IT 혁명으로 전자적인 활동이 전 사회의 중심 축으로 이루어지고, 또한 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리와 통신기술의의 눈부신 발달에 힘입어 기업의 Business에 커다란 변화를 초래하게 되었다. 특히, 인터넷이라는 환경하에서 전자상거래는 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, 기업은 전자상거래 모델을 앞다투어 개발하면서 새로운 E-Business 환경을 수용하고 있다. 또한 기업은 무역업무에 이러한 전자상거래를 도입하면서 국제간 거래의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있지만, 국채간 사이버 무역이 안고 있는 여러 가지 애로점을 가지고 있다. 그 중에서 국제간 전자결제에 과한 문제이다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역업무를 실행시키고, 활성화하기 위한 하나의 결제방안을 제시해 보면 제3자에 의한 결제 시스템으로서 인터넷 서비스 제공업자, S/W 개발업체, 은행과 신용카드회사를 비롯한 금융기관 등은 결제시스템을 구축하는 방안이 강구될 수 있다. 또한 이 시스템에서는 다양한 판매자의 제품을 소개하고 일정 시간간격 또는 특정 구매자의 총누적 거래대금이 일정수준에 이를 때에 결제함으로써 신용카드를 지불수단으로 사용하는 경우에도 소액거래를 지원할 수 있다. 또한 전자결제제도가 성립되기 위해서는 전자자금거래의 규제를 위한 법 제도적인 측면의 정비가 시급하다. 따라서 각종 거래의 결제에 관한 법적관계는 물론 금융관련 법률을 기본으로 하여 새로운 접근방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 사항들을 고려함으로써 사이버 환경의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.

When someone measuring for pressure of a Solid Rocket Motor(SRM) at Static Firing Test, generally, used with pressure tube to be filled in Oil. But, if you used pressure tube with oil, you were worried about possibility of spilled oil when you measured pressure in SRM at high altitude environment. Because it usually connected at ignitor. In this paper, We described how to make a pressure tube without oil and matters to be attended to design it.

The investment environment in Korea and U.S. dramatically changed since Korea-US FTA. The key reasons for this successful change were liberalization and strengthened protection of investment along with trade liberalization which also brought investment market expansion. As the result of trade-diversion effect, investments between two countries have been enormously increased. Through a FTA with the big economy like US, Korea's FTA network has been largely expanded. Korea further needs to utilize this outcome when competing with other countries in investment markets.

The environmental problems such as global climate chage, global wamning, ozone depletion, environmental pollution have been caused by the rapid economic growth, increasing in use of fossil fuels for industralization and scientific technology development. Between Environmental Preservation and Economic Development, the new paradigm, "Sustainable Development" is presented to the world now. To achieve global environmental objectives, some multilateral envrionment mental agreements includes trade regulation. However Kyoto Protocol has no provisions to regulate trade and is not in force yet. By the effectuation of the Kyoto Protocol, Korea will be faced very serious situation because of her high Dependency on Foreign Trade and Fossil Fuel- intensive Industries. We must be able to gain a sense of ownership in the out come of the WTO/CTE discussions by contributing meaningfully to the creation of a constructive relationship between Trade and Environment concerns.

The purpose of this paper is to find what factors have an influential effect on motive and intention of using the unethical negotiation tactics. It is interesting to find that opportunism was not related to unethical negotiation tactics such as inappropriate information gathering and competitive bargaining in our Korea's sample. On the other hand, idealism and Machiavellianism had positive impact on managers' perceptions of unethical negotiation tactics within our sample. To explain the environmental perspective, the lower level of legal punishment system encourages them to use the unethical tactics without hesitation. On the other hand, organizational goal might have not a related on the perception of unethical negotiation tactics. To reduce the potential risk of use of unethical negotiation in the international negotiation process, international negotiators should find the counterpart negotiator' character before attending negotiation table, and international managers would be better to employ a local agent who can understand local negotiating counterpart, so they can assist them in early stage of negotiation.

The purpose of this study is to look at the role of e-trade for trade facilitation, which was the conclusion of November 27, 2014 which is based on the main discussions and content of the WTO. This study examines the data collected based on previous research and literature data, and it proposed a policy direction using it. Trade facilitation agreement also contains a number of e-Trade related information and internet-based electronic documents can be sent very quick flow of information and it can save time and cost concerning parties. e-Trade is a very important basement and it is needed to continually develop and exchange for trade facilitation. To make easy trade facilitation, e-Trade is one of the means to achieve competitiveness of companies and countries under these circumstances. The conclusion of this study shows that it is necessary to steadily develop e-trade technologies for trade facilitation and to continuously exchange e-trade system for easy customs services in concerining countries to maximize these effects.

우주환경은 고진공 환경과 태양 복사열에 의한 고온 환경 및 극저온이 반복되는 가혹한 환경으로 특징지어지는데, 위성체는 지상에서 발사되어 우주궤도에 진입한 순간부터는 계속해서 우주환경에 노출된다. 위성체가 이러한 가혹한 우주환경에 노출될 경우 주요부품에 기능장애가 초래되기도 하며 이는 결국 임무의 실패로 이어지도 한다. 따라서 위성체는 지상에서 우주환경시험을 거쳐 기능 및 작동상태를 점검해야 하며, 이를 위해서는 우주환경을 모사 할 수 있는 우주환경 모사장비가 필요하다. 우주환경모사장비라함은 우주환경의 주특징인 고진공상태와 극저온 및 고온 환경을 모사할 수 있는 지상장비를 말하며, 통상 열진공챔버라고 불린다. 한국항공우주연구원에서는 위성의 부품레벨에서부터 대형위성시스템의 열진공시험 수행을 위한 다양한 진공챔버를 보유하고 있으며, 그 직경이 0.7 m인 소형에서부터 직경 9 m, 길이 10 m급의 대형열진공챔버에 이른다. 대형 챔버의 경우 고기능화에 따라 대형화 되어 가는 위성의 국산화 개발을 위하여 순수 국내 기술로 제작된 우주환경모사용 챔버이다. 본 대형열진공챔버의 제작 및 유지 현황에 대해 논의한다.
