Recently, according to the appearance of various virtual websites using multimedia technologies for engineering education, the internet applications in engineering education have drawn much interests. But unidirectional communication, simple text/image-based webpages and tedious learning process without motivation etc. have made the lowering of educational efficiency in cyberspace. Thus, to cope with these difficulties this paper presents a web-based educational Java applets for understanding the principles or conceptions of digital logic systems. The proposed Java applets provides the improved learning methods which can enhance the interests of learners. The results of this paper can be widely used to improve the efficiency of cyberlectures in the cyber university. Several sample Java applets are illustrated to show the validity of the proposed learning method.

E-Learning is a modem main teaching method starting from the concept of remote education. This research is aimed for proposing cyber education library system, and designing a cyber education component that becomes a basis for e-Learning system. Cyber education library is a storage system of cyber lectures that can supply high quality data to the needed developers. Cyber education component consists of 5 categories and those are text, voice, image, animation, and flash. By using this system, the developers can save the necessary time and effort in education development. This system also helps students. The students can access various lecture data on a given subject and select the best fit for them.

Recently, research and development for the responsive web is increasing. However, studies of responsive web accessibility evaluation is insufficient. In this study, we evaluated and analyzed the accessibility of Responsive Web site. As a result, accessibility errors were found including providing alternative text of image contents, keyboard access and usage, logical move of the focus and providing the title. These errors can also be responsive web errors. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement and modify them.

With the development of Web technologies, the demand for multimedia contents and network bandwidth is increasing explosively. In this situation, Caching, P2P and CDN are using for fast transmission with low traffic. In this research, we designed and implemented a redirection system for best replica selection where contents are distributed to multiple replicated web servers. This redirection system selects a close and least loaded replica and redirect a client's request to the replica. As a result, this system improved user-perceived performance. It is expected that this redirection system will contribute to the faster and more stable transmission of massive multimedia contents.
