5 days work system in a week, reaction of the burden for visiting foreign countries, and expansion of airlines caused the rapid increase of overseas tour but slow increase in the number of foreign tourists, due to the price rise which might impact on the competitive power, and lack of tour infrastructure and attractiveness. As the wide area along the east coast of GyeongBuk Province has great amount of cultural, ocean and natural resources, it helps to get focused the tour industries and maximize the synergy effect through the mutual development coupling the resources and regions. On the basis of the potentials for the growth of east coast area to the international level and the development of local resources, a ocean tour and resort complex for four seasons, which has s strong connection to the local areas resulting the wide tour bond, could help to improve the local economy and balance the development of local province, and furthermore, jump to the level of the center in the East Coast area in the international society. Through the investigation and analysis of the ocean space development status and usage at the advanced foreign countries, the new meaning of the ocean space at the tour and resort complex would be proposed to the relevant local government in fit.

The aim of this paper is to calculation benefit cost for development of Hwawon leisure & tourism complex. To calculation benefit cost, this paper propose a advanced travel cost method(ATCM) which is to consider Improved travel cost method(ITCM) and variable traffic units with confidence degree cf decision-maker. At the result of calculation, total benefit costs are 292805 million won at 52% of confidence degrees and 10% discount rates.. Also total benefit cost is 304517 million won at 4% of GDP growth rate is 4%.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the analytical framework for a spatial structure of a tourism destination master plan by the two types of the tourism development models: Tourist attraction System Model and Tourism Destination Region Design Model. The resort development plan is introduced as a planning tool for regenerating the eastern Pusan regions, but the economic and environmental impacts and the sociocultural dilemma accompanied by the development should be fully considered before launching the business. The development plan announced currently is traced and examined in comparison with the upper-leveled and related plans. The Tourist Attraction System Model based on the systems theory is applied to the designated regions. The Tourism Destination Region Design Model then is applied for analyzing the components of each region on the master plan. The results of the findings suggest that the tourism destination plan is basically different from a general master plan on the physical comprehensive plan, the destination is recognized as a subsystem of the whole tourism system, and thus tourism destination plan is considered as a spatial arrangement of tourism facilities and the inter- and intra-circulation.

부산 광안리 일대는 해수욕장과 광안대교 그리고 불꽃축제와 해양레저센터 등을 두루 갖춘 국제적인 관광명소이다. 특히 김해국제공항으로부터 부산에 진입하는 경우 공항에서 연결된 자동차 전용도로가 광안대교에 연결되어 있기 때문에 외지에서 볼 때, 가장먼저 부산의 바다를 보게 되는 장소이기도 하다. 따라서 광안리 도시공간은 바다와 내륙의 관광명소가 어우러진다는 부산의 정체성을 잘 보여주는 장소로서 그 의미가 더욱 크다. 그러나 광안리 도시공간이 국제적인 명소로 확고하게 정착되기 위해서는 보완해야 할 공공디자인적 요소들이 있다. 그것은 도시공간의 결절점과 확장성, 광안리를 향한 보행자의 접근로, 해변공간의 구조, 건축물들의 파사드와 같은 것들이다. 본 연구는 이러한 요소들을 정리하고 분석하여 광안리 도시공간의 업그레이드를 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 부산의 대표적인 관광명소인 광안리와 그 일대의 도시공간이 향후 세계적인 규모의 행사 수용은 물론 장기적인 발전이 가능해지는 초석이 될 것이다.

우리나라 제1종항 중 최남단에 위치하는 서귀포항은 인근 중문 단지의 개발 및 그 위치의 특성상 관광 개발 계획과 제주 남부 지역의 중심지로서 균형적인 발전과 연안 수송 수단의 대형화 추세에 따라 항만 확장이 요구되고 있다. 이에 부응하고자 최근 서귀포항 외항 방파제의 실시 설계가 완료되었으며 이와 병행하여 안벽 축조 등의 계획이 진행되고 있다. (중략)

1996년도 UN해양법협약의 발효와 각국의 배타적 경제수역(EEZ) 선포로 연안역에 대한 관심이 국제적으로 고조되고 있는 가운데 우리나라에서도 연안역 관리법(가칭)이 제정되었다. 국토해양부는 연안역 공간이용 효율성 극대화와 부존 해양자원의 치계적인 개발과 보전을 위하여 연안역 관리법을 특별법으로 제정하였으며 1998년 중에 시행령 등 하위법령을 제정해 시행키로 하였다. 이 이후로도 연안역 특별법에 대한 연구는 계속 진행중이며, 현제 연안역은 연안어업, 수산양식장, 모래채취, 염전, 해수욕장, 관광지, 해양시설, 간척, 매립지, 공업단지 등으로 많이 이용되고 있다. 그러나 연안역 안전시설에 대한 상세 설계기준 및 시공에 대해서는 자세히 다루고 있지 않다. 연안역은 관광객이 증가하면서 안전시설과 구난장비의 미비한 실정으로 인해 인적 물적 피해가 빈번히 발생 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 안전사고의 다발지역을 분석해 보면 관광객으로 인하여 방파제 주변에서의 안전사고가 증가하고 있는 상황이며, 이로 인한 인명피해도 증가하고 있다. 방파제에 대한 안전사고를 막기 위하여 우선적으로 방파제에 대한 안전사고를 해결하고자 인명피해를 막는 구난시설들에 대한 간격 등의 기준을 제시하였다. 다른 지역에 비하여 연안역은 파도에 의하여 사람이 떠내려가는 것을 고려하여 구난시설의 간격을 해안이나 다른 안전시설에 비하여 더 짧게 하였으며, 구난시설이 피해자에게 빠르게 전달되고자 멀리 던진 수 있으며, 구난시설을 잡음과 동시에 숨을 쉴 수 있는 여건이 조성되도록 연구하였다. 안전사고를 효율적으로 방지하기 위하여 인간공학을 접한 안전시설을 연구를 하였다. 인간공학이란, 인간의 행동, 능력, 한계, 특성 등에 관한 정보를 발견하고, 이를 도구, 기계, 시스템, 과업, 직무, 환경의 설계에 응용함으로 인간이 생산적이고 안전하며 쾌적하고 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 인간공학은 인간이 사용할 수 있도록 설계하는 과정에 있어 인간의 활용성 및 편리성을 증대하는 학문으로 보며, 설계초기 단계에서부터 인간의 요소의 체계적인 고려를 필요로 하게 되었다. 이 논문은 과거에 일어났던 사고사례들을 주시하면서 앞으로의 미래에 똑같은 사고사례가 발생하지 않도록 예방하이 위하여 인간공학과 안전시설을 통하여 연안역의 안전시설의 설치기준에 도움이 되는 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to present a development strategy that can enhance local brands by fostering the marine sports industry as a strategic industry that can lead the local economy in Jeollanam-do. As a research method, the literature survey analyzed policy data and previous studies related to marine sports, and the answers in in in-depth interviews were categorized into semantic units and analyzed. In conclusion, Jeollanam-do needs to build representative marine sports facilities by properly utilizing natural conditions, and Jeollanam-do, which has low competitiveness, needs to develop marine sports equipment and connect with tourism resources such as marine, culture, and history.

We need measures that can come up with alternative about fishery living zone and enhance local acceptance for responding to the increase in the proportion of renewable energy production and construction of 12GW Offshore wind power according to Korea's Renewable Energy 3020 initiative and Korean-version New Deal. In this study, We suggest that differentiation plans of co-location model in connection with offshore wind power generation suitable for the East Sea. The East Sea is an optimal site for building of a floating offshore wind power generation(FOWPG) field. It is expected that economic effects like energy production, aquatic resource development and tourism industrialization by farming bluefin tuna which is high valued fish and suitable for offshore aquaculture on public waters in FOWPG field. And we can confirm that budget reduction, smart management by sharing operation management technology and increase in fishermen income.
