So far, there were a few web-based distance English learning systems for children. The existing systems for children have not appropriately reflected their learning characteristics and interests, since most of those systems regards mainly adults as targets. This thesis is aimed at proposing more effective educational service modules of web-based real-time system in order to encourage children's interests as much as possible in learning English. The web-based real-time distance learning system is a model based on the survey over the current use and satisfaction status of elementary school students who have actually used those kinds of systems. With the great expectation of more effective way of learning English, it also focuses on attracting parents to participate the learning process by providing a service to look over, in real-time, what their children do through the internet-based English learning system.

최근 놀라운 성장을 거듭하고 있는 지능형 로봇(Intelligent Robot) 기술은 기존의 주요 활용 분야였던 산업현장이나 연구실과 같은 전문가적 영역을 넘어서 지능형 엔터테인먼트(Entertainment)로봇이나 청소기 로봇의 예에서 볼 수 있듯이 인간의 주요 일상 생활 공간인 가정이나 공공기관의 서비스 분야로 점차 그 활용 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 학습 보조 교사 도우미 로봇의 개발은 초등학교 교육 현장이 당면하고있는 각종 현안들을 로봇의 활용을 통해서 해결하고자하는 실용적인 목적에서 출발 했다. 이러한 관점에서 볼때 로봇 디자이너의 역할은 전체 개발 프로세스의 말단부에서 로봇 시스템의 외장(Appearance)을 마무리하는 역할을 넘어서 구체적 로봇시스템의 개발에 선행하여 학습보조 교사 도우미 로봇의 잠재적 활용 주체인 학생, 교사, 학부모의 입장에서 각 주체들의 내재적, 외재적 욕구를 효과적으로 만족 시킬 수있는 활용 시나리오(Application Scenario)를 도출, 개발 프로세스 전반에 걸쳐 각 개발 주체들에게 일관된 비젼(vision)과 이미지(image)를 제시하는것이라고 생각되었다. 본연구에서는 학습보조 교사 도우미 로봇 디자인 과제에 있어서 사용자 관찰(User Observation), 유저 다이어리(User Diary), 포커스그룹 인터뷰(F.G.I)등을 바탕으로 로봇의 역할 모델중심, 서비스 영역 중심, 초등학교 교육이념 구현 중심 등 3가지의 서로 다른 컨셉의 로봇 활용 시나리오(Application Scenario)를 제안하였다. 본 연구 결과는 현재 초기 단계에 있는 로봇 디자인 분야의 현실을 감안할때 전체 로봇 개발 프로세스내에서의 향후 산업 디자인이 수행해야 할 역할을 명확하게 보여준다는 점에서 그 의의가 있으며 관련 분야의 연구 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this paper is to present the effective operation method of cyber home learning system 2.0. Cyber home learning system 2.0 which plays an important role to produce and share data of internet users establishing user-centered internet environment is recently introduced as web 2.0 is beginning to appear. This research is based on the case of the operation on cyber home learning system, research literature of web 2.0 as well as expert consulting and performance test. After doing this research, cyber home learning system 2.0 can bring enormous educational effect when it has online education using web-based discussion tool and long distance consulting linking with off line school education. Redundant system configuration, the distributed processing also may be provided by the service was smooth. Moreover, it demands monitoring team consisting of student, parents and teacher in order to provide developmental service.

Cooperation between school libraries and public libraries is one of strategies to use the libraries'resources effectively and foster an educational role of librarians by providing good services to children and young adults. According to analysis results of the questionnaire on their cooperation, they sympathize necessary of cooperation between school libraries and public libraries and consider programs and materials as the most necessary part of mutual cooperation. They recognize that lack of awareness and attention obstructs their coordination in common. The teacher librarians promote the programs and services for children and young people of the public libraries, the public librarians also introduce their programs to the school libraries and discuss purchasing and providing educational materials with the teacher librarians. Finally, they assist that assignment of professional workforce and network operation are necessary to improve inter library collaboration.

This study attempted to investigate users' information needs in an educational research library, which delivers web-based digital reference services to library users, by analyzing reference questions asked by remote users. A total of 242 questions from two electronic bulletin boards was examined in terms of 6 types of questions asked and 23 subareas of education. The study found that 56.1% of reference questions on the library bulletin board were pure reference questions in curriculum, textbooks and teaching & instruction. Suggestions for effective use of digital reference services were made: easy access to menu services, use of web forms, development of digital reference systems providing search functions and response functions.

본 연구는 중학교 급식의 품질 개선을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 학교급식을 시행하고 있는 부산지역 중학교 중에서 8개 학교를 대상으로 학교급식 서비스 품질의 급식 성과와 잔식에 대해 조사하였으며 이에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 중학교 급식서비스의 품질 특성의 급식성과에 대한 결과, 전체 평균은 2.93점이고 공지된 식단의 정확한 배식>음식의 영양>음식의 맛>식단의 다양한 순으로 급식성과가 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 건의사항의 반영, 불만처리의 신속함, 반납장소의 청결 항목은 급식성과가 2.50점 이하로 전체 평균에 훨씬 못 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여학생들이 남학생들에 비해, 급식경험 기간이 낮은 학생들이 급식경험 기간이 높은 학생들에 비해 급식서비스 품질특성 다섯 영역 모두에서 유의적으로(< 0.01) 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 그리고 매일 아침식사를 하는 학생들이 결식을 하는 학생들에 비해 식단의 다양함, 배식시간의 정확성, 공지된 식단의 정확한 배식에서 유의적(p <0.01)으로 높은 점수가 나타났다. 2. 학생들의 급식되는 음식에 대한 섭취정도에 대한결과에서, 여학생들이 남학생들에 비해 김치(>0.01)와 국 및 찌개(<0.05)에서 유의적으로 낮은 섭취율을 보였다. 또한 매일 아침식사를 하는 학생들이 아침식사횟수가 적은 학생들 보다 모든 식단에서 유의적으로 섭취율이 높게 나타났다. 3. 급식된 음식을 남기는 이유에 대한 결과에서, 밥의 경우에는 양이 너무 많아서, 국 및 찌개와 반찬의 경우에는 음식 맛이 없어서, 김치의 경우에는 자주 배식되어서가 주된 이유로 나타났다. 4. 학생들이 개선되기를 바라는 항목은 위생적인 음식> 식기류의 청결> 반찬 맛 순으로 높은 개선 요구도를 나타내었다 아침식사 횟수가 주 2회 이하인 학생들이 다른 학생들에 비해 #반찬수의 증가(<0.01)#,#음식양의 증가(<0.05)#,#급식종사자의 친절함(<0.05)#과 #공지된 식단의 정확한 배식(<0.05)#에 대해 유의적으로 높은 급식개선 요구도를 나타냈다. 5. 급식경험 기간과 급식성과 점수간의 상관관계에서, 급식성과는 급식경험 기간과 음(-)의 상관관계를, 아침식사횟수와는 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였으며, 서비스 품질의 특성 영역은 각 영역들에 대한 급식성과 점수가 높을수록 다른 영역의 급식성과 점수가 높은 유의적인(p <0.01) 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 이상의 결과를 살펴볼 때, 균형된 영양공급이 다른 어느 시기보다 더 중요한 우리의 청소년들의 학교급식에 대한 만족도를 높이기 위해서 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다. 먼저, 학교급식에 대한 식단 작성 시 학생들이 학교에서 제공되기 원하는 식단에 대한 의견을 받고 그 의견에 대한 결과를 게시하여 학생들이 제공되기 원하는 식단을 급식 시 제공하여 학생들이 식단선택에 동참할 수 있는 기회를 주는 것이 바람직하겠다. 또한 영양사는 학급의 반대표와의 정기적인 모임을 가짐으로서 학생들의 불만사항 및 개선 요구사항에대해 서로 의견을 교환하여 설문지조사가 아닌 직접적인 대화를 하여 문제점을 파악하고자 하는 적극적인 자세가 필요하겠다. 특히 아침식사의 결식 빈도가 높았고 이는 급식성과에 부정적인 영향을 줄 뿐 아니라 학교에서 제공하는 음식의 섭취정도에도 영향을 주고 있으므로 학생들에게 학부모와 전담교사 및 학교영양사는 학생들에게 이상적인 아침식사에 대한 교육은 물론이고 아침식사를 실천할 수 있도록 다양한 방안에 대해 함께 연구해야 하겠다. 정부차원에서 학교급식에 아침식사 프로그램을 도입할 수 있는 방안을 연구하고, 아침을 결식하는 학생이 학교에서 수업시작 하기 전에 간단한 식사를 할 수 있는 정책 도입이 필요하다

Recently, due to COVID-19, non-face-to-face online lectures are being held all over the world. In higher education in the post-corona era, distance learning has become the main teaching and learning method. At this time, Metaverse is being proposed as a new alternative. Metaverse has basic elements such as avatars, 3D space, and activities accompanied by interaction, which can be seen as a difference compared to existing VR (Virtual Reality) contents. This study designed and built an educational metaverse platform that can be applied to actual lectures by reflecting the three elements of the metaverse.In addition, we implemented a cross-device-platform that supports various devices such as HMDs, smartphones, tablets, and PCs by reflecting user requirements through usability tests such as middle school, high school, college students, and parents, so that anyone can easily participate in Metaverse lectures. Currently, the metaverse platform is being developed and serviced in various ways, but there are hardly any services designed for education. Just as services such as Zoom, the existing video conferencing solution, were used for non-face-to-face education, some functions of the currently serviced metaverse are utilized for education and used in the form of a one-time event. The educational metaverse platform developed through this study is expected to be a reference in constructing the metaverse for education in the future.

This study examined the effects educational service elements have on the satisfaction of educational service; it also analyzed how such satisfaction influenced educational institutions' registration renewal and word-of-mouth communications about the schools. The key factors of educational services included the following four components: physical environment, education programs, instructors, and tuition fee. An investigation into how the factors of educational services in private educational institutions may affect consumer satisfaction was an additional goal of this study. Based on the cause-and-effect analysis of the above constructs, the degree of influence that each of the attributes and the component factors have on consumers' educational service selection, as well as the consumers' satisfaction, were explored. An empirical analysis was conducted on students who were taking classes in cram schools; the analysis was also conducted on the students' parents. The results indicated that the hypotheses regarding the elements of educational service, educational program, and the instructor factor were supported. Furthermore, a hypothesis concerning the effects educational service satisfaction has on re-registration and word of mouth was supported, as well. Upon aggregating the above study results, it was concluded that when determining the effects of satisfaction on educational service, the educational program, and the instructor factor played a crucial role, while physical surroundings and tuition did not. When addressing the influence of the educational services factors on educational services satisfaction, education programs and instructors had a positive effect, whereas physical environment and tuition fee had no statistically significant impact. According to the influence of educational services satisfaction on registration renewal and word-of-mouth effects, educational services satisfaction was found to be a positive influential factor for both. In addition, it was found that satisfaction of educational service had a positive effect on renewing enrollment and forming word-of-mouth recommendations. Although the research seems simple, some theoretical implications can be drawn, as follows: First, one interpretation of the findings that the programs' and instructors' factors had a positive effect on educational services satisfaction but the physical environment and tuition fee factors did not have a significant effect suggests that the greatest influence factors in educational services are educational programs and instructors. Second, increased educational services satisfaction may result in consumer behavior changing, resulting in more registration renewals and more favorable word-of-mouth comments. Third, increased educational services satisfaction may result in enhancing consumer responses, resulting in more registration renewals and more favorable word-of-mouth opinions. Further research directions should include developing an integrated model that will allow for variation over time, before and after purchases, in relation to consumers' choices of educational services.

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships between teachers' sense of self-efficacy and their job satisfaction to improve the quality of child care centers. It is crucial for teachers to have self-efficacy to reveal their potential for change and have opportunities to work better. In addition to teachers' self-efficacy, teachers' job satisfaction should be added to offer better child care service for parents as well as children. In this study, teachers' personalities and self-efficacy were compared between public and private child care centers to have further discussion making a progress of their job satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : (a)The location of child care centers have meaningful effects on teachers' job satisfaction both in public and private child care centers equally. (b)Teachers in public child care centers have stronger influences on self-efficacy in home-related education and positive learning environment than teachers in private child care centers. (c)Teachers' participation in decision making is a significant factor that has affects on teachers' job satisfaction both in public and private child care centers.

This study analyzed nineteen best-practices (161 sub-programs) regarding school library media program. The authors conducted content analysis based on The Library Media Specialist's Taxonomy and the CIPP Model. In the analysis of taxonomy showing the degree of involvement of librarian teachers, Level Seven indicating a concerted effort to promote school library program was the most important (37.6%). Among the ten levels of taxonomy, the highest level (levels 6 to 10, high involvement of librarians) accounted for 65.9%. According to the analysis of the CIPP Model, (Context) most of the excellent programs were aimed at reading education (41.5%) and library use education (11.3%), and more than half (53.8%) cases were initiated by learners' needs. (Input) excellence programs employed various teaching materials and were operated at fixed time. (Process) the programs were run in a variety of ways, mainly with reading instruction (30.4%) and cultural activities (17.3%). (Product) As a fruit of programs, students and parents' satisfaction, students' achievement, self-confidence, and self-improvement were reported.
