중학교 수학 학습부진아의 기피 현상

  • 학습부진아에 대한 정의는 여러 가지가 있지만, 일반적으로는 선수 학습 요소의 결손이나 환경요인 및 그 영향을 받은 개인의 성격이나 태도, 학습 습관 등의 요인으로 인해 수락할 수 있는 최저 학업성취 수준에 도달하지 못한 학습자를 지칭하는 용어로 쓰이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학습부진아의 수학 기피성향 심리 검사지를 이용하여, 중학교 수학 학습부진아의 경우11개의 기피요인 중 어느 요인에서 두드러진 기피 현상을 나타내는지 그 특징에 대하여 알아보았다.

  • The development case presented is about the development of smart education contents for development of creativity, and suggests the development contents and approach to design of software of teaching materials based on G-Learning which allow learner to interact depending on their dispositions. Above all, focusing on design approach in order to maximize interaction which is the characteristic of game, the education contents that enable learner to be immersed by education level as per learner's disposition have been developed, and it allows to compose the level of difficulty based contents according to level design plan. Also, it is the case that the contents allow for effective education by setting visual environment which enables learner to be immersed depending on learner's disposition with the realization of object which appears in respect of vision and visual Customizing of character.

  • In this paper, we study the effects on mathematical communication and disposition for the writing mathematics letters in secondary mathematics education. For this purpose we construct a experimental class and then analyse the students' change in those aspects after applying writing mathematics letters made some significant changes on the students communication in mathematics and disposition. First. the results for this purpose on regarding the enhancement of mathematical communication are effective. Second, the results on regarding the improvement of disposition are effective.

  • The purpose of this research is to develop an effective teaching-learning model and suggest efficient methods for improving the learning abilities in mathematics of the students of engineering college. For this purpose, we examined their learning styles and learning attitudes toward Mathematics, which are important factors in teaching-learning process, and analyzed the relation between them. As a result, we found that participants had a disposition of being dependent and highly participating, so we made an effort to develop a teaching-learning model which can make the students active and highly involved in. After applying the developed teaching-learning model to Engineering Mathematics class for one semester, we conducted survey of the participants' responses. In conclusion, we found that this model is very helpful for Engineering students to utilize a self-directed learning by diagnosing and adjusting their learning process in Meta-cognitive way. Also, it is confirmed that this model has a considerable influence in which students can actively participate in class and have positive attitude to Mathematics learning.

Relationships between Learning Modes and Knowledge Structures of Primary School Children: Reflected on the Concept Maps of the 'Structure and Function of Plant' Unit ('식물의 구조와 기능'에 대한 초등학교 아동들의 지식구조와 학습성향과의 관계)

  • This study examined the knowledge structure constructed by children before formal instruction, and successive changes in the structural complexity of knowledge during and after the learning of 'Structure and Function of Plant' unit. It also investigated how those changes were affected by children's learning modes. The researchers made the 5th graders draw the first draft of their concept map to see the pre-existing knowledge structure concerned with the unit and four more concept maps after completing every fourth lesson. And to see how long their knowledge structures were preserved, the researchers made children draw additional concept maps in 3 days, 3 months, and 7 months after completing the unit. Children drew their current concept maps on the basis of the previous one while learning the unit and without the previous one after completing the unit. Each concept map drawn by children showed the degree of their current understanding on the structures and functions of plants. The results revealed that only two levels of hierarchy and five relationships among the components of the first concept map(relationship, hierarchy, cross link and example) were proven to be valid in terms of conceptual relevance. Growth in the structural complexity of knowledge took place progressively throughout the unit and the effects of learning mode on the growth were favorably reflected in concept map scores of meaningful learners over time(relationship, cross link, example: p<.01, hierarchy: p<.05). Although there were some differences on the concept map scores between two types of learners, they commonly showed that knowledge restructuring had occurred apparently in the early periods from the 1st to the 6th lesson and had not occurred at all in the last period of the unit. The frequency of tuning was higher in rote learners than in meaningful learners throughout the unit, but the frequency of accretion was reverse. Concept map scores of rote learners constructed in the course of learning of the unit decreased little by little gradually in all the categories after completing the unit. However, the average total map score of meaningful learners increased a little more in 7 months than in 3 months after completing the unit. Therefore it can be inferred that meaningful learners construct more stable and well-differentiated knowledge structures than the rote learners.

수학 교구를 활용한 클럽 활동이 학생들의 수학적 성향 및 도형 학습능력에 미치는 영향

  • 대부분의 수학 수업이 알고리즘을 숙달시키고, 기계적으로 익힌 절차에 의해 정답을 맞추는 것에 중점을 두어 왔기 때문에, 학생들은 수학은 딱딱하고 어렵고 재미없는 과목이라는 인식을 많이 하고 있다. 그러나, 수학 수업에서 수학 교구의 조작 활동을 한다면 수학적인 흥미를 유발할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 추상과 형식적인 수학으로의 발달을 돕고 학생들이 활동적으로 수업에 참여할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 맥락에서 제 7차 교육과정의 '도형'영역에서는 조작 활동을 통한 자기 학습능력 개발에 중점을 두고 주위의 실제 생활에서 볼 수 있는 사물을 관찰하여 그 성질을 추상해 낼 수 있도록 구체적인 교구를 이용하는 조작 활동을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 관점에서 정규 수학 수업이 아닌 일선학교의 클럽 활동 시간을 이용하여 학생들이 수학 교구를 충분히 조작하고 활용할 시간을 제공하며, 학생들이 수학 교구의 조작 활동을 통한 클럽활동이 학생들의 수학적 성향 및 능력 수준에 따른 도형 학습능력에 어떠한 변화를 미치는 지를 사례를 중심으로 논의하고자 한다.

Design of Online Assessment Item Management System (온라인 평가 문항 관리 시스템의 설계)

  • This paper presents the online assessment questions management system and method. The proposed system consists of a database to store learner information and zone-specific items grouped by difficulty and item bank. This database includes: an item selection department and authoring assessment to select questions about a particular learner or specific learning item. In this paper, we propose: an item bank database which stores online output assessments; and an online test department to collect and sort learner evaluation data and answer selection order for online tests, click statistics, response time, and analysis unit response patterns department by analyzing the data collected by the online learners' test assessment, learners' level and ability, the diagnosis and assessment of report propensity. The proposed system will diagnose and effectively evaluate the learner's learning levels and learning ability by: answer selection order, number of clicks, and response time reflected in the results of the learners' evaluations.

  • Purpose :This study intends to test the effects of Problem-based learning on critical thinking disposition, academic self-efficacy and self-leadership for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A one group pre-post design was applied to four diagnostic test and nursing for 4 times(eight hours) of 26 nursing students. Data were collected between August 29 and December 10, 2019. Data were analyzed by frequencies, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, paried t-test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test using SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results: Problem-based learning was significantly increasing critical thinking disposition(t=-2.16, p=.041) and Academic self-efficacy(z=-2.36, p=.018), but self-efficacy(t=-.16, p=.875) was no significantly. Conclusion: Based on this study, it is suggested that nursing students should develop their core competency by applying problem-based learning to various subject

삼각형을 활용한 창의성 신장을 위한 학습 자료 개발

  • 삼각형은 초 ${\cdot}$ 중등학교 수학교육에서 가장 기본적인 평면도형들 중의 하나지만, 삼각형을 활용한 다양한 유형과 수준의 교수-학습 자료들은 많이 개발되어 있지 않다. 특히, 정형적인 교수-학습 활동을 포함하여 학습자들의 창의적 성향을 개발 ${\cdot}$ 육성하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 자료들은 그리 흔치않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 삼각형을 창의성 신장을 도구로 활용하여, 다양한 구체적 조작 활동에서부터 다양한 형식적인 논증의 경험을 제공할 수 있는 창의적 학습 자료를 개발할 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Problem-Based Learning on Student's Creativity Ability in Middle School Science Class. The experimental group had Problem-Based Learning classes for six weeks and control group had traditional inquiry instruction for the same period. The results of this study presents that Problem-Based Learning is significantly effective for the improvement of creative skills test and creative tendencies. And PBL group student's had positive thinking for PBL. It's not easy to generalize these results because of many different variables. but the results suggests that teachers should make an effort to improve student's creativity applying Problem-Based Learning. And it's necessary to develop many kinds of problems and teacher's instruction method to enrich creativity in the process of Problem-Based Learning.
