The interest of Cruise has been increased because of economic development and income growth in the world during last several decades. In Asian area the Cruise service also has been enlarged, especially in East Asia countries such as Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hongkong, Taiwan and China. This paper reviewed previous researches and clarify its concept and characteristics of Cruise Industry. And This paper aims to study the correct concepts and characteristics of Cruise marketing and investigate the current status and trend of Cruise Industry of the world and Korea. And it has groped and suggested various countermeasures, strategies and tactics in the 4Ps perspectives, considering the problems and conditions of Cruise service of Incheon Port.

최근 해양 분야에서는 해상과 육상의 다양한 데이터를 통합, 활용하여 해상에서의 선박의 안전 운항, 해양 환경 및 자원의 보호 등의 활동에 필요한 정보를 적시에 제공하는 정보 서비스 체계로 e-Navigation에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 국제해사기구(IMO)를 비롯한 해양 분야 국제기구 등은 e-Navigation을 위한 정책, 표준, 관련 기술 및 시스템 개발 등 e-Navigation을 주도하기 위한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. UN산하 해사안전 분야 전문기구인 국제해사기구(IMO)는 인적과실에 의한 해양사고를 줄이기 위해 2006년 e-Navigation 도입을 결정, 2018년부터 시행하기 위해 국제협약 제 개정 등을 추진하고 있다. 해양수산부는 국제해상안전 규제동향에 선제적으로 대응함으로써 해양안전을 강화하는 한편, 관련 분야 신산업 육성과 일자리 창출 등을 목표로 하는 "한국형 e-Navigation 대응전략"을 발표하였다. 항로표지는 해상에서의 안전한 활동을 지원하는 필수 시설로써 e-Navigation 시스템의 중요한 운영자원으로 활용될 예정이며 이에 국내에서도 e-Navigation 시스템 운영을 위한 항로표지시설에 대한 기술 개발이 절실한 실정이다. 이러한 항로표지를 이용한 한국형 e-Navigation 운영을 위한 발전 방안에 대하여 기술하였다.

2001년 9 11 세계무역센터 테러 사건 이후, 많은 국가들과 국제기구들은 국제해상운송의 보안을 극대화하기 위해 여러 가지 보안 관련정책들을 제정하였다. 그러나. 이러한 보안정책들은 해상운송망의 원활한 무역흐름에 악영향을 미쳐 경제적 손실들을 초래할 뿐만 아니라 각 국가들과 국제기구들이 추구하고 있는 각종 간소화 정책에 반하고 있다. 이에, 보안정책과 간소화 정책들 간의 균형적 발전을 위하여 이 논문에서는 통합품질관리(TQM)에 보안을 적용하여 새로운 통합보안(TSM)시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 이러한 통합보안관리시스템은 해운회사, 정부당국 및 국제협약이 구성주체가 되어 그 시스템을 통해 저비용으로 보안기준을 상승시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 구성주체들 간 TSM의 상호협정을 체결하는 등 상생전략을 통한 무역간소화를 이룩할 수 있을 것이다.

ECDIS의 이용과 함께 AIS, LRIT와 같은 선박식별 추적장치의 도입은 항해환경의 많은 변화를 유도하고 있다. 영국, 미국, 노르웨이, 일본 등 해운선진국들을 중심으로 전자항해의 전략개발에 관한 의제가 IMO MSC81차 회의에서 제안된 이후 2008년 MSC 제85차 회의까지 완료를 목표로 장기과제로 채택된 바가 있다. MSC 제81차 회의에서는 MAV.가 Coordinator로 하여 신규의제로 검토하도록 COMSAR 11 및 NAV 53차에 지시한 바가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 및 국외 전자항해 및 해양정보시스템의 동향분석을 통하여 효율적인 정보교환을 위한 해양정보통신시스템의 발전방안을 제시하였다.

Busan Port which is the representative social overhead capital facilities for international trade of goods has need the driving force for economic development in Korea. Therefore, the central government should play the major role in building a rear road to Busan Port in order that it may function as a moor port of Northeastern Asia through the systemization of mutual assistance among connected facilities, completely equipped with port-related facilities befitting to the principal port of imports and exports. In this study, the validity of container tax is being examined, analyzing container tax which is considered as an obstacle to the development of Busan Port and its purpose, and grasping the present conditions by the realistic speculation on container tax issues and its abolition. First, the port rear road as a social overhead capital facilities, which connects port and expressway, should be considered as part of port, and port is social overhead capital invested by government. Second, the Busan City imposes taxes on container. As a result, a shipper and a shipping company are paying a double charge by paying container tax with port dues. Third, Empty container and Tranship container are the factor of Busan city traffic jam but their was excluded from container tax. This is deviate from equilibrium of the tax object. Forth, it has bad influence upon the competitiveness of Busan Port as Northeastern logistics base, as other ports who are competing with Busan Port like china, Taiwan, Japan's port make their competitiveness strong by decreasing the cost of port dues.

In this study, we tried to find out port safety from various perspectives through news data that can be easily accessed by the general public and domestic academic journal data that reflects the insights of port researchers. Non-negative Matrix Factorization(NMF) based topic modeling was conducted using Python to derive the main topics for each data, and then semantic analysis was conducted for each topic. The news data mainly derived natural and environmental factors among port safety risk factors, and the academic journal data derived security factors, mechanical factors, human factors, environmental factors, and natural factors. Through this, the need for strategies to strengthen the safety of domestic ports, such as strengthening the resilience of port safety, improve safety awareness to broaden the public's view of port safety, and conduct research to develop the port industry environment into a safe and specialized mature port. As a result, this study identified the main factors to be improved and provided basic data to develop into a mature port with a port safety culture.

The main purpose of this paper is to present a competitive strategies for the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. Based on the survey conducted by the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port experts, the categorized factors were compared using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assess the importance of each factor and sub-factor in the case of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. This is a quantitative study that conducted a face-to-face survey on employees and related public officers at the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. The final sample size consisted of 49 people, including workers at the Busan New Port logistics warehouses and related local customs officers. The data were coded in Microsoft Excel and the imprtance of SWOT factors was derived using "the I make it" program developed by Decision Sience, and it was analyzed using the AHP method. This study quantifies the importance of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats factor of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port and presents strategic guidelines for the key factors for the development of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. This research provides strategic guidelines to Korea for the development of the Logistics Industries, and development of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port.

해상교통관제(VTS; Vessel Traffic Service)는 IMO RESOLUTION A.857(20) on Guidelines for Vessel Traffic Services와 해사안전법 제36조, 개항질서법 제28조에 의거 해상운송에서의 위험을 감소하고 해상교통질서확립과 안전확보를 위하여 전세계 주요 항만 및 수역에서 이용되고 있다. 특히 최근 E-navigation 이행 전략 및 개발 프로그램에 의해 육상에서 지원, 제공해야 할 해사안전정보의 중요성이 대두되면서 그 역할 및 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 이에 E-navigation 프로세스 DFD 아키텍쳐와 VTS 업무 프로세스를 비교하고 VTSO의 역할과 VTS 업무의 올바른 분석을 통해 INS, NAS, TOS의 실현을 위한 효과적인 업무프로세스를 찾고 시스템 설계자의 관점에서 개선사항 및 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The fact that Pyeongtaek Port is located ideally at the central point of the Yellow Sea's Economic Zone and it is very close to the metropolitan area of South Korea which occupies more than 50 percent of the total trade volume in terms of tonnage is providing a good prospect of development for the Port of Pyeongtaek. This study examines the perception of shippers in Kyonggi-do on the development of Pyeongtaek Port, giving some suggestions to the Pyeongtaek Port Authority. It begins with a description of the port such as current economic status, statistics on the economy, trade and investment regarding the Port of Pyeongtaek. According to a particular questionnaire survey conducted in December 2001, the major obstacles to the utilization of the port are as follows: a shortage of liner shipping routes, lack of container handling facilities including container terminal, crane etc., and port sales promotion activity. Therefore the port should make aggressive efforts to attract container cargoes to and from China by expanding port facilities, implementing effective marketing strategies, introducing a customs-free zone/free trade zone, and strengthening port sales etc.

Recently leading edge companies use the Supply Chain Management as a competitive weapon to secure and maintain customer loyalty. As a consequency they are concentrating resources on the company’s core business and employing strategic alliances with third-party providers to ensure the company provides its customers’desired logistics service levels at acceptable costs. Under this circumstances this paper surveys the third party logistics as a leading edge logistics industry coping with the progress of the supply chain management. The status and the type of the TPL including the Forwarder are analyzed in the view point of global logistics. Also the development strategy of third party logistics in the future is suggested.
