인터넷과 네트워크 기술의 실시간 모니터링과 갱신이 가능해짐에 따라 e-Business는 여러 가지 다양한 형태로 변화되어 가고 있다. 이에 맞추어 기업은 실시간으로 시장의 요구에 반응하기 위해 기업중심의 체제에서 고객중심의 체제로 체질을 개선하고 있으며 이제는 기업과 고객의 차원을 넘어 한 단계 진보된 관계관리로의 기술 투자에 많은 역량과 기술, 자본을 투자하고 있다. 하지만 시시각각으로 변화하는 어플리케이션외 변화에 대부분의 중소 기업들은 어려움을 호소하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 고객 중심의 관계관리에서 파트너와의 관계관리에서의 가치 이전에서 오는 내부 프로세스의 변화에 대한 상호 보완적 통합 기법을 제안 함으로써 중소 기업들에게 이런 어려움에 다소나마 도움을 주고자 하는데 본 논문의 연구 목적이 있다.

생산, 연구개발, 디자인, 마케팅, 재무관리 등 기업의 주요 기능이 지리적으로 전 세계에 흩어져 있는 글로벌 기업에 있어서 기업 전체를 관리하고 통제하는 일은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 특히, 어떤 글로벌 기업은 표준화된 글로벌 업무 처리 프로세스를 전 세계에 공통으로 적용하기를 원하는 반면, 어떤 글로벌 기업은 ERP를 이미 지역별 공장에 구현한 상태에서 글로벌 통합 ERP시스템을 구현하고자 하는 상황에 있다. 본 논문은 첫째, 글로벌 ERP 아키텍쳐 설계와 선택에 있어서 고려해야 하는 환경 요인과 내부 요인들에 어떤 것들이 있는가 살펴보고, 둘째, 이러한 요인을 고려하여 가장 적절한 글로벌 ERP 아키텍쳐를 구성하는 프레임워크을 제시하고자 한다. 글로벌 기업의 통합 ERP 구축 사례, 솔루션 업체에서 제공하는 권장 안, 기존 논문에서의 분석 결과를 참조하여 전략 프레임워크을 제공하고자 한다.

To establish efficient e-government and to improve the quality of public services, online public services are in operation in every administrative organization. However, due to the lack of analysis and connection between each government organization, the satisfaction of the civil users has not been improved very much. This research presents the core components of Integrated Management Model for Public Services, which can minimize the time for processing public services and the expenses for administrative procedure, based on the example of N Ministry. For this purpose, it analyzes current process of the public services to find out underlying problems, deduces requirements for improvement, presents and implements the design principles of Integrated Management System for Public Services. The efficiency of this Integrated Management System was proven with the analysis from the viewpoints of civil users, internal service representatives, and their managers.

Digital convergence 및 ubiquitous 환경이 보편화되면서 computer system이 대부분의 전자 제품에 삽입되고 있다. 제품의 인터페이스는 더욱 복잡해지고 있으며, 사용 방법 또한 어려워지고 있는 상황이다. 이 중 Auto PC는 대표적인 예로, 차량 운전 환경에서 네비게이션, 음악, 동영상, DMB, PC 등의 기능을 지원하는 복합 제품이다. 이러한 제품의 사용자 인터페이스 설계를 위해서는 제품을 사용하면서 일어나는 행동들과 이들의 흐름을 이해할 수 있는 시나리오 설계에 관한 연구가 필수적이다. 인간공학 및 HCI 분야에서는 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하고 평가할 수 있는 방법론 및 도구들이 많이 소개되고 있다. 또한 이러한 방법 및 도구들을 상황에 맞게 선택하고 종합하고자 하는 연구 역시 다양하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인간 중심 설계(human centered design) 방법론 중 대표적인 시나리오 기반 설계(SBD: Scenario-Based Design)과 직무분석(Task Analysis)을 이용하여 Auto PC의 인터페이스 설계에 적용해보았다. 시나리오 기반 설계와 직무분석 두 방법론을 통합할 수 있는 프로세스를 적용하였고, 그 결과 각 방법론의 단점을 서로 보완할 수 있었다. 추후 prototype을 완성하고 사용성 평가 및 만족도 조사를 통하여 설계된 인터페이스를 검증하는 연구가 진행될 예정이다.

This paper presents a method for the multilingual product retrieval agent through XML and the semantic networks in e-commerce. Retrieval for products is an important process, since it represents interfaces of the customer contact to the e-commerce. Keyword-based retrieval is efficient as long as the product information is structured and organized. But when the product information is expressed across many online shopping malls, especially when it is expressed in different languages with cultural backgrounds, buyers' product retrieval needs language translation with ambiguities resolved in a specific context. This paper presents a RDF modeling case that resolves semantic problems in the representation of product information and across the boundaries of language domains. With adoption of UNSPSC code system, this paper designs and implements an architecture for the multilingual product retrieval agents. The architecture is based on the central repository model of product catalog management with distributed updating processes. It also includes the perspectives of buyers and suppliers. And the consistency and version management of product information are controlled by UNSPSC code system. The multilingual product names are resolved by semantic networks, thesaurus and ontology dictionary for product names.

A good modeling technique for system analysis and design is an essential area for the implementation of information system. Structured and object-oriented techniques are regarded as two standard in system modeling. This paper reviewed and implemented two system analysis and design techniques based-on IDEF3 and UML. IDEF3 is the first method used to analyze business process, which has the advantage of simplicity and brevity. UML provides visual standard which can represent the idea of system analysis from the people who participate in the system development process. UML is accepted as an industry standard from the object management group with the advantage of graphical representation of developer\`s view. This paper proposes system design and modeling perspectives based-on IDEF3 and UML techniques about the semi-structured business process for the medium-sized trading company.

SCM is one of the important key issues in Internet-based business environment. Most of companies related to B2B electronic commerce are making their efforts to innovate their existing business process into new integrated supply chain process. SCM system using XML/EDI provides competitive advantage to them by reshaping the relationship between traditional trading partners. This study intends to suggest a prototype of SCM system using XML/EDI. To implement SCM system, we analyze and design the supply chain process by using Unified Modeling Language, with a firm engaged in Korean automobile industry, which is a first vendor to produce a set of LAMP. The implementation of SCM system using UML shows excellent performance in software reuse, extensibility, and the interoperability with corporate internal information systems.

While discussions on ESG are actively taking place in Europe and other countries, the number of countries pushing for mandatory ESG information disclosure related to non-financial information of listed companies is rapidly increasing. However, as companies respond to mandatory global ESG information disclosure, problems are emerging such as the stringent requirements of global ESG disclosure standards, the complexity of data management, and a lack of understanding and preparation of the ESG system itself. In addition, it requires a reasonable analysis of how business management opportunities and risk factors due to climate change affect the company's financial impact, so it is expected to be quite difficult to analyze the results that meet the disclosure standards. In order to perform tasks such as ESG management activities and information disclosure, data of various types and sources is required and management through an information system is necessary to measure this transparently, collect it without error, and manage it without omission. Therefore, in this study, we designed an ESG data integrated management model to integrate and manage various related indicators and data in order to transparently and efficiently convey the company's ESG activities to various stakeholders through ESG information disclosure. A framework for implementing an information system to handle management was developed. These research results can help companies facing difficulties in ESG disclosure at a practical level to efficiently manage ESG information disclosure. In addition, the presentation of an integrated data management model through analysis of the ESG disclosure work process and the development of an information system to support ESG information disclosure were significant in the academic aspects needed to study ESG in the future.

These days, architectural projects are becoming larger and more complex. And lots of information occurs through each phases and areas. For these reason, it is emphasized that collaboration with other parts. Therefore we need more effective architectural design process. However, it is difficult to collaborate in early stage with existing design process and it causes unnecessary spending of time and cost because of 2D-based working system. For solving these problem, we should introduce BIM-based Integrated Design Process which makes it possible to collaborate with other parts from early stage. Now the AEC industry in Korea has been trying to introduce BIM, and promoting variety of related business. However, for actual application of this system, it is unfortunately necessary to change various system throughout the construction industry. And this will cause lots of effort and expense. It is essential that scientific analysis and evaluation of efficiency and validity about this investment, because estimation of the investment and accompanying effects will provide reasonable standard of judgment for investment decision. Thus, this research conducted Cost-Benefit Analysis about BIM-based Integrated Design Process compared to existing design process. It is expected that this paper can be used for preliminary data in the future BIM market.

When applying web hacking techniques and methods it needs to configure the integrated step-by-step and run an information security. Web hackings rely upon only one way to respond to any security holes that can cause a lot. In this study the diagnostic process of cross-site scripting attacks and web hacking response procedures are designed. Response system is a framework for configuring and running a step-by-step information security. Step response model of the structure of the system design phase, measures, operational step, the steps in the method used. It is designed to secure efficiency of design phase of the system development life cycle, and combines the way in secure coding. In the use user's step, the security implementation tasks to organize the details. The methodology to be applied to the practice field if necessary, a comprehensive approach in the field can be used as a model methodology.
