The purpose of this study to understand collaborative process and the capabilities of the firm impact on innovation performance in convergence environment. To achieve the purpose, research model was empirically tested with a survey from 162 employees from 4 Korea manufacturing companies and 1 USA company. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). As a result, collaboration process, learning capability and operation capability have significant and positive impact on innovation performance. It is a meaningful result that the collaboration process improve the innovation performance of firms through the operation capability and the learning capability.

지역경제의 성장과 혁신은 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 중추적인 요인이다. 본 연구는 ICT산업인프라가 집적된 대구 및 경북지역의 ICT산업의 현황을 살펴보고, 혁신가치사슬 개념을 적용하여 지역혁신역량을 평가하기 위한 분석도구를 제시하였다. 지역혁신가치사슬은 지역경제 활성화와 국가경쟁력 향상에 영향을 미치는 지역혁신역량을 평가하는 도구로, 지역혁신체제의 인적, 물적, 제도적 인프라와 자원을 포함하는 개념이다. 지역단위의 혁신역량 분석은 지역 내의 혁신자원의 수준을 파악하고 혁신프로세스를 평가하는 데 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 지역혁신역량에 관한 연구들이 혁신의 투입과 산출단계에 중점을 두고 있어, 본고에서는 전환단계를 포함한 혁신프로세스에 대한 통합적인 분석을 하였다. 이러한 지역 혁신가치사슬은 다른 지역 및 국가 단위 혁신체제에도 일반화하여 적용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

These days, Supply chain integration is considered an important process of companies. It is an particular issue in traditional environment changes in the supply chain competition. The results of this study showed that Organization capability, strategic capability in innovation capabilities had a positive impact on information integration and strategic integration in supply chain external integration which influenced management performance in a positive direction.

This study is due to global competition, the wall between regions is disappearing, customer needs are diversified, and market and technology are rapidly changing. Future growth engines, the importance of convergence capabilities for industrial competitiveness is being emphasized more. Therefore, companies should seek innovative means to increase the efficiency of the company by establishing optimized global management environment and establishing direction and strategy for utilization of convergence technology by improving industrial competitiveness. Firms must adopt and utilize related new technologies by strengthening their convergence capabilities through dynamic capabilities that are internal resource bases for new product development and process innovation. Globalize markets and technologies can expect higher innovation performance when aligning strategic direction with formalized technology competencies held by the firm and incorporating the convergence capabilities needed for technological innovation into processes. The study focuses on the effects of market and technology orientation on technological innovation performance, whether dynamic and convergence capabilities affect technological innovation performance, and dynamic and convergence capabilities to mediate between market and technology orientation. For the study, we surveyed 51.4% of global and multinational corporations that are internationally active or headquartered overseas. Based on the previous studies, hypotheses were established and the collected data were analyzed through utilization path analysis and Sobel test.

본 연구는 ICT 기술 중심의 연구개발조직에서 기술혁신의 인프라로서 전략기술로드맵(STRM)의 추진에 있어 주요한 성공요인을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 전략기술로드맵의 개념과 특성을 밝히고 실제 기술개발조직에서 추진되어지는 프로세스와 실제 추진 성공요인을 조직역량이론을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이러한 이론적 연구를 통하여 전략기술로드맵 추진성공에 영향을 미치는 주요 명제들을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 기술혁신을 추구하는 연구개발조직에서는 전략기술로드맵 성공을 위한 상위경영층의 지원, 핵심기술도출 및 로드맵 추진의 적절성 및 기술정보활용을 위한 조직내 역량을 강화시켜야 함을 고찰할 수 있었다. 전략기술로드맵(STRM) 추진시 성공을 위한 제반 조직적 요인을 고찰한 본 연구는 향후 기술역량의 지속적 탐색과 활용 및 기술혁신의 인프라로서 기술로드맵을 추진하려는 연구개발 조직에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

기업들 간의 경쟁이 치열해짐에 따라 기업들은 최종 제품뿐만 아니라 최종 제품을 생산하는 프로세스에 대한 효율에 관심을 갖기 시작하였다. 또한 기업들은 자사의 핵심 역량을 중심으로 기업 구조를 재편하고, 핵심 역량 이외의 부분은 아웃소싱을 맡기고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 기업은 다양한 파트너들과 비즈니스 프로세스를 공유하고, 결합 관계에 따라 유연하게 구성할 수 있어야 한다. 기업의 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 중요성을 일찍 깨닫고 많은 기업들이 프로세스 혁신 작업을 수행하였다. 몇몇 기업은 주목할만한 큰 성공을 거두었음에도 불구하고 기대했던 성과를 거두지 못한 체 많은 비용만 소모한 기업도 존재한다. 이와 같은 일들은 비즈니스 프로세스 디자인을 위한 방법에 대한 개선이 필요함을 시사한다. 하지만 대부분의 방법은 프로세스 디자인을 시각화하고, 평가하는데 중점을 둔 분석 도구의 기능에 편중되어 있으며, 여전히 프로세스의 실제 디자인을 지원하는 형식적인 모델링에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스의 모델링의 응용 분야로 기업 어플리케이션 통합으로 각광받고 있는 웹 서비스를 선택, 웹 서비스로 이루어진 프로세스의 최적화된 디자인을 지원하는 수리 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

This study empirically verified the effect of environmental dynamism on changes in the dynamic and operational capabilities of an enterprise and its innovation performance. With the aim of quantification, the concept and definition of each capability were defined as a hierarchical structure of dynamic and operational capabilities. Five research hypotheses were established through prior research on dynamic capabilities, operational capabilities, innovation performance, and environmental dynamism. For empirical analysis, the hypotheses were verified based on surveys from 300 Korean manufacturing companies. It was shown that Dynamic capabilities had a positive relationship with operational capabilities and operational capabilities had a positive relationship with innovation performance. And it was shown that operational capabilities had a positive relationship with radical innovation in business groups with high environmental dynamism while operating capabilities had a positive relationship with gradual innovation in business groups with low environmental dynamism. Also, the moderating effect of environmental dynamism was not significant in the relationship with dynamic capabilities on operational capabilities. This study is meaningful in that it lays the groundwork for empirically verifying the dynamic capabilities of an enterprise by embodying its dynamic capabilities and operational capabilities into processes, and verifies the effect of environmental change on its capabilities and innovation performance. And it has implications to suggest how an enterprise should transform its capabilities to sustain its competitive advantage in a rapidly changing environment.

This study is intended to look into the structural relationship between SCM activity, process innovation and quality performance in small and medium sized enterprisers(SMEs). To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 354 SCM operating officers and managers who perform the SCM activities in small and medium sized manufacturing firms. The results are summarized as follows. Overall, the SCM activity and process innovation had a significant effect on the quality performance, having a structural relationship with the quality performance in SEMs. This implies that the strategic alliance of the SCM activities and competence concentration based on technology development in SEMs can organize the unity through organizational members' information sharing. In other words, when the information integration supports the compatibility and reliability of shared information system by raising technological competence through this, the process innovation can lead to non-financial cost reduction, product quality, delivery compliance and inventory cost reduction as quality performance of the structured process, management and distribution.

In this research, we analyzed the research and development process of small and medium enterprises, and diagnosed the problem of the research and development process of domestic small and medium enterprises, and evaluated the influence of innovative ability on the speed of research and development and corporate performance. In evaluating these effects, it is possible to grasp the direction of power generation according to the type of analysis, taking into account the meltdown factor of factors related to innovative capabilities. Based on the influence on the company, each factor is a research that analyzed the influence on R & D and financial indicators through maintaining company's development level, Research that has practical value that can base on the development of R & D capacity on corporate strategy formulation.

We have analyzed technology transfer and commercialization process and factors affecting the outcomes of technology commercialization of public research institutes in Korea. A technology commercialization process model was presented as an input, intermediate outcomes/capabilities, output (outcome) structure using the structural equation model. Input variables include R&D input, technology commercialization strategy/support, collaboration, social capital. The model also includes R&D capabilities and technology commercialization performance as intermediate variable and output variable respectively. The technology commercialization performance was measured as the number of technology transfer and spin-off. We conducted survey and 88 institutes responded. Empirical results show that R&D input influence R&D capabilities and R&D capabilities influence the output of technology transfer and commercialization. Collaboration activities and social capital also appear to have a positive effect on the output. However, the effect of strategy and support on the output appear to be not statistically significant.
