A Study on the Digital Material Disposal Order System (디지털자료 파기 명령 집행절차에 대한 연구)

  • Digital material transferred to the court for litigation shall be disposed by the procedure in the court records management regulations and the digital material collected by the investigator in order to prove the suspect's allegation shall be disposed by the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Regulation No.876(digital material's regulation of collection, examine and management). the court ordered the disposal of digital material that is the subject of litigation based on the related laws when criminal lawsuits and civil lawsuits are finalized. however, there is no specific procedure to enforce the disposal order of the court, and the enforcement order stipulates that the enforcement agent is not a professional officer who has proven expertise but a related public official. there is a problem in the enforcement of digital material that the court ordered to disposal because it is not specified. therefore, this is paper proposes a procedure for effectively enforcing the court's order to revoke digital material.

  • All the resistors in the active RC filter networks cab be replaced by the switched capaciters, The swiftched capacitor is much bet tar than a resistor in temperature and linearity characteristics, and the former can be fabricated on the much smaller silicon area than the latter. In this paper, it is given the generaliged design method of the active SC filter from the active RC filter using Bilinear Z-transformatirm. SC filtering techniques using Bilinear Z-transform enable us to realize the FDNR and Gyrator filters which could not be realized by the exsisting designs 1 and to utilize the processing of signals at much higher frequencies than the conventional design method. Experiments show that the response of the active SC filter is similiar to that of its prototype active RC filler.

  • According to the Credit Information Act, in order to protect customer information by relationship of credit information subjects, it is destroyed and stored separately in two stages according to the period after the financial transaction effect is over. However, there is a limitation in that the destruction of personal credit information of customers whose financial transaction effect has expired cannot be collectively destroyed when the transaction has been terminated, depending on the nature of the financial product and transaction. To this end, the IT person in charge is developing a computerized program according to the target and order of destruction by investigating the business relationship by transaction type in advance. In this process, if the identification of the upper relation between tables is unclear, a compliance issue arises in which personal credit information cannot be destroyed or even information that should not be destroyed because it depends on the subjective judgment of the IT person in charge. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a model and algorithm for identifying the referenced table based on SQL executed in the computer program, analyzing the upper relation between tables with the primary key information of the table, and visualizing and objectively selecting the range to be destroyed. presented and implemented.

  • This paper proposed a tunable band pass filter. It is two-poles direct capacitive coupled resonator band pass filter which the capacitors of parallel resonators are changed by varactor diodes. The DC bias controls to change the value of capacitance in the parallel resonator for tunning the pass band. To validate the proposed design method, we fabricated the band pass filter which has tunable center frequency from 200MHz to 245MHz.

  • In [1], it is shown that a subclass of ETBFs, which are self-dual ETBFs, can be expressed as a weighted average of median subfiltered outputs. In this paper, we extend this result to general ETBFs. In particular, we show that any ETBF can be represented as a weighted average of minimum (or maximum) subfiltered outputs. These representations naturally lead to a subclass of ETBF, called the K-th order ETBF (K-ETBF) that employs only those subfilters whose window sizes are less than or equal to K. By designing K-ETBFs under the mean square error criterion for various values of K and applying them to restore noisy signals, the tradeoff between the performance and the complexity of this class of filters is examined.

  • In order to enhance the rejection performance of the UWB bandpass filter based on the Composite Right- and Left-Handed Transmission-line(CRLH-TL) Metamaterial cell, we propose the lowpass filtering concept that fits into the design objectives : Keeping metamaterial property and miniaturization. So the bandpass filter itself is made far less than a quarter-wavelength and a pair of symmetric comprises lowpass filtering blocks are placed before and after the center CRLH filter which comprises tile interdigitated coupled lines and short-circuited stob. The design result will show the size of 'guided wavelength/8', the fractional bandwidth over 100%, the insertion loss much less than 1 dB, a flat Group-Delay and a good return loss performance, as expected.

Zooplankton Abundance in Korean Waters (한국근해 동물성 부유생물의 주요군의 양적 분포)

  • Plankton samples used for the present study were collected by the NORPAC net during the CSK cruises in the Korean waters in March and August, 1967. Regional and seasonal variations in the zooplankton biomass (wet weight, mg/㎥) were noticed in the Korean waters. In March the highest biomass, 130mg/㎥ on the average, occurred in the southern part of Japan Sea, but the lowest biomass of less than 50mg/㎥ occurred in the Yellow Sea and the western sea of Cheju Island Contrally, in August, the average biomass of 120mg/㎥ was measured in the Yellow Sea, the western sea of Cheju Island and the coastal waters of southern Korea, while the biomass of Japan Sea was the lowest of the regions surveyed. In comparison with the zooplankton biomass, total number of zooplankton per cubic meter of water strained also showed regional and seasonal fluctuations. In general, variations in the number of zooplankton specimens follows the same trend as in the biomass. The largest number, up to 800mg/㎥ on the average, occurred in the southern part of Japan Sea in March and the lowest number, less than 200mg/㎥ occurred in the Yellow Sea and the western sea of Cheju Island. In August, as shown by the biomass fluctuations, the largest number of zooplankton 850mg/㎥ on the average occurred in the Yellow Sea, the western sea of Cheju Island and the coastal region of southern Korea. But the lowest number of less than 500mg/㎥ was found in the Japan Sea. Among the various groups of zooplankton examined, the following were dominant components of the zooplankton population: Copepoda, Chaetognatha, Siphonophora, Euphausiacea, Cladocera, Appendicularia, and Amphipoda. The zooplankton conposition was significantly differed between the Japan Sea and Yellow Sea. Copepods which usually occupied over 66% in the Japan Sea and thd Korean Strait samples occupied only 42% of the catches in August, while cladocerans and chaetognaths were relatively abundant, i. e., 15 and 18% of the total organisms. The most dominant species of copepods and chaetognaths were Paracalanus parvus, Oithona similis, Acartia clausi, Calanus helgolandicus, Sagitta enflata, S. bedoti, S. elegans and S. crassa.

공정한 거래 깨끗한 사회-광주지법 순천지원, "추가공사 미끼로 한 공사금액 부당감액 및 하도계약 일방파기 위법행위 배상" 판결

  • 추가공사 발주를 미끼로 하도급 대금을 일률적으로 인하하고 다량 발주를 전제로 하도급 대금을 부당하게 감액하는 등 불법.불공정 하도급행위에 대해 법원이 철퇴를 가했다. 광주지법 순천지원 제1민사부(재판장 선재성 부장판사)는 모 하도급업체가 하도급대금미지급 및 부당한 하도급 대금 결정 등으로 손해를 봤다며 자신과 거래한 원도급업체를 상대로 제기한 손해배상 청구 소송에서 "원도급자는 하도급자에게 미지급 공사대금 3억8천600만원과 부당한 하도급 대금 결정에 따른 손해배상금 1억1천500만원, 계약부당 파기로인한 손해배상금 4천200만원 등 5억4천300여만원을 배상하라"고 원고 승소 판결을 내렸다고 밝혔다. 이번 재판은 법원이 하도급대금 미지급 분만 아니라 그 동안 하도급업계에 관행으로 여겨졌던 추가공사 발주를 미끼로 한 하도급대금 감액, 부당 계약해지, 추가계약 교섭 일방파기 등에 제동을 건 것이어서, 앞으로 하도급대금 결정 과정에 상당한 영향이 미칠 것으로 보여져 그 파장이 클 것으로 예상된다.
