Development of Economic Analysis Indicators and Case Scenario Analysis for Decision-making support for Off-Site Construction Utilization of Apartment Houses (OSC 활용 의사결정 지원을 위한 경제성 분석 지표 개발 및 사례 시나리오 분석 - 공동주택 PC공법을 중심으로 -)

  • Recently, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport presented the '6th Construction Technology Promotion Basic Plan' and 'Smart Construction Revitalization Plan (2022.7.20)'. Off-Site Construction (OSC), which involves construction and production of PC (Precast Concrete) and Modular, etc., has advantages in shortening the construction period, reducing costs, improving quality, reducing construction waste, and reducing safety accidents. However, the construction cost is high compared to the traditional RC construction method, which has hindered its utilization and spread. In this study, OSC utilization was improved. An economic analysis indicator and methodology that can support decision-making in the planning and design stages for multi-unit housing were proposed. The factors used in the economic analysis of OSC (based on the PC method) of apartment houses were reviewed. As for the indicators used in the cost and benefit section, 'Construction Period', 'Disaster Occurrence', 'Waste Generation', and 'Greenhouse gas Emission', which reflect the technical advantages of OSC, were derived. In addition, a scenario analysis was conducted based on actual apartment housing case data for the presented economic analysis indicators and benefit calculation standards. The level of benefit that offsets the difference between the existing RC construction method and the construction cost was reviewed. In future studies, it will be necessary to conduct additional case studies to apply the measurement criteria for detailed indicators and supplement the benefit indicators.

A Study on the Priority Analysis of Information Systems Audit Evaluation Factors between Stakeholders (정보시스템 감리 서비스 평가항목에 대한 이해당사자간 우선순위 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Traditionally, information systems audit has been carried out by the auditors. So the main focuses of audit are managerial point of view, such as finding errors or missing functions. The final purpose of audit, however, is to help the organization to make better decision through better information services. So we felt that managerial point of audit should be extended to include the factors that increase the competitiveness of organization. To accomplish this goal, new factors that reflect the ideas of three groups, users, developers in addition to auditors. First, by adopting the ideas from service quality evaluation area, we develop six items and 24 indexes for information systems audit. Second, we separate the audit related parties into three groups, users, developers and auditors. The main reason is that major concerns of three groups to the system will be different considerably. Third, we quantified the weights of each group to each 6 items and 24 indexes using Analytic Hierarchy Process. Fourth, the resulting weights of each item are found to be different by the group, and possible reasons are analyzed.

  • The recent convergence in ICT industry has created new businesses as well as other opportunities. However, it entails new convergence threat accompanied by security risks. Even though there are security professionals who are dealing with the situation, there is not enough human resource in risk management. Moreover, the amount of research that studies quality of education and training security personnel is not sufficient. This paper explores the curriculum of information security education in the private sector and reasons out fifteen standard curriculums in four professional fields categorized by job classification. In addition, it provides a weighted score table based on the evaluation indicator for the effective security education certificates in the private sector.

  • This study aims to develop the trustworthiness model for public digital records, as an admissibility framework for establishing trust. The trustworthiness model is deemed to used to identify the qualities of the digital records in their lifecycle, including the identity that could be identified at the time of the creation, integrity obtained from the chain-of-custodial management, the evidence of relationship between business activities and records, and the technical or cognitive accessibility. Based on the analysis of the QADEP model, it was decided to develop a model that could measure the trustworthiness of public digital records in the external measurement type, which are authenticity, reliability, and usability. In line with this direction, the model expanded measurement areas and indicators of the QADEP model through the analysis of ISO 16175-1:2020, and measuring metrics was also proposed so that it could be a measuring instrument for public digital records in Korea, after analysing NAK 19-3. It would be useful to expand the model and to test the approach of the trustworthiness model for public digital records.

Quality of Commercial Broiler Breast Meat Retailed in Korea (국내산 시판 닭 가슴살의 품질 특성)

  • Overall quality of six kinds of commercial broiler breast fillets (A~F) retailed in Korea were examined, including proximate composition analysis, shape profile analysis, pH, color, tenderness, cooking loss, descriptive analysis, and consumer testing. A total of 120 breast meat fillets were purchased at a local market. Overall quality of broiler breast meat commercially available in Korea was found to vary significantly, indicating a broad range of product quality in the marketplace. Moisture content of meat ranged from 74.4 to 76.4%, whereas protein, fat, and ash contents were 21.8~25.2, 0.2~0.8, and 1.07~1.16%, respectively. The pH ranged from 6.2 to 6.4, whereas color values ($L^*$, $a^*$, and $b^*$) were 52.2~57.2, -3.5~0.5, and 8.3~13.6, respectively, among all products tested. Approximately 9% variation in cooking loss was detected depending on the products evaluated, whereas shapes (height, width, and length) of meat were also significantly different (15% variation on average). Product F was proven to be the least tender and least liked by consumers, implying that tenderness is a key attribute determining consumer acceptability of broiler breast meat.

Customer-Brand Relationship Quality and Relationship Strength (서비스 브랜드경험이 소비자-브랜드 관계의 질 및 관계강도에 미치는 영향)

  • This research tries to examine the effect of brand experience in service marketing perspective for generalized application. The analysis was held with customers who recently visited in retail stores by using SPSS18K and Smart PLS 2.0. The study verified the structural equation model hypothesizing the relationship among brand experience, relationship quality, and relationship strength. According to the result of this study, four brand experience factors have positive effect on the relationship quality. In detail, the effect of sensory experience was strongest. Furthermore, the effect of relationship quality on relationship strength also significant as prior researches addressed. The research has several marketing implication on brand experience management and customer relationship management. For service firms, customers' perception of positive brand experience can generate the tangible and intangible performance in the relationship marketing perspectives.

The Study on Evaluation Indicators and Validity of Major Courses - Focusing on the Case of the H University (전공교육과정 점검 지표 개발 및 타당화 - H대학교 사례를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop indicators to establishing the education system, focusing the curriculum in each department of H University for quality management of the curriculum. The indicator was developed based on previous studies and cases studies of other universities, and the validation of them was confirmed by the Delphi survey method. The Delphi surveys were conducted by two times, and 16 and 15 people participated for the first and second survey, respectively. We derived the following major results through developing the indicator. First, in order to conduct an education inspection of major courses, , , , , and are required. Second, the checking factors should be evaluated based on the contents in each stage, and can be regarded as a core activity in the curriculum. Accordingly, the checking factors becomes the basis for the establishment of the indicator to establishing the education system, and the indicator can be an expression method that represents the basis data for determining the factors to be evaluated.

  • Rehmanniae Radix Preparata is manufactured with Rehmanniae Radix accoding to KP V. For quality control of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, its standard component is required. The methanol extracts of Rehmanniae Radix crudus, Rehmanniae Radix, Rehmanniae Radix preparata were divided into the three groups of ether, butanol and aqueous fraction by liquid-liquid separation. In the comparative TLC of ether fraction, the characteristic component of Rehmanniae Radix preparata was found. The ether fraction was evaporated and separated on the silica gel column with chloroform-methanol and further separated on the preparative silica gel TLC with chloroform-methanol-water. The component was illucidated as 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furancarboxaldehyde(5-HMF). 5-HMF was not found in Rehmanniae Radix crudus and found in Rehmanniae radix in much less Quantities than Rehmanniae Radix Preparata.

  • 최근에 고령화 사회에 접어들면서 건강하게 활동하며 수명을 다하는 것이 중요한 연구과제가 되고 있다. 이 때문에 영양, 운동, 스트레스, 환경 등과 관련하여 암, 당뇨병, 고혈압, 비만, 동맥경화 등 생활습관병의 극복이 사회문제가 되고 있는 실정이다. 지금까지 고려인삼의 대표적인 동물실험 및 임상학적 연구결과를 종합하여 보면 성인의 난치성 만성질환에 대해서 치료제보다는 질병을 예방하고 회복촉진에 보다 큰 효과 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 이는 인삼이 식품과 의약품의 중간에 위치한 식품의약품(Nutraceutical)의 용도로 활용할 수 있음을 시사한다. 현재까지 인삼제품에 표시되는 기능성의 내용은 약 3,000여편 이상의 약리효능에 관련된 논문이 발표되었다 하더라도 "피로회복, 면역력 증진, 혈소판 응집 억제를 통한 혈액흐름에 도움이 됩니다"이며 이외의 기능성 표시는 현재로서 원칙적으로 불가한 것으로 되어 있다. 그러나 시험물질의 규격화 및 임상시험의 검토기준을 만족시키는 과학적 자료제출에 의한 개별 평가 후 표시내용의 확대가 가능하다. 고려인삼의 다양한 성분 중 ginsenoside는 주요 약효성분으로 인정을 받고 있으며 현재 품질관리의 지표성분으로 활용되고 있다. 이러한 개별 ginsenoside의 약리작용을 보면 서로 유사 또는 상반된 효과를 보여주는 성분들이 공존하고 있어 인삼의 다양한 약리효과와 일맥상통하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 아울러, ginsenoside는 인삼의 부위 별로 현격한 차이를 보여주기 때문에 소재의 규격화는 매우 중요하다고 판단된다. 따라서, 인삼제품 개발의 가장 중요한 조건은 의약품에 가까운 기능성식품으로 세계적인 제품을 만들기 위해서는 표준화가 선행되어야 한다. 이와 같은 조건을 잘 충족시키는 제품이 스위스 "파마톤의 진사나(백삼추출물, G115)" 제품으로 생각할 수 있다. 따라서, 고려인삼의 수출시장 확대 및 세계적인 제품을 위해서는 진사나에 필적할 수 있는 새로운 홍삼의 표준화된 추출물을 도출하는 것이 무엇보다 급선무라 생각한다. 아울러 고려인삼의 특장점 발굴을 위한 표준화 된 추출분획물, 활성성분 및 효능과 연계한 새로운 고부가가치 창출제품(식품/의약품)개발에 주력해야 할 것이다.
