A Study on the effects of business model and product innovation on the performance of firms in mobile ecosystem (모바일 생태계에서 비즈니스 모델과 제품혁신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the factors that affect business model and product innovation on the enterprise performance of the mobile ecosystem, and to confirm the results of whether they have an effect. To this end, through prior research, business model factors and product innovation factors were defined in the mobile ecosystem that was the mother of the 4th industry, and a hypothesis that each factor will affect corporate performance was established. Through the exploratory surveys and interviews, the value proposition of the business model proved to have a positive (+) effect on the financial and non-disaster performance of the company, and the innovation was proved to have a positive (+) effect on the non-financial performance of the company. It was analyzed that the price competitiveness of product innovation had a positive (+) effect on the financial factors of a company, and the initial market entry had a positive (+) effect on the non-financial factors. With this study, we propose the criteria for reviewing the performance of companies that are rapidly competing in the 4th industrial revolution in terms of business model and product innovation.

Critical Review on the Microbiological Standardization of Salt-Fermented Fish Product (젓갈제품의 미생물학적 품질표준화에 관한 고찰)

  • Various problems in fermented fish products have been a major obstacle to manufacture the product in large scale, which is mainly concerned with the food safety. In this review, salt-fermented anchovy was selected to elucidate the characteristics of microorganisms involved in fermentation; thereby, it is suggested for research areas to achieve the quality improvement of tile product. Different microorganisms were involved in fermentation of anchovy. Dominant species were reported to be Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas sp., and Micrococcus sp., other microorganisms were Vibro sp., Clostridim sp., Serratia sp., Achromobacter sp., Streptococcus sp., Breuibacterium sp., Halobacterium sp., Flavobacterium sp., Corynebacterium sp., Acinetobacter sp., Sarcina sp., Staphylococcus sp., Torulopsis sp., and Saccharomyces sp. To standardize the quality of fermented fish products, screening and isolation of promising microorganisms should be carried out to develop different types of products; at the same time, proper sanitation control should be employed to keep the commercial value of the product by prolonging the shelf life.

  • The development of the Internet has influenced consumers' information search process and purchase behaviors. The environmental changes and consumers' lifestyle changes have stimulated them to use the Internet shopping mall. However, people used to shop the low-involvement product rather than high-involvement product such as clothing product at the internet shopping mall due to the subjects' perceived risks or product characteristics. The purpose of this study is to examine the differences of consumers' attitudes toward the two types of apparel internet shopping mall. With compared to the existing shopping mall, this study generated Web3D internet shopping mall by designing Abata, representing the user's body figure. The changes of respondents' attitudes toward the internet shopping mall and purchase intentions would provide the possibility and future direction of the Web3D internet shopping. Recommendations and future research were also discussed.

The Effects of Robot's Persuasive Intention and it's Physical Distance with Consumers on Consumers' Evaluation on the Robot and Product Purchase Intention (로봇의 설득의도와 소비자와의 물리적 거리가 소비자의 로봇에 대한 평가와 제품의 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The current study explored how robot's persuasive intent and its' physical distance affect consumers' evaluaton on the robot and the product that the robot advertises. This study administered a 2 (level of pursasion intent: low vs. high) × 2 (physical distance: normal vs. close) between-subjects factorial design experiment. The findings revealed that consumers evaluated the robot' expertise and trustworthiness more negatively and reported lower intentions to buy the produce when they perceived robot's persasive intent saliently high. Consumers were also found to show more negative attitude toward the robot and lower intentions to buy the produce when the robot approached to their personal space more closely. The theoretical and practical implications about human-robot interaction in marketing context were discussed.

  • In the context of integration of culture and tourism, the effective application of folk art in cultural creative products is of great significance to the development of local cultural industry. Xuzhou paper-cutting is the only world-class intangible cultural heritage project in the northern Jiangsu region of China. Its high humanistic value and artistic characteristics are widely used in modern art design. The application of cultural and creative products relative to paper-cutting in Xuzhou mainly focuses on two-dimensional decorative and ornamental products, which is short of diversity in form and not practical. In addition, it doesn't meet the aesthetic needs of living of modern people, This article studies paper-cut works by Wang Guiying and proposes principles for the design of cultural and creative products relative to paper-cutting by analyzing the typical "goose" pattern in Wang's paper cutting handcrafts. By exploring the application value of Xuzhou paper-cutting in cultural and creative product design and demonstrating the feasibility of the design principles via visiting experts, this article hopes to provide some reference for the modern inheritance and innovative development of paper-cutting culture.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the success factors of successful merchants. To do this, we review the successful story of merchants in Korea and Japan. We found that various success factors such as product differentiation, competitive price, flexible operation, and entrepreneurialism. As a result, it is important to find that large companies can not to do because of managerial systems. Thus, merchants have to analyze and benchmark the management strategies of competitors and development specialized managerial techniques for business operation.

An Experimental Study on the Factors Influencing Purchasing Intention on the Internet (인터넷 상품 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실험연구)

  • 본 연구는 실물과 인터넷 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보기 위해 팩토리얼 디자인에 의한 실험설계에 의해 대학생 480을 대상으로 조사하였다. 주요 실험변수로는 소비자 특성(인터넷 사용량, 혁신성), 제품유형(탐색재/경험재), 가격할인폭, 상표였다. 그 결과 인터넷 다량사용자와 고혁신자 일수록, 경험재보다는 탐색재의 경우가, 가격할인폭이 클수록, 그리고 무명상표보다는 유명상표의 경우에 인터넷 구매의도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 전반적으로 실물구매의도가 인터넷 구매의도보다 높았으나, 인터넷 다량사용자와 고혁신자의 경우에 이 양자간에는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았고, 가격 할인폭이 클 경우에는 제시했을 때는 실물구매의도보다 오히려 인터넷 구매의도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 인터넷 쇼핑을 확대하기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 2008년 처음 IPTV 서비스가 시작된 이후 IPTV 콘텐츠 호환성 확보와 단말 이동성 확보를 통한 IPTV 서비스 활성화 및 전체적인 비용 절감을 위해 많은 표준화 이슈들이 있었고 현재까지 표준화가 일부 완료 및 진행중이다. IPTV는 짧은 시간에 급격히 발전하였고 사업이 활성화 되었기 때문에 표준의 적용을 위한 준비 기간이 짧고 표준의 검증이 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 그래서 표준을 적용한 시스템에 문제가 생길 수 있고 이는 많은 자원 낭비와 콘텐츠 호환성과 단말 이동성이 점점 늦어지는 원인이 되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 표준을 적용한 플랫폼과 솔루션들이 상용화 되기전에 표준 적용 개발 제품의 표준 적합성을 시험해보고 표준 기술을 검증하여 표준을 정립하기 위하여 국내 IPTV 표준 중 "IPTV 서비스 탐색 및 전송방식 표준[3]"을 적용한 플랫폼과 솔루션을 검증하기 위한 시험 환경을 구축하고 시험규격을 개발하였다.

The Effects of Expected Affect and Consumption- Process-Behavior on the Post-Consumption Affect and Perceived Outcomes (소비후의 감정과 성과지각에 대한 기대감정과 소비과정행동의 효과)

  • 많은 소비자 행동연구에서 연구가 본질적으로 구매 전 평가와 선택에 집중된 경향이 있으며, 또 감정보다 인지의 역할에 관한 연구가 많다. 소비과정에 관한 감정적 연구가 중요함에도 기존의 연구에서는 이러한 소비자의 감정적 요인과 같은 심리적인 요인이 소비과정행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 관한 연구는 매우 적다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 제품이나 서비스가 선택되고 난 후에 소비과정을 거쳐서 나타나는 소비 후 감정(소비 감정)에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 감정적 관점에서 소비과정행동을 중심으로 탐색하였다. 구매 후 소비 전 기대감정은 소비 후 소비감정과 어떠한 관계가 있는가에 대하여 직접적인 관계와 간접적인 관계로 나누어 스포츠 센타를 연구대상서비스로 선정하여 탐색하였다. 긍정적 기대감정은 긍정적 소비감정에 직접적인 효과가 있었지만, 부정적 기대감정은 긍정적 소비감정에 직접적인 효과가 없었다. 간접효과를 보면 긍정적 기대감정과 부정적 기대감정 모두 소비의지와 소비과정행동의 적극성을 매개로 목적달성정도에 영향을 미치고 또 목적달성정도에 따라서 긍정적 소비감정수준이 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 주목이 되는 내용은 긍정적 소비감정의 수준에 소비과정 행동의 적극성이 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고 목적달성 정도를 매개로 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 점이다.

The Effects of Sujective Knowledge on Information Search and Evaluation Rules for Apparel Products (의류제품에 대한 주관적 지식이 정보탐색과 평가규칙에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was to identify dimensions of subjective knowledge and to test the structural model of the effect of subjective knowledge on information search and evaluation rules for apparel products. A questionnaire was administered to 668 females living in Seoul, Taejon, and Cheongju, and the data were analysed by using LISREL 8. The results of this study were as follows: First, consumers' subjective knowledge regarding apparel products consisted of five factors; Style knowledge, Fashion Knowledge, Store Knowledge, Fabric/Management Knowledge, and Brand knowledge. Those factors were influenced by the experience related with apparel products. Second, the subjective knowledge influenced information searches. That is, internal search was significantly influenced by fashion knowledge and store knowledge, while external search was significantly influenced by fashion knowledge and fabric/management knowledge. Third, the subjective knowledge had indirect effects on evaluation rules via search activities (e.g., internal and external), suggesting that the internal search was mediated in relationship between subjective knowledge and compensatory rule, while the urtemal search was mediated in the relationship between subjective knowledge and noncompensatory rule. Therefore, this study implies that subjective knowledge plays an important role to explain consumers' decision making processes such as information search and evaluation.
