Traditional market is a place filled with traditional culture and sentiments of the local population, so this is not just a commodity trading places that has been at the centre of our life, including culture and the local economy and the people of the community. However, many consumers still ongoing by the facilities that aging is deprived to the department stores and hyper-marts. Recently, Daejeon Metropolitan City is planning a futuristic city with Daedeok Special District at the center of its transformation into a city of nature, science and culture along with the fourth industrial revolution. Therefore, this research will divide the 1.5 km distance from the in Doryong-dong, Daejeon, science park intersection to the (Former)Daedeok Science and Culture Center, and propose a space design concept that incorporates IT technologies that fit the characteristics. The center will analyze the space status and derive an experience-oriented space design concept for user-centered planning so that it can serve as a guideline that will provide the fundamental direction for the promotion of the Daedeok Science Culture. Through the field survey, we will look for ways to integrate IT technology with infrastructure that needs improvement and change the distance of Daedeok Science culture as a smart street. The results of the field survey were : (1) made by connecting the persistence of comfort and safety issues, (2) uniformity and efficiency issues, and (3) the experience of identity problems and the orientation of the smart city. To create user-centered distances, we attempted to avoid uniform zoning based solely on infrastructure and zoning focusing on user behavior.

From the 21st century, characters have been developed and managed by many companies, organizations and groups due to public-friendly elements, Community Identity Program, value of utilization for OSMU, etc. This study was carried out according to a plan of developing a character and making an application in ACC Children based on Asia Culture, which was implemented as ACC Children contents R&D project from 2014 to 2016. This R&D and purpose is significant because of laying the groundwork for identity system making it possible to increase the brand value of ACC Children and symbolize ACC Children by developing a character, application and name suitable for the philosophy and function of ACC Children that will be used together with CI of Asia Culture Center. With regard to the research method and scope, Asia is divided into 5 regions, and 100 representative stories in Asia are selected, and a storytelling-based character, application and name with connotative symbol and meaning pursued by ACC Children is developed by choosing and analyzing symbolic animals according to consulting and survey. The characters of ACC Children give publicity to the symbolism of ACC Children, and are actively utilized for OSMU.

UCC (User Created Contents) video rapidly rose as key contents of internet pop culture as a medium of 'sensibility delivery' that is created by a user without a commercial purpose. 'Sensibility delivery' is the ultimate purpose of UCC video and it can only be completed with 'well composed' storytelling. However, it is difficult to expect high degree of completion from noncommercial UCC videos due to an instable production environment and many variables. Thus, this study has been suggested 'detailed storytelling editing' process from editing phase in order to minimize problems of instable UCC videos. This suggestion based on actual results and award winning works of UCC videos of a team of research will raise a bond of sympathy, lead creative change, and expand the function of 'sensibility delivery' by increasing the degree of completion of work with unified final cut.

Miss Korea, who was Korea's first in the Miss Korea Contest in 1957, will be carried on social, cultural, beauty cosmetology as the most representative official beauty in the same age for immense effect on national interest. However, it has been said that the scholarly interest is dull of lack of objective means and irregular choice of terms in leading research. For this reason, this study will be examined the features of design components in Miss Korea dress and improved as basic research material of beauty cosmetology with comparison and analysis on fashion trend of the age. This study will be come up with views of result on the basis of the dress of Miss Korea award ceremony from 1970 to 2011, collecting photo material and decoding or analysis of preparatory research and main research with graduates and lectures through setting analysis instrument. As a result, the notable features of designing structural elements, which are shown in Miss Korea's dress fashion style are produced lovely, intellectual. sexy and luxurious feminine beauty. It has been remarkably seen that the wedding dress fashionable trends of the times are reflected in Miss Korea's dress on this study.

Old maps are a cultural heritage of recorded information with humanities materials and scientific value. However, there is no sufficient study on the development of web-based information system using old maps to provide the old map information. In this study, we analyze the status of the old map information on the website of the main institutions, construct the web-based information systems to provide the unified map information efficiently and systematically. It is not easy to standardize the data categories and information searching method because of the diversity and complexity of old map. So, the importance of engineering information management is growing. Therefore, the attempting to computerized humanistic old map information and the integrated approach is very important and necessary. This study provide an opportunity to combine the humanities and engineering through the convergence between information technology, humanities, and computational engineering.

Reunification and economic development are discussed as the national visions of the Korean Peninsula in the 21st century. In particular, the tourism industry must be included as one of goals pursued under these visions because tourism indeed seeks for the happiness and peace of human beings. Mt. Kumgang tour began on November 18, 1998 and a land route to Mt. Kumgang also opened on September 1, 2002. These historical events have brought huge changes in the tourism industry of South and North Korea, and over 1,000 tourists are enjoying the Mt. Kumgang tour everyday. Nevertheless, the Mt. Kumgang International Tourism Zone is still poor in tourist accommodations as well as tourism infrastructure. Legal and institutional systems as an international tourism zone have not been established, and incidental and convenience facilities are insufficient. All these problems make it difficult to operate the special zone. Thus, this study set the following objectives to solve these problems: Establish systematic theories on the Mt. Kumgang International Tourism Zone, analyze theories on external factors, factors affecting tourist accommodation expansion, and use the findings as basic materials for tourist accommodation expansion strategies.

A theme park, in general, can be defined as a space that has both 'theme factor' and 'hands-on factor'. But theme parks in Korea are not recognized as having unity even though they provide diverse services, because they lack in a theme factor, which is the essence of a theme park. On the other side of the issue, themes and concepts that a theme park claims to stand for are not consistent, and they fail to provide representative themes as well. For this reason, although a business plan to invite overseas theme parks is pushed ahead, it causes a vicious circle to weaken the competitive edge of domestic theme park industry as well as capital outflow. Consequently, from a theoretical viewpoint, a theme park with no specific theme is in critical situation to be out of the limelight by failing to provide visitors with purposefulness and attract their attention. To overcome the limitations in domestic theme park industry, and to gain profitability and expanded customers lie in heightening their receptiveness through creating unique image of each theme park. With the awareness of the issue, this study aims to propose a theme-centered park which has culture contents in it and to suggest a viable alternative that helps to create hands-on theme parks that reflect customers' receptiveness.

This study aims to analyze trends of advanced research of "Muyedobotongji". The conclusions are as following in these. First, the number of theses related with "Muyedobotongji" is 47 in total including 29 master's theses and 18 doctor's theses. The sports science comprises the largest proportion of study including 23 master's degree and 12 doctor's degree. Besides sports science field, "Muyedobotongji" is analyzed in various study fields such as library and information, engineering, science of art and culture contents. In master's theses, They focused on practical ways of "Muyedobotongji". But "Muyedobotongji" is conducted by perspective of the humanities in doctor's theses. Second, There are 72 theses related with "Muyedobotongji" in scientific journal. Regarding these in detail, there are 35 theses in sports science, 12 theses in Korean history, 7 theses in martial arts, 5 theses in dance studies, 4 these in Korean studies, 2 theses in Chinse studies, 2 theses in art history, 1 these in Japanese literature and 1 thesis in military science. This fact helps us understand "Muyedobotongji" is studied actively in sports science field. Third, the future research directions of "Muyedobotongji" Should be considered in 3 categories. first, it needs to do interdisciplinary fusion research. Through this, it can complement insufficient parts of existing researches. Second, it needs to make standard Key words. The unified Key words are able to use communicating in different field of scientific journals without confusing. Third It needs to build data bases which are applied to martial art areas. It can provide chances for both Korean martial arts and "Muyedobotongji" to be practiced in culture contents.

The number of professionals in the science and engineering fields decreases all over the world. Especially in Korea, the declining rate of both the laborable and economically active population, aging of the population at the fastest level, and the declining birth rate make it tougher to secure the core brains of the future. After speculation of all programs above, some common factors have been derived and every program appeared to have the support for each level of inducing, caring, and utilizing. And the means of support could be categorized into the financial, legal, and social aspects. Lastly, a logical tool called Systems Thinking has been applied to the FLS Conditions and the Brain Internalization Process to assure the efficacy and applicability of the models. This is to minimize any de facto side effects by analyzing all 'feedback loops' stemming from the models. And the 'causal loop diagrams' have been utilized to come with the complementary measures. Such series of verification could convince the virtue of the models. Governments and universities can make use of the FLS Conditions and the Brain Internalization Process so the policies or plans about the foreign brains can be built in a uniformized and consistent framework. I hope, as a result, the international competency of Korea to induce and utilize the foreign brains be raised with the constant and standardized formality.
