The Effect of Self-esteem on Operation Performance: Perspective on Air Navigation System Operator in Airport (공항 항행시스템 운영자 관점에서 자존감이 운영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Organizations of airport continue to invest heavily in the acquisition of self-esteem. Because, it is that self-esteem will become more productive. In this article, We verify to influence in the operation performance by the air navigation system and moderated effect of self-esteem. A survey of Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport was conducted to better understand the factors that affect air navigation system to explain operation performance of airport perspective on air navigation system operator. The findings indicate that the positively moderated self-esteem affects operation performance of airports. We also confirmed that air navigation policy, maintenance, and promotion activities of air navigation system factors are affecting the operation performance of airports. The results of this study suggest that self-esteem could be the basis for a strong measurement tool to evaluate whether self-esteem in a given organization of airport are meeting enhancement of operation performance.

  • The majority of maritime accidents happened by human factor. For that reason, navigation experts want to an intelligent support system for navigation safety, without officer involvement. The expert system which is one of artificial intelligence skills for navigation support is an important tool that a machine can substitute for an expert through the design of a knowledge base and inference engine using the experience or knowledge of an expert. Further, in the real world, a complex situation requires synthetic estimation with the input of experts in various fields for the correct estimation of the situation, not any one expert. In particular, synthetic estimation is more important for navigation situations than in other cases, because of diverse potential threats. This paper presents the method of knowledge fusion pertaining to navigation safety knowledge from various expert systems, using a blackboard system. Then we will show the validity of the method via a design and implementation of test system effort.

  • The navigation area approach to Mokpo port consists of narrow channels with 30mile section, and the route is crossed with many fairways. Specially, except Mokpo-Gu fairway routeing is not assigned and there are many threatening factors against the safe operation of vessel because fishing and mining areas are designated Therefore, this paper proposed a plan for safe passage through a maritime transportation environmental assessment with the analysis of surrounding environment, danger element of navigation, traffic observation and marine accidents.

Short Term Forecast Model for Solar Power Generation using RNN-LSTM (RNN-LSTM을 이용한 태양광 발전량 단기 예측 모델)

  • Since solar power generation is intermittent depending on weather conditions, it is necessary to predict the accurate generation amount of solar power to improve the efficiency and economical efficiency of solar power generation. This study proposes a short - term deep learning prediction model of solar power generation using meteorological data from Mokpo meteorological agency and generation data of Yeongam solar power plant. The meteorological agency forecasts weather factors such as temperature, precipitation, wind direction, wind speed, humidity, and cloudiness for three days. However, sunshine and solar radiation, the most important meteorological factors for forecasting solar power generation, are not predicted. The proposed model predicts solar radiation and solar radiation using forecast meteorological factors. The power generation was also forecasted by adding the forecasted solar and solar factors to the meteorological factors. The forecasted power generation of the proposed model is that the average RMSE and MAE of DNN are 0.177 and 0.095, and RNN is 0.116 and 0.067. Also, LSTM is the best result of 0.100 and 0.054. It is expected that this study will lead to better prediction results by combining various input.

  • Intrusion detection forms a vital component of internet security. To keep pace with the growing trends, there is a critical need to replace single layer detection technology with multi layer detection. Different types of Denial of Service (DoS) attacks thwart authorized users from gaining access to the networks and we tried to detect as well as alleviate some of those attacks. We have proposed a novel cross layer intrusion detection architecture to discover the malicious nodes. The information available across different layers of protocol stack are exploited in order to improve the accuracy of detection. We have used cooperative and distributive anomaly intrusion detection with data mining technique to enhance the proposed architecture. The simulation of the proposed architecture is done in OPNET simulator and the results are analyzed.

  • The value of information becomes very high, a large number of research works has been made for acquiring, managing, and using information. In a specific company (or organization), they are classifying company data documents with managed security levels, and they are securing their secured documents. In this paper, we introduce essential technologies enabling to inspect documents securely and to change specific keywords to normal words, in case that a higher security level document should be converted to a lower security level document.

  • 울산항은 입출항 선박의 항행안전을 위해 1996년 9월부터 해상교통관제실(VTS)을 설치운영하고 있으나 많은 물동량으로 빈번한 선박통항과 액화가스, 케미컬 등의 위험화물운송선박의 통항 등의 여러 가지 위험요소가 상존하고 있는 개항장이다. 특히 현대 미포조선소와 인근에 산재해 있는 중소 조선소 등에서 발생되고 있는 선박 조립용 블록을 운송하는 예 부선들의 빈번한 운항은 울산항의 안전한 물류유통에 많은 어려움을 야기하고 있는 실정이다. 한편 울산항 해상교통관제실에서는 레이더사이트의 운항선박에 대한 데이터, PORT-MIS의 선박관련 데이터 및 최근 선박자동식별장치(AIS)의 데이터 등 많은 정보들에 의해 운항 선박들의 항행 안전을 도모하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선박 조립용 블록을 주로 운송하는 울산항의 (주)보성해상개발에서 TRS를 이용한 자체 운항관리실을 운용하여 운송효율과 안전운항을 노력하고 있는 상황과 그 결과 울산항 해상교통관제에 미치는 효과에 대해 분석하여 그 효율성을 나타내었다.

밀집도 분석 기반의 해상교통로 추출 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

  • 전세계의 상선 80% 이상이 바다를 이용하고 있으며 다양한 해상교통로를 이용하고 있다. 각 국가와 국제기구에서는 선박의 안전한 운항과 해양사고 예방을 위해 항로 설계 기준을 강화하고 있다. 항로가 설정되어 있지 않은 해역은 경제적, 안전요소를 결합하여 선박들이 관습적으로 통항로를 이용하고 있다. 하지만 최근에 이러한 통항로는 해상풍력발전, 해양레저, 어업활동 등 다양한 주체들과 마찰이 생기고 있으며, 해양사고 위험이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 AIS 데이터를 활용하여 밀집도 분석을 수행한 후, 선박의 안전한 항행을 위한 고유 통항로로 제시한다. 또한 선박의 항행 패턴을 고려하여 주요항로, 외부지선항로, 내부지선항로로 구분하였다. 최종적으로 선박 통항로의 95% 신뢰도를 기반으로 안전성 검증을 수행하고 이를 만족하는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • By using accurate closed-form Green's functions obtained from real-axis integration method, the full-wave analysis of CPW discontinuities are performed in space domain. In solving MPIE(Mixed Potential Integral Equation), Galerkin's scheme is employed with the linear basis functions on the triangular elements in air-dielectric boundary. In the singular integral arising when the observation point and source point coincides, the surface integral is transformed into the line integral and the integral is evaluated by regular integration. By using the Green's function from the real-axis integration method, the discontinuities are characterized accurately.

해상교통안전진단의 특별진단 도입에 대한 제언

  • 해상교통안전진단제도의 개정으로 인해 해상교통안전진단의 대상사업이 축소됨에 따라 안전진단대상사업에서 제외된 100미터 미만인 선박의 안전진단 결과 부두의 평면배치가 변경되는 등 안전진단제도의 맹점이 도출되고 있다. 또한 안전진단 시행이전에 사업이 승인되어 공사 작업 중에 공사구간을 운항하는 여객선이 통항시 위험성으로 인해 운항이 중단되고 있다. 홍도 방파제 안전진단에 따른 평면배치의 사례와 솔빛대교의 사례를 통해 특별안전진단의 필요성을 제안한다.
