최근의 괄목할 만한 닭고기 소비 증가는 건강을 중시하는 웰빙 열풍과 궤를 같이 하고 있으며 제품도 통닭 위주에서 2차 가공육으로 다변화 되어 소비자의 구매선택의 폭도 커졌다. 이렇게 닭고기 시장이 커짐에 따라 등급 판정 받은 닭고기(27개 작업장)의 시장점유율도 2011년 전체 육계 도계량의 9.1%에 이르고 있다. 믿고 먹을 수 있는 위생적이고 안전한 먹거리에 대한 관심과 눈높이가 높아진 소비자에게 닭 등급판정 시행 업체인 닭고기 전문 업체 "(주)올품"을 소개하고자 한다.

2012년부터 사료내 첨가하는 항생(균)제가 전면 금지될 예정으로, 정부의 친환경 정책이 더욱 확대되면서 항생제 대체제에 대한 관심이 그 어느 때 보다 높아지고 있다. 경기도 부천에 위치한 네오그린(대표 정헌주)은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 다년간의 연구 결과 병원성 세균만을 골라 잡아먹는 미생물제를 개발하면서 미래의 항생제 대체제로 손색이 없다는 평가를 받아오고 있어 화제를 모으고 있다. 양돈업계에서는 이미 제품의 우수성을 인정받아 많은 농가에서 사용하고 있으며, 양계 분야에도 시험사육과 소문을 통해 그 가치를 인정받고 있다. 본고는 벤처 중소기업인 네오그린과 그 제품을 사용하고 있는 농가를 방문, 항생제 대체제의 성공 가능성을 진단해 보았다.

지난 8월 3일 서초구 소재 축산회관 회의실에서 '2011 우수종계장 인증 현판 전달식'이 개최되었다. 선정기준은 분양검정, 방역위생, 경영개선, 사육입지, 능력검정실적 등 서류 및 현장 실사를 통해 종합평가를 실시했고, 우수종계장 인증을 신청한 4개소 가운데 2개소(산란종계 1개소, 육용종계 1개소)의 우수종계장이 선정되었다. 이중 경상북도 문경시 문경읍에 위치한 (주)마니커농산 문경지점(육용종계)을 방문하였다.

This study aimed to evaluate preferences of Bukhansan dulegil using sentiment analysis, a natural language processing technique, to derive preferred and non-preferred factors. Therefore, we collected blog articles written in 2019 and produced sentimental scores by the derivation of positive and negative words in the texts for 21 dulegil courses. Then, content analysis was conducted to determine which factors led visitors to prefer or dislike each course. In blogs written about Bukhansan dulegil, positive words appeared in approximately 73% of the content, and the percentage of positive documents was significantly higher than that of negative documents for each course. Through this, it can be seen that visitors generally had positive sentiments toward Bukhansan dulegil. Nevertheless, according to the sentiment score analysis, all 21 dulegil courses belonged to both the preferred and non-preferred courses. Among courses, visitors preferred less difficult courses, in which they could walk without a burden, and in which various landscape elements (visual, auditory, olfactory, etc.) were harmonious yet distinct. Furthermore, they preferred courses with various landscapes and landscape sequences. Additionally, visitors appreciated the presence of viewpoints, such as observation decks, as a significant factor and preferred courses with excellent accessibility and information provisions, such as information boards. Conversely, the dissatisfaction with the dulegil courses was due to noise caused by adjacent roads, excessive urban areas, and the inequality or difficulty of the course which was primarily attributed to insufficient information on the landscape or section of the course. The results of this study can serve not only serve as a guide in national parks but also in the management of nearby forest green areas to formulate a plan to repair and improve dulegil. Further, the sentiment analysis used in this study is meaningful in that it can continuously monitor actual users' responses towards natural areas. However, since it was evaluated based on a predefined sentiment dictionary, continuous updates are needed. Additionally, since there is a tendency to share positive content rather than negative views due to the nature of social media, it is necessary to compare and review the results of analysis, such as with on-site surveys.

Recently, the importance of recognizing the natural environment and the need for its conservation are increasing due to rapid urbanization. Suncheon Bay, designated as Scenic Site No. 41 and one of the World's Five Greatest Coastal Wetlands, is the only tideland among the tidal flats in Korea, which has salt marsh reserves. It has high conservation value from the ecological aspect. In addition to the Suncheon Bay National Garden, it provides various benefits not only to visitors but to local residents as well in terms of economics, environmental issues, and history and cultural aspects. Two million tourists visit the site annually, which has constantly highlighted the limits of ecological capacity. The valuation of the Suncheon Bay wetland is more important for the sustainability of the Suncheon Bay wetland than for its value as a tourism resource for the activation of the local economy. This study used the Logit model, which is commonly used among probabilistic choice models, to evaluate the economic value of Suncheon Bay wetland with the contingent valuation method(CVM). Applying the conservation value of the Suncheon Bay wetland to the benefit of KRW 8,200 for 1 person and 1 day, the benefit from exploration is KRW 2,050, the management and conservation value is KRW 3,034, and the heritage value is KRW 3,116. The results of this study are that benefit from the annual exploration of Suncheon Bay wetland was KRW 44.3 in billion, the management and conservation value was KRW 6.55 in billion, and the heritage value was KRW 6.73 in billion. When converted to the number of paying visitors per year, the conservation value is about KRW 177.1 billion. This study was conducted to evaluate the use and conservation aspects of the economic value of Suncheon Bay wetland. Based on the latent value of the Suncheon Bay wetland, it provides basic data about the efficient management and policy establishment of Suncheon Bay wetland. The study is significant in that the ecological sustainability of the Suncheon bay wetland and the value of non-marketable were evaluated based on the recognition of 'benefit through exploration', 'management and conservation value' and 'value of heritage'. It can be used as policy decision data on the integrated collection of the admission fee of the Suncheon Bay wetland and Suncheon Bay National Garden.

ICPIS which inputs described papers with keywords, offers the itemized summary of these contents, the visual indication and comparison of similar thesis. and it also supplises the abundant summary information, survey information, more than ten volumes of info communication thesis with starting the casual relation extraction for the users, playing a significant role in ICPIS is called KP, and it is package of domain knowledge that unifies the extraction and structure narration of the technology information. ICPIS extracts the technology information among the thesis that are deserved by the natual language treatment in the itemized KP described , and form the prescribed summary structure in KP.
