Localized resistance against a virulent race of Erysiphe graminis f. sp. hordei by prior inoculation of a virulent or an avirulent race of the same fungus was induced on the near-isogenic barley leaves. Induced resistance could be detected within one hour following challenge inoculation with a virulent or an avirulent inducer race, hut the resistance increased greatly as the interval between the two inoculations was increased, showing the highest level by 6-9 hours of exposure to the inducer race. The level of the induced resistance was proportional to the amount of inducer inoculum applied. The resistances elicited by virulent or avirulent inducer races were similar with respect to the level of resistance and the time needed for its induction.

Purpose: We evaluated the effectiveness of temporary using the extendible external fixator (EF) for lengthening of soft tissue that contracture caused by tumor prosthesis removal in the treatment of complications after limb salvage surgery like deep infection and loosening. Materials and Methods: Five patients six cases were included who underwent extendible EF (Dyna-extor(r)). EF was applied after insertion of half pin to the proximal and distal bone of defect area. EF lengthening started at third day of post-operation, above 2-3 mm per day in the range of no neurological sign. Results: The treatment area was three in femur and two in tibia. Mean age when the time of EF apply was 22.2 years old (range 15-29), but its primary limb salvage operation had done in 13.4 years old (range 9-19), therefore mean times of interval between initial tumor prosthesis reconstruction and temporary EF apply was 8.8 years (range 3-14). One patient had EF for 150 days with 7.2 cm lengthening. Others 5 cases of 4 patients had EF for mean 37 days (range 25-50) and mean soft tissue lengthening was 5.8 cm. Three patients underwent re-insertion of tumor prosthesis and two patients underwent knee fusion as final operation and showed no evidence of infection through mean 22 months follow up period. Conclusion: Temporary using of extendible EF is an effective method for correction of leg shortening which occurred by soft tissue contracture in the complications of limb salvage operation or their treatment process, and it could be provide easily application of tumor prosthesis and knee fusion as final operation.

Recently the telemedicine platform firms which have been temporarily permitted since COVID-19 outbreak have increasingly provided online prescription drugs delivery, causing concerns among incumbent providers of medicine, some of whom began to take aggressive actions again them. In this study, using game theoretic market entry - deterrence model, we show that although the incumbent medicine provider can effectively deter entry by the telemedicine platform firms by its preemptive action, accommodation could be a optimal action when telemedicine platform firms already have penetrated the market with their being permitted to do business due to the COVID-19. However, for the incumbent to cooperate for the successful change in the retail market for medicines, policies like placing a ceiling on the maximum number of taking prescriptions by the pharmacists a day in the telemedince platform network, providing favorable exposure of community pharmacists on the telemedicine platform user interface, and allowing community pharmacies to participate as shareholders of the telemedicine platform firms in its initial public opening of capital, are suggested.

IMF사태 이후 고실업이 더욱 구조화되고 있는 우리 나라의 경제현실 속에서 창의적 지식과 기술이 생명인 벤처기업의 집중적 육성이야말로 성장한계에 부닥친 우리 경제의 돌파구가 될 수 있다는 “새싹론”에 따라 96년부터 “21세기 중소기업발전 전략”과 “벤처기업활성화종합대책” 등 벤처기업에 대한 정부의 육성책이 집중적으로 거론되었으며, 또한 97년 3월 31일 개최된 경제장관회의에서도 벤처기업 육성을 통한 경제회생이라는 경제활성화정책의 중요성이 재차 확인되었다. 그리고 이를 제도적으로 뒷받침하기 위한 움직임이 구체적으로 나타난 것이 한시법적 성격을 가지는 $\boxDr$벤처기업육성에관한특별조치법(이하 “특별조치법”이라 한다)$\boxUl$의 제정작업이었다. 이 연구에서는 \circled1 소품종대량생산방식에서 다품종소량생산방식으로의 현대산업사회의 구조적 변화에 따른 벤처기업 등장의 필연성, \circled2 미래사회의 주요 기업환경, \circled3 벤처기업의 육성을 위한 정책적 과제, \circled4 벤처기업의 창업육성을 제도적 측면에서 획기적으로 뒷바침하기 위하여 1997년 제정된 “벤처기업육성에관한특별조치법” 주요내용을 분석하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 결론으로 세가지 측면에서 보완책을 제시하였다.

국가 발주 공사는 3월 1일, 지방자치단체 발주 공사는 3월 9일 예정가격을 작성하는 사업부터 표준시장단가 제도가 적용된다. 대한설비건설협회(회장 이상일)를 비롯한 건설관련 유관단체에서는 실적공사비의 불합리한 공사비 산정 기준 및 운영관행에 대해 폐지 건의를 지속적으로 해왔다. 정부는 이같은 건의를 받아들여 지난해 12월 17일 실적공사비 제도개선을 위한 공청회를 개최하고 개선안을 발표했으며, 이번 계약예규 개정을 통해 개선됐다. 이에 따라 실적공사비 제도를 대체하는 새로운 공공공사비 산정 방식인 표준시장단가 제도가 지난 3월 1일부터 시행에 들어감에 따라 기획재정부는 국가계약예규를, 행정자치부는 지방계약예규를 개정해 각각 지난 3월 1일과 3월 5일 공포하고 시행에 들어갔다. 각 개정 계약예규는 실적공사비의 명칭이 표준시장단가로 변경됨에 따라 용어를 수정했고, 실적공사비 제도 적용배제 범위를 신설했다. 또한 적용배제 공사범위는 300억원 미만 공사 중 100억원 미만 공사는 실적공사비(표준시장단가) 적용을 폐지하고, 100억원 이상부터 300억원 미만 공사는 2016년 12월 31일까지 한시적으로 적용하지 않는다. 정부는 100억원~300억원 공사에 대한 '실적공사비 적용 배제제도' 연장 여부를 2016년 하반기에 실적공사비 현실화 수준 등을 평가하여 재검토할 예정이다. 한편, 표준시장단가 제도는 공사비를 산정할 때 현행 계약단가 외에도 시공단가와 입찰단가 등 다양한 시장 거래가격을 반영하는 제도로, 지난 1월 22일 국가정책조정회의를 거쳐 확정된 '공공건설 공사비 적정성 제고방안' 후속조치의 일환으로 공공공사비 예정가격 산출방식의 하나인 실적공사비제도를 개선한 것이다.

It is quite impossible for a service firm to deliver service without failure. The main reason is that service is intangible, perishable and heterogeneous in nature. Every service firm tries its best to recover service failure with understanding that service failure affects customers' evaluation and attitude for the firm. The research finds that customers' satisfaction after recovery affects customers' intentions both service encounter satisfaction and overall firm satisfaction strongly affects positive word-of-month and purchase intentions. The results have implications to researchers and service marketing managers. For researchers, the result will be helpful for them to further develop service failure and recovery framework. For service marketing managers, the result will suggest specific guidelines for establishing service recovery strategies.

Recently, various video resolution formats have emerged, and digital devices have built in dedicated scaler chips to support them by enlarging or reducing the resolution of input videos. Therefore, the performance and hardware size of scaler chips are important. In this paper, the combinatorial interpolation scaler algorithm proposed by Han is used to design the hardware using the line memory structure with dual-clock proposed by Han and Jung. The proposed hardware is capable of real-time processing in QHD environments, designed using Verilog, and validated using Xilinx's Vivado 2023.1. We also verify the performance of Han's proposed algorithm with a quantitative numerical evaluation of the proposed hardware.

This article aims to explore the performance evaluation framework for assessing the contribution of national research and development(R&D) program to productivity growth. The key idea starts with the development of methodology for evaluating the returns to R&D. The method of this study is based on the comparison of productivity growth between different periods, not cross-sectional approach with one period. In this context, backward effect and forward effect are operationally defined as a measurement for contributions of R&D in this paper. The analysis results gives that the backward effect of R&D is greater than the forward effect, while the difference was especially evident with the case of sales variable, not operating profit variable.

This Purpose of this study is to develop a system for stable production without troubling side effects, scalp and skin, and sensitivity to temperature and humidity, but the ozone-cream at a constant effective value and the durability of peroxide safe discharge tube. Furthermore, olive oil and ozone is reacted with the wish to apply to the manufacturing technology. If peroxide value of ozonized olive oil exceeded 1200 meg/kg, there may be microbial disinfection. However, to be produced with a minimum of risk because they look to the scalp and skin sensitization is the purpose of the present study. And also the durability of the discharge tube was tested during the production unit for stable production. And the experimental results, Peroxide value of the ozonized olive oil was measured to less than 1300 meg/kg, also it showed a stable result of the discharge tube.
