Development of a Cloud-Based Infrastructure Engineering Design Platform Prototype (클라우드 기반의 인프라 엔지니어링 설계 플랫폼 프로토타입 개발)

  • Infrastructure engineering is a field that supports construction (assembly) as a representative industry that creates high added value and jobs by combining science and technology with knowledge, though its importance is underestimated. According to a report from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Korea), the value-added rate (65.3%) of the engineering industry and the employment inducement coefficient (14 employees per billion won) are three times higher than in manufacturing. In particular,the forward value chain (such as project management and basic design) accounts for less than 10~15% of the total project cost but determines the overall price and quality of the infrastructure facilities. In this study, a work break-down system, design support module and database development method for road design projects for design platform development is presented. Based on the presented development method, a cloud-based infrastructure design platform's prototype is developed. The developed infrastructure engineering platform is expected to provide a web-based design work environment without time/space restrictions and greatly contribute to winning overseas business orders and securing competitiveness.

Performance Analysis of Real-Time Big Data Search Platform Based on High-Capacity Persistent Memory (대용량 영구 메모리 기반 실시간 빅데이터 검색 플랫폼 성능 분석)

  • The advancement of various big data technologies has had a tremendous impact on many industries. Diverse big data research studies have been conducted to process and analyze massive data quickly. Under these circumstances, new emerging technologies such as high-capacity persistent memory (PMEM) and Compute Express Link (CXL) have lately attracted significant attention. However, little investigation into a big data "search" platform has been made. Moreover, most big data software platforms have been still optimized for traditional DRAM-based computing systems. This paper first evaluates the basic performance of Intel Optane PMEM, and then investigates both indexing and searching performance of Elasticsearch, a widely-known enterprise big data search platform, on the PMEM-based computing system to explore its effectiveness and possibility. Extensive and comprehensive experiments shows that the proposed Optane PMEM-based Elasticsearch achieves indexing and searching performance improvement by an average of 1.45 times and 3.2 times respectively compared to DRAM-based system. Consequently, this paper demonstrates the high I/O, high-capacity, and nonvolatile PMEM-based computing systems are very promising for big data search platforms.

  • 스마트시티 하천관리를 위해 선행된 연구에서는 도시하천관련 데이터를 수집-정제-제공하는 도시하천 통합데이터 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 이에 하천 분석을 위한 유역 유출, 하천 흐름 그리고 도시유출 등의 모듈과 하천 환경, 친수, 종합 평가 모델을 연계하여 도시하천관리 연계플랫폼으로 연구개발을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 스마트시티 하천관리를 위한 시나리오 기반 제방 파제 시뮬레이션 분석 결과 가시화 모듈에 관한 연구를 진행한다. 부산 EDC 지역을 대상으로 DEM, 항공영상, 위성영상, 하천 지리 정보, 하천 단면도 등의 데이터를 결합하여 하천 및 유역 전산 3D 형상 모델링을 진행한다. 또한 하천 내부 유량 및 파제 제체 모델링, 유동장 격자 모델링을 통해 제방 붕괴 범람 시뮬레이션 대상 지역을 구현한다. 해당 EDC 지역 구현 모델에 연속방정식, 운동량방정식, 수송방정식 등 지배방정식과 삼상 유동 기법 등 수치 해석 기법을 활용하여 제방 파제 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. 시뮬레이션의 침수범위 및 침수심 분포 결과는 위경도를 포함한 ASCII Grid로 반환되며 GeoServer를 통한 좌표계 설정 및 도시하천 연계플랫폼에서 가시화하는 연구를 진행하였다. 제방 파제 시나리오는 제방 높이 2m, 제방 폭 7.5m, 파제 길이 20m로 설정하여 4개의 붕괴 위치를 지정하였고, 지정된 위치에 대한 제방 파제 3D 시뮬레이션을 통해 도출된 Case 별 2D/3D 영상과 침수심 공간 분포에 대한 Raster Graphics를 전처리하여 시나리오별 침수범위-침수심을 도시하천 연계플랫폼 상에서 가시화하는 연구를 진행하였다. 도시하천 연계플랫폼의 시나리오 기반 제방 파제 시뮬레이션 모듈을 통하여 스마트시티의 제방 파제 피해 양상 및 대책 마련 의사결정 보조로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on the Priorities of Enabling Digital Healthcare Platform for Small and Medium Enterprises : A Comparative Analysis of Consumers and Suppliers

  • The aging population and worsening lifestyle habits have increased the risk of chronic diseases. This has heightened the importance of preventive healthcare, particularly through personalized health management services based on individual health data. Despite this, the domestic digital healthcare industry remains underdeveloped. Given the need for acceptance from both consumers and providers, this study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify success factors for health management service platforms. AHP evaluates the relative importance of various factors to aid decision-making. Results show that providers prioritize data analysis and platform design, laws and regulations, and data standardization, while consumers prioritize system stability, laws and regulations, and system security. These findings highlight the need for strategies to bridge the expectation gap to effectively promote health management service platforms.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of home stay platform on guests' willingness to comment online under the Shared home stay business model. Shared platform of home stay facility in addition to providing a variety of support services, help the landlord to the tenant do offline accommodation services, implementation, trading, will need to take some measures to actively promote the tenant groups to the landlord, the evaluation is objective, effective and sufficient number in order to better promote the sharing credit ecological establishment of home stay facility. In this study, consumers who have used the Shared home stay platform are taken as the research objects. The survey method adopts network questionnaire survey and Likert seven subscales. The statistical software SPSS24.0 program is used to process the data. Firstly, descriptive statistical analysis was conducted, followed by validity analysis and reliability analysis. After the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were determined, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to verify the proposed hypothesis. The research results of this study are summarized as follows :(1) the usability of platform comment function, guest satisfaction and platform reward have a positive impact on the guest online comment willingness; (2) The credit mechanism of the platform has a positive regulating effect on the process of tenant satisfaction influencing tenant comment intention.

  • This paper deals with the longitudinal study on the supply & demand-side diversity of digital media service. The purpose of this study is to measure the diversity of contents supply and demand-side of digital media platform providers by longitudinal data and discuss the implication. In the approval and re-authorization of pay-TV broadcasters, there were attempts to measure diversity indicators as items to evaluate the publicness and public interest of broadcasting, but they are mainly limited to the method of measuring diversity in the short-term supply side. Thus researcher wants to confirm the evaluation of two aspects through this study. First, researcher proposes a demand-side measurement methodology that utilizes actual audience data from users, and second, a longitudinal evaluation methodology that evaluates long-term trends of diversity change. Researcher has secured the actual supply and demand data of the platform player and confirmed trends of longitudinal diversification indexing for 50 months from 2012 to 2017. Through this research, researcher expects that the supply and demand-side and the longitudinal diversity evaluation will be utilized in a balanced way of publicness and public interest evaluation of broadcasting.

  • 실시간 공중 자료획득 시스템은 재난 재해와 같은 긴급 상황에서 빠르게 자료를 취득하여 대상 지역의 정사 영상과 같은 공간정보를 취득하는 시스템이다. 이러한 시스템에서 GPS와 INS는 플랫폼의 위치와 자세정보를 획득 하는데 중요한 역할을 하며 이번 연구에서는 GPS/MEMS IMU 센서의 성능 평가를 실측 데이터를 통하여 실시간 공중 자료획득 시스템에 대한 적합성을 평가하였다.

  • 본고에서는 지능형 서비스 로봇의 상용화 단계에서 가장 현실적으로 적용 가능한 대표적인 HRI기술(얼굴검출, 화자 성별구별, 음원추적)에 대하여 상용화 서비스 현장에서의 성능평가 결과를 제공하고, 현장을 분석하여 사용자에게 가이드라인을 제공함과 동시에 최적의 상용화 서비스 제공을 위한 사용자와 로봇간 HRI 기준 및, 공공로봇 플랫폼 적용을 통한 로봇 서비스의 Needs 파악과 상품기획력의 극대화를 목적으로 성능평가에 따른 환경분석을 제안한다.

  • In the 4th Industrial age, mobile games are a highly competitive but highly profitable industry, with hundreds of games per day. To produce a successful mobile game, it is necessary to understand the mobile environment and consumers in the mobile era, and a study that can provide implications for the importance of various factors is needed. The purpose of this study is to explore the in- and out-of-game factors that influence the success of mobile games and to examine the relationship between these factors and customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a result, the game platform's system quality and service quality had a positive effect on the evaluation, and the price policy did not have a significant effect on the evaluation. Also in the flow factor, goal and interaction (relationship) had a positive effect on the flow, and skill or challenge did not have a significant effect. The effects of flow and platform evaluation on customer loyalty were all positively affected. First. Companies must derive customer opinions and actions about the game through continuous interaction with customers. Second, if the game gives customers the proper goals and functions to enable the interaction between users, more successful games can be developed.

  • To propagate clinical disease management service, there should be built a ecosystem where service developers, service providers, device suppliers closely cooperate for u-Health platform. However, most u-Health platform is difficult to build an effective ecosystem due to the lack of secure and effective PHR(Personal Health Record) management, the lack of personalized and intelligent service, difficulties of N-screen service. To solve these problems we suggest the CDMP(Chronic Disease Management Platform) architecture. The CDMP is a software platform that provides the core functions to develop the chronic disease management services and performs a hub function for the link and integration rbetween various services and systems. CDMP is SOA based platform that enables a provision of reusability, expansibility and it provides open API where everybody can share information, contents and services easily. CDMP supports the multi platform system foN-screen service and the self management functions via SNS. In this paper, we design and implement the CDMP including PHR service based on hybrid data model for privacy preservation. Experiment results prove the effectiveness of hybrid model-based PHR service.
