전국 23개소에 설치되어 운영중인 해상교통관제시스템(Vessel Traffic System, VTS)의 관제 데이터 실시간 공유를 위해 클라우드 신기술을 적용한 통합 플랫폼을 개발하고 있으며, 이를 위해서는 관제 데이터의 수집, 처리, 분석에서부터 관제 운영 절차에 이르는 전 분야에 대한 새로운 정의가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 기반 차세대 VTS 통합 플랫폼에 대한 다양한 분야에서의 설계를 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 국내 재난경보방송시스템의 현황을 소개하고 시스템 구성에 대해 알아본다. 운용의 목적이나, 사업의 진행방향 및 제조사 별 특성에 맞는 경보방송시스템들이 구성되어 운영되고 이다. 또한, 지진조기경보시스템의 구성을 알아보고 소개한다. 다양한 종류의 재난경보방송시스템이 목적에 따라 구축되어 운영되는데 상호 호환성의 문제를 지적하고 서로 다른 시스템들을 하나의 발령시스템으로 통합하기 위한 통합경보시스템 구성방안을 제안한다. 특히, 국가적 지진조기경보시스템에서 나타나는 한계점에 대해 알아보고 실효성을 향상하기 위해 MEMS 센서를 이용한 지진감지 및 경보방안을 제안한다.

The integrated prevention of disaster management system is collected prevention of disaster data from prevention of disaster relation other systems and smart sensor in USN. This system manages fire fighting facility effectively. The relation equipment which is used in existing and network using "Open Protocols" about under using the support system which is integrated effectively as the destroyer. It connects CCTV, the sensitivity environmental sensor, automatic fire detection equipment and security equipment and air flow equipment system using Internet. The System Server was collected monitoring data at the each equipment and processing by operational scenario. It will verified the effectiveness of operational scenario and integrated prevention of disaster management system

The process for establishment of Operational Continuity Management Plan is organized repeatedly of Business Risk Assessment, Crisis Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, Establishing Business Recovery Strategies, Detailed Planning, Plan Execution, Test and Maintenance(Including Monitoring). Our government operates earned value management system (EVMS)of construction schedule and cost for improving earned management system of the construction projects. but There is two unification Method construction schedule and cost to estimate construction progress currently. This weight a staff work. therefore this study present unification method which operate integrate schedule and cost by using work task. In order to inflect verification and model of schedule and cost, this study develop prototype of EVMS.

This paper proposes the system to manage profiles effectively that are necessary for content adaptation services. The proposed profiles for providing content adaptation services are used in the various services. However, currently, there are lack of the interoperability in profiles due to the different configuration, which is affected by different services. The service providers also spend a lot of operating costs by operating profiles respectively. To solve theses problems, the system which can integrate and manage the various kinds of the profiles is necessary. Based on profile services architecture and the previous profile research to the necessary functions for the proposed integrated management system of profile are derived. The proposed integrated management system of profile supports also the functions such as receiving, processing, saying, managing, providing and supports profiles that are made of RDF form and comply with the CC/PP specification. The metadata constitution technique and dynamic technique for effective content adaptation also are applied. As a result of performance evaluation the proposed techniques improve the performance 4% compared with the previous techniques.

본 연구에서는 제품안전경영시스템, ISO 9001 품질경영시스템, ISO 14001 환경경영시스템, OHSAS 18001 보건안전경영시스템의 통합모형을 제안하고 이의 운영방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 각각의 개별 경영시스템에 대한 요구사항을 검토하고 관련 선행연구들을 고찰하여, 이를 바탕으로 통합경영시스템에 대한 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 제조물 책임법에 맞추어 기업이 필요로 하는 통합시스템의 구축과 기업체의 대응책에 대해 연구하였다.

생산시스템을 구성하는 자동화 요소들을 물리적으로 연결하는 물류시스템은 공장자동화를 구축하는데 핵심 요소로서 통합시스템 운영차원에서의 체계적인 정보구조를 가져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물류시스템을 대표하는 AS/RS와 AGV시스템의 제어 Protocol 해석과 cell level에서 관리되어야 할 정보를 분석하여 정보흐름을 중심으로 한 물류시스템용 통합정보체계를 설계하였다. 또한, 물류 cell level의 통합차원에서 필요로 하는 제어정보 및 감시정보의 정의와 시스템 scheduling에서 고려될 상황정보를 설계하였다.

보안관제시스템이 사이버 공격 현황을 보다 한눈에 알 수 있도록 시각적이고 입체적으로 바뀌고 있다. 네트워크 이상트래픽과 보안이벤트를 단순 텍스트나 표, 그래프를 넘어 3차원 영상 화면에서 직관적으로 분석하고 공격 상황을 볼 수 있는 기술이 보안관제시스템에 속속 결합되고 있어 주목된다. 본 연구는 기존 보안시스템 화상의 저장방법, 화상의 감시, 녹화된 화상의 검색 시 불안정성, 운영방법, 설치 방법 등을 혁신적으로 보완한 NETWORK CAMERA 은 RTOS, 카메라, 영상압축기, LAN제어기 등을 하나로 통합한 Embedded System으로 구성되어 운영자뿐만 아니라 누구든지 손쉽게 운영할 수 있도록 초점을 맞추어 인터넷 웹 환경에서 제공토록 개발되어 운영의 효율성을 높인 차세대 보안시스템을 구축하고자 합니다.

전력에서 설치 운영되는 설비나 장치들을 감시, 제어하는 시스템은 산업 현장이나 기관에서 개발 운영하고 있다. 배전계통에서도 마찬가지이다. 배전선로에 설치된 개폐기나 리클로져 등을 감시, 제어하는 배전자동화시스템 배전반 등을 감시하는 전력감시 제어시스템 발전소나 대규모 수용가에서 사용하는 전력량이나 계량정보 등을 검침하는 원격검침시스템 등이 있다. 이 중에서 배전자동화시스템과 원격검침시스템을 연계함으로써 보다 효율적인 배전계통 운영을 수행하고 나아가 그 기반 시스템에 또 다른 수용가 정보 시스템 또는 배전정보 시스템을 통합함으로써 통합 배전정보 관리 체계를 가져갈 수 있다.
