본 연구에서는 다양한 개념 패싯과 관계 패싯들을 수용한 범용 과학기술 시소러스 구축용 웹 기반 워크벤치 개발에 대해 기술한다. 기존 국내 시소러스 구축용 워크벤치들이 제공하는 기본적인 용어 관계구축 기능을 확장하여 개념 패싯, 범주 관계 패싯, 의미역 관계 패싯, 속성 관계 패싯 및 속성 키워드 처리 기능을 원활히 제공할 수 있는 사용자 중심적 워크벤치를 개발함으로써 시소러스 상의 개념들에 대한 효율적인 구축이 가능하도록 한다. 또한 시멘틱 웹 상의 온톨로지 영역에 보다 근접한 고도화되니 시소러스 구축을 위해 용어들을 개념화시키고, 개념간의 다양한 관계를 설정하는 프로세스 중심적 설계로 분야 적합성이 높은 정보 처리 기반을 갖춘다. 궁극적으로 여러 마이크로 시소러스들을 통합하여 운용할 수 있는 복합 모델을 구축하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이러한 목적에 부합하는 시스템 구현을 위해 CBD(Component Based Development) 개발 방법론으로 MSF/CD를 이용하였으며, 분산 환경에서 이기종간의 데이터 교환을 용이하게 하기 위하여 웹 서비스 (XML Web Services)를 이용하였다. 또한 시멘틱 웹 기반 연구자 간 협업 지원 서비스 구현을 위한 확장 검색용으로서도 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 시소러스 반출은 CSV, XML 및 RDF를 모두 지원할 수 있도록 함으로써 다양한 사용자 요구 사항에 부합할 수 있도록 하였다. 시소러스 브라우징을 시각화 기반의 3단계 구조를 가진 플래시로 구현하여 사용자가 쉽게 시소러스를 탐색하고 분석할 수 있는 기반을 제공하였다. 또한 다양한 검색 요구를 만족시키고자 기본 검색, 고급 검색, 메타 검색을 선택할 수 있도록 하며, 개념 편집 및 시소러스 브라우징과 연동시켜 효율적인 시소러스 구축이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 연구의 워크벤치를 이용하여 구축된 시소러스는 기존 시소러스들에 비해 사용자가 보다 폭넓은 의미 기반 검색을 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써 다각적인 정보를 쉽게 획득할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고 있다는 데 의의가 있으며, 다국어 시소러스 및 다중 시소러스를 수용할 수 있는 방향으로 발전시킬 계획이다.

The new environment of music service has brought changes in digital music industry. Today, various forms of music contents are presented in ubiquitous environments. Thus, securing various contents becomes very important in monopolistic competition of music market. Under the circumstance, web 2.0 provides a networking environment to form diverse relations. Social Network Service (SNS) is a service to emphasize people relation and is different from information-centered Internet service. And mobile SNS becomes popular as Smartphone rapidly increases. NeowizBugs merged with NeowizInternet managing Sayclub of a music-specified SNS site. And the firm confirms comprehensive contents by making ties with SM entertainment. Thus, the integration corporation secures and manages a new business model by linking digital contents with SNS. Generally, music-specified SNS has advertisement business model and uses a recommend system utilizing the database of users. By introducing the case of NeowizBugs, this study tries to identify the success strategy of music distributors fitting ubiquitous environment including web 2.0, mobile SNS, Smartphone, etc.

Digilog Book, the next generation publication material, supplies digitalized contents on an analog book by integrating digital contents into existing analog books. There are some studies related to authoring tools which are to authorize, and publish some books which provide digital contents by using VR or AR techniques. In this paper, a pen-type haptic user interface for Digilog Book authoring tool has been introduced. This haptic user interface is developed for more realistic and more effective authoring tasks. This haptic interface provides haptic effects for authoring tasks which are including translation, rotation, scaling, and menu selection. In this research, we designed a body, control circuits, vibration haptic patterns for haptic user interface, and a protocol for between haptic user interface and Digilog Book main control system. Also a simple user study has been done with a developed haptic user interface.

Recently, the expert call center solution has become the center of interest, since finance and tele-marketing system, which is focused on a communication industry, have been increasing, Specially, the call center market is growing up with a supporting Caller-ID for a cellular phone in Korea, In the present, although large size companies are developing expensive solutions and instruments to service only for the big companies, there little solutions for SOHO markets, Therefore, in this paper we have shown a design and an implementation of a CTI system which is capable of in/outbound call processing by using CTI, and providing stable services by linking the customer's DB. And these functionalities have become possible by integrating functions of PBX and the computer control of the PBX. First, we have constructed call flows and analyzed packets for the standard communication through the PBX in call. Then, we have designed and implemented a middleware which linked a call between a client and a customer. Finally, we have constructed a database module for applying the CRM technology to the management of customer's contents.

When DDoS attack is achieved, malicious host discovering is more difficult on wireless network than existing wired network environment. Specially, because wireless network is weak on wireless user authentication attack and packet spoofing attack, advanced technology should be studied in reply. Integrated Access Device (IAD) that support VoIP communication facility etc with wireless routing function recently is developed and is distributed widely. IAD is alternating facility that is offered in existent AP. Therefore, advanced traffic classification function and real time attack detection function should be offered in IAD on wireless network environment. System that is presented in this research collects client information of wireless network that connect to IAD using AirSensor. And proposed mechanism also offers function that collects the wireless client's attack packet to monitoring its legality. Also the proposed mechanism classifies and detect the attack packet with W-TMS system that was received to IAD. As a result, it was possible for us to use IAD on wireless network service stably.

R is a free software for statistical analysis that provides simple interfaces to other application programs. Many people are trying to learn R, but it is difficult to learn R compared to commercial software such as SPSS or SAS, and it is cumbersome to provide an environment to teach R. Thus, it is essential to provide a new web-based R environment for novice users or for laboratory use. We developedWebER (a web-based R environment) using PHP on the Linux apache server. WebER can be easily used by any R user because we implemented the same functions as the basic Rgui such as editing R program, generating the text, image outputs, errors and warnings. It is also possible for multi-users to access WebER.

Recently, the smart phone, a carrying along terminal connection technology such as Galaxytap/iPad etc. evolves, and supply is increasing rapidly, is included for smart phone because various sensor technologies are developed and service application that is acted in terminal with this is accompanied and grow. Continuously 4 generation to 3 Gs, Wibro Wireless network technology of communications a LTE technology from that is constructed, environment for Ubiquitous realization is being constructed fast. Therefore, in this paper it can inquire state of electronic, furniture devices through apartment complex web server and gear that control groove network at smart phone, and control, and confirms home state prevention of crimes state, and video inquiry of position that CCTV is placed in apartment complex was available. And it proposed integrated smart apartment with parking system and medical system using RFID system in ubiquitous environment.

Recent modeling and simulation technologies are being used in various fields, especially in the field of military simulation-based acquisition (Simulation Based Acquisition) is recognized as an essential policy. In test and evaluation phase of the SBA process, to build a simulation-based T&E(test and evaluation) environment is needed when T&E cannot be carried by real weapon system. To improve efficiency and reliability for T&E, interoperability, reusability and reliability for T&E equipments and systems are important. In this study, we propose applying simulation framework for efficienct test and applying VV&A process for reliable evaluation. We describes the characteristics of the development process, the actual test cases and the results of evaluation. Finally utilization plan and the future direction of research is described.

다양한 스마트기기 간 및 앱(Application) 간 연동을 통한 스마트미디어 생태계 환경에서 애플(Apple), 구글(Google), 마이크로소프트(Microsoft) 등 SW(Software) 기반 OS(Operating System) 플랫폼들은 개별 체제 강화를 더욱 견고히 하고 있다. 생태계 내 타(他) 구성원들은 이들에 의한 제약이 더욱 심해지자, 웹 문서의 표준화(HTML5)나 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud computing) 같은 개방화된 기술들을 환영한다. 실제로 최근 웹 애플리케이션(Web application) 개발과 개발자들의 OS 플랫폼 이탈은 이러한 변화의 단면을 보여주기 시작했다. 본 고는 SW 중심에서 서비스 중심으로 이동 중인 플랫폼 경쟁 환경에서 네트워크를 보유 중인 방송통신사업자들의 새로운 스마트미디어 전략 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 두 가지 기술적 배경인 HTML5와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술들을 살펴본 후, 그 동안 SW 중심 플랫폼 경쟁 환경에서 주도권을 빼앗겼다고 깨달은 방송통신사업자가 취해야 할, 두 가지 새로운 기술적 환경에서의 스마트미디어 전략을 제시하였다. 분석 결과, HTML5가 모바일 분야의 핵심 기술이 될 전망이지만, 단기적으로는 여전히 미성숙 문제가 제기될 것으로 보이며, 기존 경쟁력을 유지하려는 OS 사업자들의 가치사슬 통합 전략이 가시화되고 있는 환경이 목격된다. 또한, 클라우드 서비스 제공도 이미 이들 OS사업자들의 기존 생태계 유지를 위한 핵심 툴로 이미 활용되기 시작했다. 그럼에도 불구하고 HTML5와 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 방송통신사업자들에게 생태계 주도권을 탈환할 수 있는 중요한 기술로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 기반으로 세 가지 이용자 경험인 '경계 없는', '동질적인', '끊김 없는' 이용자 경험(User Experience) 제공을 위해 노력하는 선도적인 사례 탐색이 시도되었으며, 이를 통해 방송통신사업자들의 미래 스마트미디어 전략 방향이 도출되었다. '경계 없는' 서비스에서는 구글, 애플 외의 멀티OS 전략과 기존 OS의 앱 서비스 대항마인 아마존(Amazon), 페이스북(Facebook) 등과의 적극적 서비스 제휴, '동질적인' 서비스에서는 클라우드 기반 주요 콘텐츠 플랫폼 제휴와 방송통신 가입자 기반의 All-IP기반으로의 확대, 마지막으로 '끊김 없는' 서비스에서는 SNS, LBS, 가상현실 등과의 매쉬업(Mash-up)과 의료, 금융 등과의 융합서비스 개발을 통한 스마트홈 전략 추진, 인증 및 결제시스템의 개방화 등이 제시되었다.

Since natural disaster occurs increasingly and becomes complicated, it causes deaths, disappearances, and damage to property. As a result, there is a growing interest in the development of ICT-based natural disaster response technology which can minimize economic and social losses. In this letter, we introduce the main functions of the forest fire management platform by using images from an UAV. In addition, we propose a disaster image analysis technology based on the deep learning which is a key element technology for disaster detection. The proposed deep learning based disaster image analysis learns repeatedly generated images from the past, then it is possible to detect the disaster situation of forest-fire similar to a person. The validity of the proposed method is verified through the experimental performance of the proposed disaster image analysis technique.
