As the competitive market environment and industry circumstances become more and more competitive on a daily basis, it is not easy to find an opportunity to initiate small business, or increase performances of Small and Medium Business. The research findings are as follows. First, entrepreneurship(innovation, progressive, social responsibility) has significant effects on the market orientation. Second, company competence(individual resource, technology resource) has significant effects on the market orientation. Third, market orientation has significant effects on the non-financial performance(Internal process performance, learning & growth performance, customer performance). Finally, non-financial performance(Internal process performance, learning & growth performance, customer performance) has significant effects on the financial performance.

The Purpose of this study is to research the problems of trade restriction for an environment protection. Environmental regulation relate to trade are Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna & Flora, Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes & Their Disposal, Cartagena Protocol on Biosafty and WTO Agreement. Regulatory action for environmental protection has economics instrument, command & control, liablity, damage compensation, voluntary agreement. In the case of our country, impact of regulatory action for environmental protection is low. Because is recognized position of developing country yet. For in the balance rules of trade and enviroment, First must satisfy WTO's basic principles and principle of quantitative restrictions prohibition, Second, operation of protection action must reasonable and objective standards Third, must satisfy GATT article 20 (b) clause and (g) protestation each essential factor To grow for environment advanced country, we should do i) using of FTA ii) international cooperation strengthening for developing country position iii) construction of environment information network

The purpose of this research is to study whether environments of participating firms of electronic marketplace(e-MP) have an influence on usage factors which are supplying from e-MP and usage factors affect usage performances. Based on the existing researches we found variables and executed a empirical study of environment-usage-performance model. Through this research we suggested useful factors for the performance of trade enterprises. Usage factors of e-MP will overcome geographical limitation and acquire new sales areas and simultaneously widen the relationships of global enterprises. Those firms could be accessible into global market promptly. To enhance usages of e-MP, service quality which can satisfy both buyer and seller at the same time should be strengtened. Finally, the usage of e-trade information should also heighten through usage factors.

B2B 전자상거래는 그 성장 잠재성이나 일국의 산업구조 전환에도 많은 영향을 미친다는 점에서 국가적 차원에서 효율적이며 지속적인 전략수립이 필요하다는 인식이 대두되었다. 현재 미국을 비롯하여 EC, 일본, 싱가포르, 중국등 주요국들의 정책동향을 살펴보았다. 전자상거래 정책의 범위 및 특징이 국가별로 상이하기도 하지만 논의동향이나 정책 등에서 주요국들이 범세계적으로 비슷한 정책형성을 나가고 있는 단계라고 할 수 있다. 다만 정책의 강조점이 선진국의 경우 전자상거래를 산업 민간부문의 우위를 바탕으로 전 세계적 수준에서의 표준화률 주도하려는 의지와 B2B 전자상거래 환경의 구축을 자국의 경쟁력 확보와 연결지어 중장기적 발전 비전을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 우리나라는 정부와 기업 등 여러 분야에서 대책이 필요하다.

Since the inauguration of WTO system has made borderless competition across the countries, many government should try to find out the harmonious policy paradigm for the check and balance between the globalization and localization. The government procurement market has been considered as one of this kinds of difficult tasks for the local small and medium companies. Many governments should lift the paradigm of the government procurement market toward the conditionally open competitive market. The paper is aimed to find out the sustainable governance of the government procurement policies to protect the local companies. Based on the many international cases, including the Chille-Korea FTA, the paper concludes the sustainable governance of the policies should be focused on the equitability and transparency.

본 연구는 최근 그 시장이 폭발적으로 성장하고 있는 소프트웨어 산업의 국제경쟁력의 현황과 대앙방안에 대한 연구이다. 인터넷 환경하에서 그 시장 규모와 중요성이 매우 커지고 있는 소프트웨어 산업에 있어 그 파급효과가 매우 크다는 점, 그 부가가치가 매우 크다는 점, 시장 선점 효과가 크다는 점 등은 기타 산업에서 볼 수 없는 매우 독특한 측면으로서 미국, 일본을 비롯한 다수의 관련 국가에서 이들 산업 분야에 대한 국제경쟁력 제고를 위한 다양한 노력이 시도되고 있으며, 우리나라 역시 다양한 시도가 되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 노력이 국제경쟁력으로 이어지기 위해서서는 보다 단일화된 법적 제도적 지원이 전제가 된다고 판단된다. 또한, 이들 산업분야에 종사하는 인력은 여타 산업분야와 달리 매우 창의적이고 관련 분야의 고도의 지식을 갖춘 전문 인력을 필요로 하므로 장기적인 측면에서 소프트웨어 산업에서 국제경쟁력 확보의 관건은 해당 분야에서 필요로 하는 고급인력을 육성을 전제로 한다. 특히, 해당 업계의 의견수렴과 함께 세계적 동향과 궤를 같이하는 형태로의 인력 양성이 주목할 필요가 있다.

인터넷의 확산과 함께 금융 산업에서 인터넷뱅킹의 등장은 은행 산업 전반에 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 인터넷뱅킹은 더 이상 단순한 정보시스템이 아닌 은행의 경쟁력을 결정짓는 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 또한 국내 인터넷뱅킹 사용자의 증가로 인해 은행에서는 기존 인터넷뱅킹 사용자가 지속적으로 인터넷뱅킹을 이용할 수 있도록 여러 가지 전략을 개발하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 연구 분야에서 기술 수용에 대한 많은 연구들의 이론적 기반이 되었던 계획적 행동 이론(TPB)과 기술 수용 모델(TAM)을 인터넷뱅킹 이용의도 분석에 적용시켜 인터넷뱅킹 이용 행위를 실증 분석함으로써 지속적인 인터넷뱅킹 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하고자 하였다. 더 나아가 TPB 모형과 TAM 모형을 체계적으로 비교분석하여 인터넷뱅킹 이용의도에 관한 이론적 기초를 제시하고, 인터넷 환경에서 은행의 적극적인 인터넷뱅킹 활용에 도움이 될 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

한국디자인진흥원(원장 윤주현)과 산업통상자원부는 2018 우수디자인(GD)상품 선정 및 수상결과를 발표했다. 2018년에는 875점이 출품돼 총 339점이 GD로 선정되었으며(선정율 39%), 이 중 대통령상을 비롯한 국무총리상, 장관상, 원장상 등 총78점이 최종 수상했다. 우수디자인(GD)상품 선정은 최근 2년 이내 국내 또는 국외에서 판매를 개시하였거나 당해연도 판매 예정인 상품을 대상으로 제품, 커뮤니케이션, 포장, 공간환경, 서비스 등 총39개 분야에서 선정하고 있다. 포장부문은 소비자제품, 식음료, 뷰티/헬스, 의약품, 산업/B2B, 기타포장 등 6개항목으로 구성됐다. 올해 포장 부문에서는 롯데제과의 '애니타임'과 (주)애경산업의 '팬톤+2080'이 산업통상자원부장관상을, 디토의 '막걸리 공용 용기', (주)헤즈의 '프레스킷 디자인'이 중소벤처기업부장관상을, CJ제일제당의 '워터젤리 제로' 등 8개 제품이 KIDP원장상을 수상했다. 다음에 우수디자인으로 선정된 포장부문 제품들을 살펴보도록 한다.

본 연구에서는 국내 다량우편물 시장의 물량 현황을 고찰하고, 시계열자료를 이용한 물량예측을 목적으로 한다. 특히 다량우편물 수요를 예측함에 있어서 우편 물량의 변화가 경기 변화에 많은 영향을 받는다는 사실과 통상우편의 이메일 대체 현상이 우편 물량 변화에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 판단 하에, 이러한 우편시장 환경의 변화를 고려한 우편 물량 예측을 시도해 보고자 한다.
