So far, various researches have been conducted on evaluation of e-learning software, but subjective evaluation criteria are formed according to the classification presented from the viewpoint of the researcher rather than systematized form according to related standards. In addition, standards for software evaluation are continuously being supplemented for practical use, so it is urgent to establish evaluation bases by establishing evaluation criteria. Therefore, in order to establish the quality evaluation standard of e-learning software, this study analyzes the quality requirements of e-learning software based on the usability system among the quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25000 series. This evaluation standard is distinguished by the fact that the evaluation standard of e-learning software that reflects the latest trend of related standardization has been established and practical utilization has been improved. It can be used effectively for quality evaluation and certification of e-learning software in the future.

A good modeling technique for system analysis and design is an essential area for the implementation of information system. Structured and object-oriented techniques are regarded as two standard in system modeling. This paper reviewed and implemented two system analysis and design techniques based-on IDEF3 and UML. IDEF3 is the first method used to analyze business process, which has the advantage of simplicity and brevity. UML provides visual standard which can represent the idea of system analysis from the people who participate in the system development process. UML is accepted as an industry standard from the object management group with the advantage of graphical representation of developer\`s view. This paper proposes system design and modeling perspectives based-on IDEF3 and UML techniques about the semi-structured business process for the medium-sized trading company.

On the advent of digital era, ECDIS has emerged as a new navigation aid that should result in significant benefits to safe navigation. More than simply a graphics display, ECDIS is a new concept navigation system capable of providing integrated information of geographical and texual data. As an official vector data for ECDIS, ENC consists of spatial and feature data to describe objects in form of points, lines and areas. IHO published International Standards for ENC, such as S-52(Specification for Chart Content and Display Aspects of ECDIS) and S-57(IHO Transfer Standard for Digital Hydrographic Data). This paper deals with the implementation of an ENC representation system which meets S-52 presentation specification and S-57 transfer standards by analyzing S-57 data structures and converting them to an appropriate internal data structures and representing them onto screen adopting S-52 presentation specification.

Since multi-view images can be utilized for 3D visualization and surveying as well, a system calibration is an essential procedure. The cameras in the system are mounted to the holder and their locations and attitudes are relatively fixed. Therefore, the locations and the attitudes of the perspective centers of the four oblique looking cameras can be calculated using the location and attitude of the nadir looking camera and the boresight values between the cameras. In this regard, this research is focusing on the analysis of the relative location and attitude between the nadir and oblique looking cameras based on the results of the exterior orientation parameters after the aerial triangulation of the real multiview images. We acquired high standard deviations of the relative locations between the nadir and oblique cameras. Standard deviations of the relative attitudes between the cameras were low when only the exterior orientations of the oblique looking cameras were allowed to be adjusted. Moreover, low standard deviations of the relative attitudes came when we considered not all the exterior orientations of the cameras but the attitudes of them only.

In this paper, we present a texture description method as a standardization of multimedia contents description. Like color, shape, object and camera motion information, texture is one of very important information in the visual part of international standard (MPEG-7) in multimedia contents description. Current MPEG-7 texture descriptor has been designed to fit human visual system. Many psychophysical experiments give evidence that the brain decomposes the spectra into perceptual channels that are bands in spatial frequency. The MPEG-7 texture description method has employed Radon transform that fits with HVS behavior. By taking average energy and energy deviation of HVS channels, the texture descriptor is generated. To test the performance of current texture descriptor, experiments with MPEG-7 Texture data sets of T1 to T7 are performed. Results show that the current MPEG-7 texture descriptor gives better retrieval rate and fast and fast extraction time for texture feature.

Graphic User Interface has been playing a great role in giving people easy access of computer. The research of implementing graphic image on the computer display and inventing mouse were the threshold of GUI's birth in 1960s, and those were succeeded to developing the first GUI based-computer at the Xerox research center in 1970s. An education theory for the children and the visual metaphor of real life environment were adapted to implement GUI. They were continuously studied and tested in the beginning of creating the GUI concept and design method. In 1980s, the GUI concept and design method were generally applied to all personal computer development. Apple and Microsoft have led the commercialization of their GUI based-05, and also got their own positions in the market as GUI standards in 1990s. The first research for the GUI based-computer implementation in Xerox has established very clear concept and design methods. This GUI standards are evolving Into more convenient and natural ways in various computing environment and developing technologies these days.

Though human being has ability to percept a full colored vision, the technology of early photography only can produce black and white images. For cinema filming imagery also captured mono tone with black and white, until developed a color film technology. The desire for presenting color imagery and the technique for producing film and color ink, photography and print utilize color on it with noticeable color impact to viewers. It, however, abusing fun colors image each and every printed and filmed imagery, the freshness of eye catching power diminished now. On contrast, color becomes black and white or partially used for making discrepancy among full colored images. This image detected commercial and music video, and it spread to film. To use those bleached color images is for evoking a nostalgia and a visual differentiation. Especially, it can be provocative images brought to audience with that. such as "Anycall", "Dimchae" for CF, and "Schindler's list," and "Sin city" for movie. It is hard to investigate on the color studies for partially used images. Therefore, this study is to research that through CF and film, base on it, to investigate the application for this image. To collect data from survey, it will be established a basic concept for understanding the partial color applying.

The subtle differences in the meaning of expressions used cannot be translated into English and therefore we omiltted the English abstract.

We analysed the old automatic clock and time signal system that was used by the national astronomical agency in East Asian Area. Jagyeongnu is a kind of water clock that was operated by the flowing water in Joseon Dynasty. Seowoongwan managed the water clock so as to keep the standard time system in the dynasty from the 16th year (1434) of King Sejong's reign. In 1438 the Okru that was invented in the period. Such kind of clock system already was used in China, which was Shui $y\ddot{u}n$ i hsiang t'ai (水運儀象壹) in 1092. During the period Joseon Dynasty, China and Japan had been kept the time system that one day is divided into 12 shin (12辰) or 100 gak (刻). However detailed part of the system had a little difference among the three countries. Though the whole system of water clock in Joseon had manufactured on the basis of Chinese, it had been gradually developed by own method and idea. In this study we show the historical records of the standard time keeping system in East Asian history. And then we can inform materials on the structure and functional devises for the purpose of new restoration models about the automatic clock and time system.
