This paper resents a prediction method of natural frequencies of coupled horizontal and torsional vibration of hull girder based on design sensitivity analysis in case of the changes of system parameters. The sensitivity analysis is formulated applying the direct differentiation method and transfer matrix method. In the analysis, warping, shear deformation due to torsion and the continuity condition at the connected part of open and closed hull section are considered. Using the presented method. The affection for natural frequencies by the change of system parameters, especially cargo and added mass and their centers, is numerically investigated for a real large container carrier.

In general, small buildings and residence housings rely on manual fire extinguishers instead of automatic fire suppression systems, which causes bigger disasters during the absence of human-beings or in the presence of children or the olders. For this reason, simple structured and low-cost automatic fire extinguisher using fusible metal detector was newly developed and patented. In this paper, some field tests were carried out to investigate its fire suppression performance. As a result, reaction time of the detection parts varied from 2 min 19s to 7 min 20s depending upon the room size and installation position. It was suggested that to reduce reaction time within 3 minutes, fusible metals with lower melting point should be adopted and the installation location should be moved to near ceiling instead of below 1.5 m.

식품 등의 수입이 본격화되면서 수입식품에 관한 관리 및 통상관련업무를 전담할 조직(식품유통과, 현재 식품진흥과)이 보건복지부에 설치되고, 각 검역소에서 수입검사업무가 본격화된 것이 7년여에 이른다. 얼마되지 않는 기간이지만 그동안 국제적으로는 무역에 관한 환경의 변화, 국내적으로는 수입검사제도의 변화 등 이 분야에 많은 변화가 거듭되어 왔다. WTO체제의 출범이후 세계의 시장은 하나가 되어가고 이에 따라 각종 관련제도도 점차 조화를 이루어 가고 있으며, 지금도 각 나라는 양자간 또는 다자간 협상을 통하여 서로의 입장차를 좁혀 나가기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 시점에서 각 나라는 보다 안전한 식품을 자국민에게 공급하기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있고, 우리나라도 작년 4월 식품의약품안전본부(KFDA)와 6개의 지방청이 발족되면서, 식품$\cdot$의약품 등의 안전관리를 전담하여 왔으며, 앞으로 독립외청으로 개편될 전망에 있다. 특히 내년부터는 수입식품관리업무가 완전한 전산화체제로 가동될 전망에 있어, 수입식품이 더욱더 효율적이고도 완벽한 관리가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이제 수입식품 등을 관리하는 업무가 무엇보다도 중요한 국가사무중의 하나가 되었고, 국민들의 관심과 기대 또한 높아지고 있다. 수입자가 식품 등을 수입하기 위하여 관련기관에 신고하기에서부터 검사기관에서는 이를 검사하고 수입신고필증을 발급하기 까지의 제반의 절차가 사실 식품위생법, 고시, 훈령 등에 의존하고 있는데, 이들이 여기저기 분산되어 있어 필요할 때마다 따로 따로 찾아보아야 하는 번거로움과 이해하는데에 어려움이 있어 온것이 사실이며, 오늘도 많은 담당공무원들이 민원인들의 방문 및 문의전화에 시달려야 한다. 사실 처음수입을 해본 사람이면 알 수 있을터이지만 알아야 할 사항이 한두가지가 아닌 것을 느낄 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 취지에서 수입업무를 담당하는 관련기관이나 업체에서 식품수입업무를 행하는데 있어서 조금이나마 보탬이 되었으면 하는 마음으로 집필하였다.

Fundamental equations of a member to analysis the elasto-plastic buckling analysis based on the deflection method are derived in this paper, and its validity and accuracy are shown by the numerical examples. The model discussing in the present paper has three elasto-plastic springs which are located at the both ends and center of a member and two elastic beam elements between them. The elasto-plastic springs represent the elasto-plastic behavior of the member and elastic beam element represents buckling behavior of the member. Numerical example shows the validity of this formulation.

This case report describes the treatment of an impacted tooth in relation to pediatric mandibular fracture. A 10-rear-old girl presented with au impacted mandibular canine related with a miniplate in the left mandibular body area. An ordinary surgical traction ended in failure. Good occlusion was established by removal of the miniplate. It would be considered important to make an exact diagnosis of the cause and remove the mechanical obstruction instantly for successful orthodontic treatment of an impacted tooth.

This study analyzed the current status of the global hydrogen economy and the safety of energy sources currently in use due to the activation of the hydrogen economy. Understanding the hydrogen economy, identifying government policy trends, comparing and analyzing characteristics with existing energy sources such as gasoline, propane, and methane, and evaluating damage impact for each energy source using PHAST, a quantitative damage impact assessment program. Using the analysis results, this study analyzes the safety of hydrogen energy to revitalize the hydrogen economy and suggests ways to improve safety.

본 논문에서는 발달장애 아동의 교육 및 치료에 있어서 감각, 인지훈련을 효과적으로 할 수 있는 웨어러블 기기 및 연동앱을 제시한다. 이를 위해 임베디드 하드웨어를 개발하고 이와 연동할 수 있는 앱, 앱 내 게이미피케이컨텐츠, 학습 내용 및 결과 리포트를 개발했다. 발달장애 아동의 특성을 고려한 하드웨어는 유아 친화적 디자인으로 설계해 아동이 쉽게 착용 가능하며, 주의집중을 위한 감각 훈련을 집중적으로 할 수 있도록 시각, 촉각 등의 자극 촉구 행동을 유도하며, 반복적 교육으로 인한 개선 효과를 제공한다. 개발한 기기 및 연동앱을 직접 교육현장에 적용해봄으로써 주의집중과 저작능력 향상을 위한 센터에서의 지속적인 실사용 가능성을 제고했다.

Myanmar had fallen behind other southeast asian nations since Burmese way to Socialism settled down. However, historically second election in Myanmar hold in 2011 and dramatic changes in areas such as Special Economic Zone announcement, the very huge inflows of foreign direct investment in a year of 2009, the infrastructure building projects, a permit of the right to strike for Labour Organization in Myanmar etc. Particularly, Foreign investments and trade with neighbouring countries are actively growing and also with Korea. But investments of Korea in Myanmar relatively are not diversity, with limited sectors such as mining and sewing manufacturing. In this point of view, this paper is trying to make implications for strategies of entry and investments of Korea in Myanmar by using previous papers related to Myanmar economies, trade and foreign investments with updated statistical data. The implications for Korea is that recently Myanmar economy is in its early stages of development. Although it can occur huge demand of railway, road, communications and constructions related to social infrastructures essentially needed for development of a country, these sectors relatively need huge investments. On the other hands, textile and sewing industry relatively need smaller investments in which investors can utilize low labour cost and a position for export to third countries. But those firms which set up for those purpose in Myanmar might have trouble creating domestic markets in future. Moreover, due to demand which occur in the early stage of growth in Myanmar, trade volume tend to increase and trading is also possible to invest but Myanmar still have lots of problems with infrastructure such as road and logistics and we need to make pre-survey for the costs and benefits of our products Finally, Myanmar government is trying to promote and encourage some of industries such as export-oriented industry, import substitution industry and labour-intensive industry. It can also means they will accumulate capital which can be sources for Myanmar economic growth.

Until now, I guess, many scholars misunderstood the characteristic of economic awareness of Yi Hang-no as if it was a modern nationalism or radicalism against Japanese anti-Korean insistences. But I think these opinions are out of historical attitude. So to understand Yi's economic awareness correctly, I think, We should focus on the traditional Confucian thought system at that time. As one method to reach the goal, I focused on the word, Jeong-jeon-je: Oriental equal land system. Yi Hang-no put the importance on Jeong-jeon-je to make utopia he dreamed of. Yi thought Jeong-jeon-je is the basis of equal society and strong state. Also Yi thought a moral society would be achieved by Jeong-jeon-je because the equal land system, so called Jeong-jeon-je provide peasants with equal lands, so it makes peasants stable in economic situation. Especially, Yi Hang-no put importance on that Jeong-jeon-je would raise moral consciousness of people because equal economic condition makes people wealthy, so people would be good men naturally. Yi Hang-no explain it in basis of Insim-Dosim-seol: a theory of two minds bad & good to be. Yi Hang-no thought equal economic condition is the basis of making people moral being. He thought Jeong-jeon-je was a basis of the condition. Reversely, Yi thought Western insists of trade was the beginning of making people fight for individual benefit, so it produces devil selfishness out of human mind. That was the reason that Yi Hang-no opposed the trade with Western Powers. Eventually Yi's assertion of embargo came out of his Insim-Dosim-seol. In this context, Yi's Jeong-jeon-je was insisted as a method to raise human moral consciousness.

The objective of this study is to confirm the effect of dentine bonding primer application on penetration of sealant. Extracted permanent molars were used to compare penetration success rate of control group (sealant application only) and experimental groups (sealant application after applying the primers of $Scotchbond^{TM}$ Multi-Purpose system and $All-Bond^{(R)}$ 2 system). The following results were obtained: 1. The experimental groups using the primers showed increased sealant penetration success rate to the base of fissure when compared to control group but there was no statistically significant differences(p>0.05). 2. The depth, width and 'depth/width' value of fissure had statistically significant effect on sealant penetration success rate(p<0.05). 3. The penetration success rate decreased about 0.9 times as the depth of fissure increased every $25{\mu}m$, and increased about 1.1 times as the width of the fissure orifice increased every $25{\mu}m$ and decreased about 0.6 times as the 'depth/width' value increased every 1. From the above results, it can be concluded that assure morphology had a great effect on sealant penetration and for better penetration, use of dentine bonding primer can be helpful but it needs more study in clinical bases.
