식품의약품안전처는 지난 10월 14일 「기구 및 용기·포장의 기준 및 규격」을 일부 개정했다. 개정이유로는 기구 및 용기·포장의 원재료로 사용할 재생원료의 인정 절차 등이 마련될 예정임에 따라 인정을 신청하는 경우 제출하여야 하는 자료를 구체적으로 정하고, 환경부에서 「식품용기 사용 재생원료 기준」을 고시함에 따라 이에 맞추어 재생원료 기준을 개선하는 한편, 지속가능한 사회실현을위한 산업현장의 요구를 반영하여 폴리부틸렌아디페이트테레프탈레이트(PBAT) 수지를 등재하고, 시험법에 대한 신뢰도 제고 등을 위하여 시험용액 등의 조제방법 및 분석기기의 측정조건을 개선하는 등 현행 기준 및 규격의 일부 미비점을 개선하기 위함이다.

The fluctuation of insecticide resistance in the green peach aphid (GPA) in fields was investigated by caboxy1 esterase (CE) activity index analysis. Of the GP A Populations occurred on the red pepper seedlings, aphids in the untreaLed and treaLed with acephate plots showed 40 and 78 resistance percent (RP), respectively. Aphids in the untreated kale field showed the RP value 24 in July, contrast to 83 in October. Mean RPs of aphids from 18 localities were 50 + 14 in summer and B2+ 10 in late fall, indicating a seasonal fluctuation of Lhe CE activity.

This study was conducted to examine Sci-Hub, which provides the original text of academic papers to be provided for a fee by bypassing copyright, and to establish a basic basis for understanding the usage behavior of researchers with access restriction in Korea by analyzing the domestic Sci-Hub usage based on the dataset released by Sci-Hub in 2017. Therefore, after grasping the current status of the world related to Sci-Hub, the categories were set and analyzed by region where the dataset was downloaded, subject matter of academic papers, publisher, OA status, and published year. As a result of the study, the most downloaded areas were Seoul and the metropolitan area, and papers and journals in the field of natural science were downloaded the most, and about 20% of papers were in Open Access state. The papers published between 2010 and 2017 were the most downloaded, and IEEE's papers were the most downloaded, showing that recently published academic papers in the natural sciences were the most downloaded by the time they were downloaded.

The purpose of this study is to findout the effect of using of the hotel information system(HIS) on the hotel service quality. To show how important the using level of the information system in the hotel, we surveyed some domestic and overseas deluxe hotels. For an empirical analysis, Authors have collected 574 questionaires from 4 countries during Feburary to August, 2003. Factor Analysis and Regression Analysis were applied in this research. The results are as follows: There are a close relation between using level of the hotel information systems and service quality. Authors insists that to maximize service quality efficiency in the hotel, a balanced using level of the information system should be made in the following fields: front-office operating system(FOS), back-office operating system(BOS), outlet operating system(OOS) and interface operating system(IOS).

This study is to suggest the facial animation methodology for that 3D character animators can use CGS system effectively during on their stage which they create ideas and use repeating a process of facial animation, it has suggested the CGS(Character Generation System) that is a creative idea generation methodology identified and complemented the problem of the existing computerized idea generation, in addition, this research being extended on the article vol.13, no.7, "CGS System based on Three-Dimensional Character Modeling II (Part2: About Digital Process)," on Korea Multimedia Society in July 2010 issue, Through the preceding study on 3D character facial expression according to character's feelings as an anatomical structure and the case study on character expressions of theatrical animation, this study is expected to have effectives as one method for maximization of facial animation and idea generation ability.

Lung transplantation has been successfully employed for variety of obstructive lung disease. Single lung transplantation has become a therapeutic option for end-stage obstructive lung disease. The patient, a 57 year old man with emphysema, suffered from severe dyspnea, which progressively aggravated him for the last three years. A single lung transplantation was performed from a young brain-dead donor on April 7th, 1999 in the department of thoracic surgery, Respiratory Center, Yongdong Severance hospital, yonsei University. The immunosuppressive regimen was based on cyclosporine A and azathioprine from beginning, adding steroid. Single lung transplantation was feasible and beneficial in patients with end-stage emphysema.

국내와 북미 지역에서 ATSC DTV 방송 서비스가 시작된 이래 수신 성능을 개선하기 위한 계속적인 노력이 경주되어 왔다 [1]-[6]. 본 논문에서는 2005 년 8 월 캐나다 CRC (Communications Research Center) 센터의 테스트 결과를 토대로 최신 ATSC 수신기의 성능을 고찰해 보고자 한다 [4]. CRC 테스트는 수신 감도, 다중 경로 환경에서의 수신 성능, 간섭 신호에 대한 강건성 등 다양한 항목에 걸려 실시되었으며, A/74 권고안에 기술된 난시청 지역의 50 개 신호 샘플에 대한 성능 평가를 포함하고 있다. 테스트에 사용된 ATSC 수신기는 당사에서 개발한 최신 칩 (GEMINI)을 탑재한 것으로 파일럿 (pilot) 신호가 손상된 경우에도 안정적인 동기 획득이 가능하며 현존 수신기 중 가장 넓고 강력한 반사파 (ghost) 제거 성능을 보유하고 있다. CRC 테스트 결과와 국내외 필드테스트 결과는 최신 ATSC 수신기가 A/74 권고안뿐만 아니라 각종 성능 지표에서 이전 수신기에 비해 대폭 개선되었음을 확인시켜 준다.

본 연구는 2005 년 8월 7 일 22시 58분경 전북 00시 00면 00리 고센농장(축사내 작업장용도 건물)에서 발생한 화재현장을 대상으로 화재조사 및 감식을 하여 그 원인을 규명하고자 하였다. 조사 결과 화재는 축사(돈사)와 같이 붙어있는 작업장용도의 공간에서 발생하였으며, 그곳엔 무쏘차량과 5톤 트럭, 페이로더를 주차시켜 놓았으며, 화재는 안쪽에 있는 무쏘차량과 5톤 트럭의 운전석부위가 소실되고, 입구 우측에 적재해 두었던 사료통 및 사일로가 탄화된 화재로 5톤 차량 옆에 주차되어있던 스키로더는 탄화되지 않은 점, 무쏘차량과 5톤 차량은 4M정도 떨어져 있었으며 각기 다른 3곳의 발화지점이 있는 점, 소유자는 3개월 전부터 금연을 하였다고 진술하였으나 현장에서 1 회용 라이터가 발견된 점, 작업장 안의 차량은 키가 꽂혀 있었고, 평소에 차량의 문을 잠그지 않았다고 진술한 점, 농장은 문이 개방되어 있고 도로에서 떨어져 있어(150M 정도) 일반인의 접근이 용이하지 않으며, 화재현장에서는 화원이 될만한 개연성을 가진 것이 식별되지 않은 점, 각각 3곳에서 단독 발화한 것이 식별된 점 등 상기 감식내용을 종합해 보면 미상의 화원에 의한 인위적인 화재(방화)로 추정된다.

This study analyzed genetic variation of the Oriental fruit fly (OFF), Bactrocera dorsalis, which is designated to be a quarantine insect pest in Korea. OFF samples endemic to Taiwan were collected at three different locations (Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung) for three days from July 30 to August 1 in 2018 and assessed in their age and mitochondrial DNA sequence variations. In these places, 1,085 OFF males were collected using methyl eugenol lure while 30 males of Zeugodacus cucurbitae and one male of Bactrocera tau were collected using Cuelure. A protein diet lure attracted 6 flies including one OFF and 5 flies of Z. cucurbitae. Male heads of OFF contained pterin, which increased in contents with age from 32 to $59{\mu}g/head$. There was a local variation in pterin amounts in OFF heads, in which Kaohsiung population had lower amounts of pterin than Taipei and Taichung populations. Genetic distance among these three populations were measured by random amplified polymorphic DNA and showed that Taipei population was separated from Taichung/Kaohsiung cluster. Genetic variation was also analyzed in sequence variations in cytochrome oxidase I (CO-I) and NADH dehydrogenase I (ND-I). There was 7.8% variation in CO-I sequence (360 residues) and 6.6% variation in ND-I sequence (213 residues). These polymorphic sites are proposed to be used to develop SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) markers characteristic to Taiwan OFF populations.
