오는 4월15일에 실시될 제17대 총선거에 앞서 인쇄업계가 내심 총선특수를 기대하고 있지만 선거특수는 그리 크지 않을 것으로 전망된다. 특히 이번에 치러질 총선에서는 기존의 인쇄물 위주 홍보 방법에서 영상매체와 정보통신 매체를 통한 선거운동이 대폭 확대될 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and to explore the possibility of the virtual reality based communication training program(VR-CTP) for students with intellectual disabilities. To do this, sentences and dialogue of program were extracted from the National Common Basic Curriculum of Special School and the contents design of program were developed based on the consultation by special education experts. To explore the possibility of applying the VR-CTP, a usability evaluation was conducted with 30 special school teachers and 44 students with intellectual disabilities. The results showed that the VR-CTP had a high level of usability as the special school teachers received 4.23 and the students with intellectual disabilities received 4.44 out of 5. But there is no difference of usability evaluation on the special teachers' school level and teaching experiences without arrangement of school. Also, there is no difference of usability evaluation on the students' IQ, school level, and arrangement of school. As a result of this study, we can draw a conclusion that there is a possibility of applying the VR-CTP to language education for students with intellectual disabilities.

The purpose of this study was to identify various factors that could possibly influence special teachers' adoption intention towards robot-based education and to see how well those factors predict special teachers' adoption intention. To do this, questionnaire items were selected and reconstructed based on preceding research relating to Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). The survey participants consisted of 623 special school teachers, representing various types of special students and levels of their schools. Questionnaires with unfaithful responses were excluded, and a total of 590 questionnaires were analyzed. Data analysis was carried out through Exploratory factor analysis and stepwise multi-regression analysis. According to the results of study, factors that influence special teachers' acceptance intention towards robot-based education are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, personal innovation, and social influence. Also, the most decisive factors affecting special teacher's acceptance intention were perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. These factors directly influenced special teachers' acceptance intention.

It is expected that labor mobility and inter-industry labor turnover would rise due to the rapid changes in the industrial structure and legal institutions of layoffs after the 1997 economic crisis in Korea. One aspect of economic costs of labor mobility is demise of accumulated skills of workers. Workers' skills could be decomposed into three parts, general skills, firm-specific skills, and industry-specific skills. Using data from the panal data of Korea Labor Institute(KLIPS), I show that the net return to seniority is markedly reduced once industry-experience are controlled for. The returns to industry-specific experience are relatively high. Particularly, the experience in one-digit industry is more important for the white-collar workers, while the experience in three-digit industry is also important for the blue-collar workers. Therefore, it seems that the economic cost of labor mobility would be diverse between the skills and between the working classes.

As year passes, terrorism is gradually increasing. Its target has becom various and arbitary, and recently, terrorists are aiming for national major facilities wich include multiplex facilities. Although special security guards took charge of its defence system from 2002, they have failed to establish its system firmly due to some institutional inertia. And 'Professionalism' appeared to be the mattter, according to the spot-probe and interviews. The purpose of this essay is to devise measures to develop sepecial security system including its specialization through investigating current educational training system. In order to attain professionalism, establishment of new proffessional school, division of current education system(into common education and full-course education), and reinforcement of substantial inspection activity should be preceded. Moreover, inspection activity should include standards for engaging instructors, establishment of compilation committee for editorial supervision, and establishment of clear educational policy. I hope the developmental measures in this essay to be speedily actualized with endeavor from police, security association, academic circles.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction of special education teachers, and to grasp the situation of those instructors, and to suggest a suitable method to increase their job satisfaction. From 21 August to 18 September 2017, an online survey was conducted on 217 special education teachers for 4 weeks. As such, the research questions were, first, is there any difference in level of job stress and job satisfaction in accordance to their variable? Second, what is the influence of job stress on job satisfaction? Following are the results on the research question. First, female teachers have higher job stress and lower job satisfaction even to those who served in public school, and over 10 years. Second, as a result of examining the effect of job stress on job satisfaction, job satisfaction decreases as job stress increases. Referring from these results, in order to lower the job stress and increase job satisfaction of special education teachers, suggestion is proposed.

This study aims to development and validation a tool to measure physical education teaching anxiety(PETA) among preservice special teacher. In order to achieve this study purpose, first, the preliminary items for measurement scale were collected through open-ended questions and were developed by inductive content analysis from the 100 preservice special teacher. Second, investigation for construct validity was conducted on exploratory factor analysis from the 100 preservice special teacher. Third, in the final process, verify exernal validity was conducted by confirmatory factor analysis and t-test from the 300 presevice special teacher. As a result, the measurement scale of physical education teaching anxiety(PETA) among preservice special teacher consists of 4 main factors with 14 items: pedagogical content knowledge(n=4), understanding students(n=4), class environment(n=3), class management(n=3) factors and this scale has enough suitability.

Although the school-age population is continuously decreasing, the number of people eligible for special education is increasing every year. Special schools, which are comprised entirely of students with special education needs, are vulnerable due to restrictions on evacuation in the event of a fire. However, the characteristics of special schools are not reflected in the plans related to firefighting and safety in special schools. In this study, essential items such as placement of helpers were selected through analysis of firefighting and school safety plans and collection of faculty and staff opinions. Afterwards, through analysis of experts' opinions, a basic fire evacuation scenario was presented that reflected the characteristics of special schools. We hope that this scenario will contribute to the development of customized fire evacuation scenarios for each special school in the future.

The encoding schemes of special characters in science & technology information services are always serious matters. Therefore, this paper draw up a general plan for encoding scheme of special characters related in some way. For this work, I have made an investigation into encoding cases of KISTI'S YesKisti service. And I have reviewed the important issues and standardization trends. Finally, this study proposes some requisites and problems for encoding scheme standard of special characters in science & technology information services.

The purpose of this study was to compare special education teacher with fellow workers in which skills and skill categories were judged critical to job success for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The results obtained from the study were as follows: First, both groups ranked work-related skill category most relevant for job success. Special education teachers deemed 'following instruction' and 'interest in the job' as critical to job success. And fellow workers ranked 'following instruction' and 'neatness' most important factors. The results of this study give us suggestions as to develop the vocational curriculum for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
