This paper proposes a CanSat system with a vehicle tracking function based on Jetson Nano, a high-performance small computer capable of operating artificial intelligence algorithms. The CanSat system consists of a CanSat and a ground station. The CanSat falls in the atmosphere and transmits the data obtained through the installed sensors to the ground station using wireless communication. The existing CanSat is limited to the mission of simply transmitting the collected information to the ground station, and there is a limit to efficiently performing the mission due to the limited fall time and bandwidth limitation of wireless communication. The Jetson Nano based CanSat proposed in this paper uses a pre-trained neural network model to detect the location of a vehicle in each image taken from the air in real time, and then uses a 2-axis motor to move the camera to track the vehicle.

The quality of school education is a key element for national education development. An important factor that determines the quality of school education is qualities of teachers who are in responsible for school education in the field. Therefore, it is necessary to hire competent teachers in the teacher appointment exam for the secondary school. This necessity is evident especially for vocational high schools and Meister high schools with the introduction of 2015-revised curriculum based on NCS that separates each three subjects, "Electrical, Electronics Communication" resulting in the change of question mechanism, which requires new designing of assessment and content area. So, this study analyzes curriculum in college of education for "Electrical", "Electronics", "Communication", 2015-revised curriculum based on NCS and the development of standards for teacher qualifications and assessment area and evaluation of teaching ability in the subjects of the teacher appointment exam, "Electrical, Electronics Communication" Engineering" in 2009. The assessment area and content elements of "Electrical", "Electronics", "Communication are extracted from the analyzed results and they are verified by experts' consultation and presented as follows; First, the assessment area and content elements of the "Electrical" subject were designed to evaluate the NCS - based 2015 revised curriculum by presenting the NCS learning module to the evaluation area and content element in the basic subject "Electrical and Electronics Practice". Second, the section of "Electronics" presented the assessment area and content elements applying the Electronic Circuit, basic subject of the NCS and it also added "Electromagnetics", which is the basic part of Electronics in the Application of Electromagnetic waves that could be applied to the assessment. Third, the assessment area and content elements of "Communication" consist of the communication-related practice that is based on "Electrical" and "Electronic", considering the characteristics of "Communication Engineering". In particular, "Electrical and Electronics practice" which adds network construction practice and communication-related practice makes it to be able to evaluate the communication-related practical education.

교과목표가 설정되면 교과목표를 달성하기 위해 교육내용을 선정하고 조직해야 한다. 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육내용을 선정하고 조직하기 위해 먼저 교과목표가 설정되어야 하나 현재 컴퓨터 교과가 정식 교과로 인정받지 못해 교과목표는 재량활동 2시간 중 1시간을 의무적으로 실시하는 정보통신 기술교육의 목표를 교과의 목표로 참고하고 본 연구를 실시하였다. 현재 정보통신 기술교육 시간에 사용하는 교재에는 교육내용 선정과 조직에 관한 이론이 아주 짧게 언급되어 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육내용 선정과 조직의 방법을 교육학 이론을 바탕으로 정리하고 4가지 기준을 이용 컴퓨터 교육과정 계열화 도표를 제시해 보고자 한다.

초고속 통신망이 발달함에 따라 대기업은 물론, 학교와 중소기업에도 네트워크로 연결되어 업무 및 학습과 행정업무를 처리하고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 재택근무, 재택교육 등이 발달하고 있는 시점에서 안정적이고 효율적인 네트워크환경을 제공하기 위해서는 네트워크상에 존재하는 다양한 자원들을 모니터링하고 제어하는 네트워크의 관리의 개념이 필요하게 되었다. 하지만, 대부분의 기업체나 학교에서는 구축비용측면에서 이를 투자하기를 꺼려하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중소기업 및 학교업무에서 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 MRTG(Multi Graphic Rotor Grapher)를 연계하여 웹을 이용한 손쉽게 망을 관리할 수 있는 툴을 perl을 이용하여 구현하였다. 장애의 대부분이 네트웍 자원관리와 실시간 로그관리를 이용할 경우 대부분의 장애를 미연에 방지할 수 있다는 점에 착안하여 텍스트를 처리함에 있는 탁월한 기능을 가진 perl을 이용하여 로그처리 데몬프로그램을 작성하였고, 자원관리와 이력관리를 위해서는 MySQL을 이용하였다.

전세계적으로 급속한 첨단기술의 발전과 지식경영 사회의 전환은 조직의 패러다임 변화를 초래하였다. 이에 따라 조직들은 경쟁우위를 갖추기 위해 과거의 양적인 성과관리 방법에서 벗어나 전략적으로 운영할 수 있는 새로운 성과관리 시스템의 필요성을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 비영리 조직 중 교육기관의 성과관리 시스템 도입에 대하여 BSC(균형성과표)를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 먼저, BSC에 대한 개괄적인 선행연구와 더불어 비영리 조직이라는 특수성을 반영한 BSC를 도출한다. 이를 바탕으로 교육기관의 성공적인 BSC 시스템 도입을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시한다.

In this paper, stealth technology is investigated with RCS(Radar Cross Section) reduction to minimize detection range of retroreflective echoes from enemy. Most RCS reduction comes from shaping. RAM(Radar Absorbing Materials) are applied only in areas where there are special problems. Therefore, we designed and fabricated a RAM that has absorption ability higher than 17 dB at 94 GHz for RF stealth in millimeter wave range. As a result, detection range of enemy can be reduced in the 62 percent range by using a developed RAM.

우리나라는 수도권지역에 인구 밀집도가 OECD 국가 중 가장 높은 나라이다. 상황이 이러한 만큼 수도권지역의 사람들은 대중교통을 이용한 출퇴근이나 등교에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이를 돕고자 대중교통에 관련된 많은 어플리케이션이 출시되어 있다. 하지만 대부분의 대중교통과 관련된 어플리케이션의 경우 정적인 시간표를 알려주는 어플리케이션이고, 좀 더 나아가 발전한 어플리케이션의 경우에도 사용자의 수동적인 환경에서만 알림이나 실시간 등의 기능을 제공해주고 있어, 많은 사람들이 그러한 기능이 있는지조차 모르고 사용 중인 이용자가 대부분이다. 본 연구에서는 현 시간상황에 맞는 대중교통 정보를 제공해주고, 알림기능으로 사용자에게 능동적인 계획을 구성해주는 것은 물론 지하철과 버스 그리고 대중교통이 아닌 도보의 상황까지 판단하여 종합적인 정보제공을 해주는 시스템을 제안한다.

대부분의 기업은 경영전략을 결정하는데 고객의 소리(VOC:Voice of Customer)를 매우 중요한 정보로 사용하고 있기 때문에 기업들은 다양한 방법으로 고객과의 관계증진을 위해 VOC 데이터를 이용하고 있다. 그러나 수집된 내부VOC 데이터에서 많은 정성적인 데이터를 포함하고 있으므로 분석하는 데는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 소셜 빅 데이터를 분석하는데 사용하고 있는 시스템을 이용하여 다른 업종에 비해 고객이 다양하고 서비스가 매우 중요한 여행사 내부 VOC를 분석한다. 적용 사례로서 국내 대표적인 여행사에 직접 적용하여 분석한 결과를 제시한다. 본 연구 결과 빅 데이터 분석 도구를 다른 서비스업종의 내부 VOC의 정성적인 데이터를 분석하는데 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다고 사료된다.

오늘날 테마파크는 다양한 테마 적 요소들을 적용한 다양한 신기술로 무장되어있다. 사람들은 복잡한 현실 세계를 떠나 일탈을 꿈꾸며 재미와 감동, 스릴에 목마르다. 현실 세계에서는 느낄 수 없는 판타스틱한 재미와 경험은 현실 세계의 고달픔을 잠시나마 잊고 싶은 사람들의 발걸음을 테마파크로 이끌어 온다. 테마파크는 또 다른 세상(Another World)으로 사람들을 초대하는 현실 속 가상의 공간이다. 테마파크는 언제든지 찾아와 재미있는 경험을 해보고 몇 번을 찾아와도 지루하지 않은 누구나 꼭 한번 가보고 싶어 하는 매력적인 장소이다. 기존의 테마파크는 이러한 소비자의 니즈를 충족하기 위해 새롭고 신선하며 유희적인 테마를 적용한 파크를 끊임없이 개발하고 발전시켜야 한다. 본 논문은 테마파크 어트랙션발전에 유용한 장점을 가지고 있는 가상현실을 테마파크에 적용하는 방법을 제안한다.

7차 교육과정에서는 초등학교 실과교과에 로봇에 대한 내용이 교과에 포함되어 있다. 또한 각 기관의 영재 교육 기관에서도 로봇이용교육이 이루어지고 있다. 이는 로봇 이용 프로그래밍 교육은 학생들의 흥미도 향상과 창의력 향상에 이점이 있기 때문이다. 그러나 일부 학교에서 방과 후 교육에서 로봇교육을 일부 많이 실시하고 있지만 일반학생을 대상으로 한 로봇이용 교육은 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 특히 여학생의 경우에는 컴퓨터에 대한 친숙도가 남학생에 비해 낮은 편이다. 본 연구에서는 일반학생을 대상으로 한 로봇 이용교육 활성화 방안을 제시하기위한 기초 연구로 중등학생의 로봇이용교육의 실태를 분석한다. 특히 여학생들의 로봇 이용 교육에 대한 실태를 분석함을 목적으로 한다.
